WORK EXECUTION PLAN

The main objective of this work execution plan is to provide a clear outline of the pigging
sequence in order to carry out all work in accordance with our ISO 9002 Quality
Management System and our Health Safety and Environment policies.

The main topics covered under this plan are:

(A) Mobilization
(B) Pipeline Geometry Survey (Caliper)
(C) Demobilization
(D) Reporting


(A) Mobilization

After receiving notification of award, Tuboscope Agent representatives will schedule a
kick-off meeting with Company representatives to review the logistics of the project and
present procedures for the proposed operations. The detailed project schedule will be
finalized and the mobilization of equipment will commence in accordance with approved
schedules.

Upon receipt of request for services, personnel will be mobilized to the work site to
conduct a site survey and gather the required data concerning the pipeline(s) to be
surveyed. A planning discussion will be held with Company personnel to optimize the
pipeline for pigging operations and prepare detailed schedules for the operations.

Selected equipment will be mobilized accordingly to BGP or NGF. From port of
embarkation, equipments will be mobilized to the work site as agreed in the kick-off
meeting.


(B) Pipeline Geometry Survey (Caliper)

A meeting will be held before proceeding with Electronic Geometry Inspection. Upon
confirming to proceed with electronic geometry inspection, the electronic caliper tool will
be calibrated in accordance with standard operating procedures before being transport
to the work site.

The Electronic Caliper tool will run through the pipeline and the resulting data will be
analyzed on site. A report will be provided to Company personnel along with a statement
regarding the acceptance of the Caliper Inspection performed.


(C) Demobilization

The demobilization process of equipment and personnel will occur in stages at the
completion of pigging phases or at the end of the every inspection operation. All

imported equipment will be demobilized to the Point of Origin or to other discretion of
Tuboscope Pipeline Services.

(D) Reporting

Reporting is an essential part of the operation. The following standard reports will be
provided at a minimum and are subject to Company approval. Tuboscope Pipeline
Services is capable of modifying these reports to suite the specific requirements of the
Company.

Daily Operation Report
Final Inspection Report (in compliance with Pipeline Operators Forum format)
