5he CAS Summer &nternshi' will commence in 6une and finish at the end of August 2014.
5he CAS 2014(201) *a' +ear Placement will commence on 1 Se'tem.er 2014 and finish
on 71 August 201). Note: candidates wishing to apply for the Gap Year Placement must
also apply for the summer internship to qualify. Acceptance on the Gap Year Placement
is contingent on demonstrating satisfactory performance during a summer internship.

1. Sales and 2areting
Sales is a rare sill which to' e0ecutives usuall" 'ossess. &f "ou have outstanding
inter'ersonal sills and are 'assionate a.out sales and mareting this is a 'erfect role
for "ou to develo' "our talent. &n the sales and mareting role! "ou will have the
o''ortunit" to 'ractice "our sales sills with su''ort! guidance and coaching from our
highl" e0'erienced sales e0ecutives. +ou will contri.ute to the develo'ment of our sales
strateg" and identif" additional talented sales 'ersons. +ou will also contri.ute to the
develo'ment of our mareting strateg" and its e0ecution. +ou will have e0'osure to
digital mareting! .randing! maret research and 'ositioning.

2. Client 2anager
5he Client 2anager role is an o''ortunit" to develo' and hone "our 'ro-ect
management sills. /ur Client 2anagers are at the e'icentre of each 'ro-ect. 5he" are
the first 'oint of contact for our clients and act as their 'rofessional develo'ment
advisors drawing on other Arete team mem.ers and resources as re#uired to meet their
clients8 needs. Some of the most im'ortant sills for this role are inter'ersonal!

com'etence! management structures and 'rocesses! 'roducts and services! ris
management and incentives. Arete Strateg" Consultants wor closel" with the
o'erational team on the develo'ment of strateg" and tactics! hel' e0ecute o'erational
'lans and review im'acts. 5his is a ver" e0citing consulting o''ortunit" and re#uires
