We have launched our new Customer Experience online survey...The CEM replaces the Customer Satisfaction Measurement which
was a useful tool enabling SRS to make many customer focused improvements in our stores. The Customer Experience Measurement
will provide us with more actionable insight into how we can connect with customers on an emotional level, beyond satisfying their
simple, basic needs. The CEM is an Online Survey that will be sent to our customers in phases from June 18-July 21. Customers will
receive an initial invitation via e-mail and a follow-up reminder if they haven't responded. Wakefern anticipates that all stores may not
reach the 100 customer participation rate in the online format. To ensure all stores have actionable results to work with, telephone
surveys will be conducted for those stores who do not reach the minimum 100 responses. New this year, customers that complete the
survey will be eligible to enter a sweepstakes to win (1) of 20 ShopRite Gift Cards valued at $100 each. Customers who are contacted
may ask store associates about the survey regarding their privacy concerns or the use of their contact information. Please
communicate the following talking points to all store associates.
Reassure the customer that they are being contacted on behalf of ShopRite and the survey gives them an opportunity
to share their opinion about their shopping experiences with us
Customers are randomly selected from our Price Plus database and will only be included if the customer has given us
permission to contact them

customer compliments...
-Caller was in the store in pet food aisle and was confused because the shelf tags were changed. Lisa (Daum) got a hold of
an old circular and new one and handed this to the caller to make it easier for her. Lisa was so helpful.
-Customer would like to thank Stephanie (Malone). She went out of her way to accommodate her dietary needs. She makes
going to SR pleasant.She took customer's order and she was extremely meticulous. Looked up ingredients and called her
multiple times to make sure the items were in line with her dietary needs.
-I live In New York and was visiting family in New Jersey and went to your store in Montague NJ on Friday June 13, 2014. I
went on express line 3 to a Sharon(Beaver). She was very helpful I couldnt nd an item and she sent someone to nd it for
me and I didnt have your card for discounts so she put in the store card for me so I could get the discounts. She also
recommended some items on sale that were an awesome sale so I got them. She helped put the items into my cart, asked
if I would donate to the vets and I loved tha. Also she thanked me for coming in and told me to have a safe trip home.
Such a wonderful delightful lady, just wanted you to know. sincerely John Jacobs.
-Customer loves the SRFH service. The department at the SR does an outstanding job helping customers with their orders
-Michelle is very kind, up beat, and friendly. The customer looks for her each time. Michelle does her job well and goes
above and beyond to make customer's feel at home
-Stephanie (Malone) always goes above and beyond for her. Nothing is ever too much, and she makes SRFH easy. Customer
would like to see that Stephanie rewarded for always putting her customer's rst!
-Customer needed something. Kenny (Clay) smiled when she asked him and smiled when he came back with the product.
He was also very polite. Kyle and Brian were also very helpful while helping the customer checkout.
-Customer is a cancer patient and the Dietician - Kelly Pearson, is very helpful. Kelly gives personalized service to the
needs of the customer. Advised the customer a report will be sent to the owner regarding the great e!orts to comfort her
and to give her great personal service
-Bob from SFH and Michael received compliments from customers on their delivery of orders - Bob received 3 and Michael
1 - Great job!!
-Vinnie was so nice and hard working and Cynthia(LYNIC) went out of way to nd out Vince's name for the caller.
-Hello I just want to let you know that I was VERY impressed by a cashier named Tyler (Ciano)at the Montague, NJ Shoprite
store. We were at the store yesterday afternoon around 2:30 but didn't check out until about 5:15. I want you to know what a
great personality he has! VERY welcoming, VERY friendly and VERY personable with customers. He was even carrying on a
conversation with my 9 year old son..complimenting my son's singing, asking him if he wanted to pay the bill (lol), etc. He
had a very easygoing, teasing, lighthearted personality which we liked. Nowadays it's rare to even get standard customer
service...his was EXCELLENT. He was e"cient, did his job with a smile and very engaging. Think he deserves a raise, praise
or some form of recognition for sure.Great employee in my opinion...he should give lessons in customer service!
