ABSTRACT
This study focuses on the green practices of the hotels w/c claimed to practice
green in Davao City. The research design employed in the study is descriptive
survey using Mean, t-test and ANOVA in the treatment of the data. The study has
100 respondents. Results show that; the level of employees perception on green
hotels in Davao City is very high; there is no significant difference on the level of
employees perception on green hotels in Davao City when analyzed by age and
gender while there is a significant difference on the level of employees perception
on green hotels in Davao City when analyzed by employees assignment. The
researchers recommend that the small hotels should be compiled to go green.
Further small hotel owners/managers should create policies on green practices of
the hotels for employees and guest to comply.
