For purchases made on 3rd August, registrations are required to be completed on

Post registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the customers registered

Kindly note claims registered will be rejected in the event of
a) Claims registered later than 10 days from the date of purchase. Date of purch
ase herein refers to the date mentioned in purchase invoice.
b) If your purchased products service tag has already been registered under this
offer.
c) If your email id has already been registered under this offer.
d) If your mobile number/ contact number has already been registered under this

Once claim is approved:
a) We will send you the Levis voucher code as an SMS on your registered mobile nu
mber within 48 hrs.
b) SennheiserEarphones will be couriered to you within 7-12 working days.
c) Your system warranty will be upgraded in our systems for additional 2 Yrs and
an email confirmation will be sent to you on your registered email id wit
hin 15 working days.
In case of claim rejection, the same will be intimated via email and refund will
be provided within a minimum period of 30 days from the date of the claim rejec
tion being intimated.

The validation of your document submission and payable amount (cheque realizatio
n) will be done within 7-10 days of receipt of your documents by "RW Promotions
Pvt Ltd". An email will be sent to your registered mail id informing whether you
r claim is approved / rejected or requires further clarification.
Please note that the claim will be processed ONLY if the Name on the invoice, Id
entity Proof and the name registered on the registration site is the same. We re

to ensure timely claim approval.
