Description of Enhancement

"Message" to become "Incident" in SAP Support

To harmonize the terminology that is used by SAP customers

and customers of recently acquired subsidiaries, and to better

align with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards, SAP has decided to phase out the usage of the term "message". Instead, the term "incident" will be used. As a result, you will see this change in the names of the following authorization objects. Preview:

SCA Dependency Analysis Java

Description of Enhancement

SCA Dependency Analysis Java

(SCA = Software Component Archive) Due to the cumulative nature of Java Patches, there may be potential dependencies in former Patch Levels (i.e. dependencies caused by corrections/Notes) which could require to update other SCAs as well when downloading the SCA of the initial requested Java Patch. The SCA Dependency Analysis evaluates those dependencies.

Description of Enhancement

The PAM offers a personalized filter and a view based on your https://service.sap.com/system-data info. Now, only those software product versions are displayed belonging to systems for which you have system data authorizations to display or edit.

If the corporate group function is released for your S- user’s customer number then all customer numbers are

considered for which the corporate group function was released.
