I present to you the following to provide an introduction to the techniques. This comes from the script of the
video we put out concerning the Great Work of Inner Alchemy:

These ancient techniques of inner illumination will lead the student into states of infinite conscious
awareness, vitality, focus, health and more. The techniques presented here are not related to one particular
esoteric process; they are related to all of them. The world religions and spiritual traditions are the outer,
concealed aspects of the Great Work of Inner Alchemy, which is itself above religion, separation and divided
thinking. In fact, Inner Alchemy is the unifier embedded within all religions and the source 'treasure' clothed
within customs and traditions across the world.

This Great Work seeks to bring the adept toward the One, Unique and Unified Truth that cannot be named
and is beyond all belief systems and customs. It is responsible for making immortal master sages, a phenomenon
which has only been discussed in hidden ways within ancient fables and scriptural stories.

Inner Alchemy is the Holy Grail and the Mystery of mysteries. It does not have to be everyone's choice to
pursue in this lifeto pull the Sword from the Stonebut nevertheless, its available to all.

The Scholar studies the world; the Buddha studies himself.

This process has been broken down into 7 parts, each part containing a more advanced portion of the Path as
they progress through three stages: Inner Illumination, the Philosophers Stone and the Elixir of
Immortality. We will be discussing the preparation for the first part here.

Never before in the history of humanity has something been more important to our advancement. We are
moving into a new Golden Age at an unparalleled moment in history where massive change will occur. We must
prepare ourselves for this shift both consciously and spiritually in order to successfully make this transition.
Followed carefully over 3 to 4 months, this process will bring you to an unprecedented new level of spiritual and
conscious transformation.

Your perceptions of the world will be drastically enhanced; you will raise the Kundalini fire and illuminate
the Inner Eye called the Ajna, revealing to you a new sense and all those things which have, until now, been
hidden from you in plain sight. It will prepare you to eventually create within yourself the Elixir of Immortality,
if you so choose.

Be patient with this process. Although we will show you the most advanced, powerful version of the method
on this Path of Illumination, there is no end goal here. There is only the Path, and each step should be as
enjoyable as the last, a gradual revealing in this infinite relationship we will be building with the All.

Although this process includes clear indicators that should be realized before moving on to each new part,
we encourage you to proceed at your own pace and only if you feel comfortable and ready. As you move
through this process, you will find yourself experiencing very intense inner sensations and discoveries leading to
a much more expanded perception, sometimes called spiritual revelation. And we will refrain from creating a
graven image here and allow each user to experience his or her own unique and beautiful revelation within each
step; the journey is the Path.

This technique in Part I, called the Sacred Circle Breath, should be practiced twice a day for at least 30
minutes each session; more is advised as you get familiar with it. We also present some preparatory rites, chakra
and mantra techniques included in this first practice. These are also crucial for your development, in the same
way that a car engine runs best with regular maintenance.

Before we begin, take note of a few lifestyle changes that will be absolutely critical to your success over the
next 3 to 4 months (do the best you can with these, given the circumstances):

1) Very restricted alcohol/drug use: the use of alcohol and/or drugs on this program creates a negative
chain reaction to the delicate energy you will be trying to store and could prolong the process.
(Drugs arent bad, but be wary of their effects on your system. If they harm the process, its an
obvious setback to what youre trying to achieve during this time.)

2) 75% diet of raw fruits and vegetables: it is very crucial that you eat light, very healthy foods. This will
greatly decrease the time needed to complete this first step and enhance the outcome.

3) Normal and regular sleeping hours: you should practice maintaining early sleep patterns regularly, as
you want your mind, emotions and body to be fresh and alert during this time.

4) No sexual release, meaning no orgasm during this time: through this process you will be attempting
to store Ching (sexual) energy for the purpose of inner healing and overall illumination. This life-
giving force is of vital use in this process. If you spill your seed through orgasm, it will set your
progress back 50% or more, causing delays in the achievement of the dragons hum.

(An outer emission spills the seed containing the energy we want to draw up. Later we will experience
injaculation, a process whereby the semen is released into the spinal channel and the energies drawn
up the Shushuna path into the endocrine glands in the brain, where infinitely higher states of pleasure
can be experienced. The loss of the outer orgasm becomes as irrelevant as the loss of interest in the
childish games that do not stimulate our interest anymore.)

5) Daily practice: you should ensure that you set aside one hour a day (or night) to the practice of this
system. This is the most important process you will undergo; it is life changing and should not be
taken lightly.

Follow the maxim of universal success: DO IT EVERY DAY. Over the first couple months you will
start to see why. If you have a day when you do not feel like meditating, FORCE YOURSELF. If you
are not serious about this process then you really should consider if it is right for you.

6) WARNING: This process is going to alter the way you view the world and yourself. If you have not
worked on your ego mind and emotional centers at all then you should think twice about this process.

We are not talking about a light hearted strip mall yoga practice, we are talking about a very
advanced form of spiritual awakening that not everyone will be ready for. If you are new to the
esoteric community and are still wrapped up in religious dogmas and judgment, this may not be for
youproceed with caution. If you have worked on eliminating fears and overcoming selfish thoughts
and desires, then move on and good luck.

Lastly, do not lust after results. The process works, if you work. Troubling about what will or will not come is
like worrying about tomorrow; it comes regardless, and all our worrying is but energy wasted. With that said<

this Truth and the support to ensure you are freed from your bondage forever. Let us begin.

TIBETAN RITES

"And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face,
and my life is preserved."
- Genesis 32:30

Jacob 'wrestles' with the Angel Samael until he defeats him and then demands a 'blessing'. The Angel blesses
him and his name changes from Jacob to Israel, and there he sees God face to face in the land he calls 'Peniel' - the
Pineal gland. This is symbolic, like all biblical scripture. It is describing Jacob overcoming his sexual desire for the
purposes of unification within the Heavens (Above in the the Mind), which therefore activates the Pineal Gland
or the Ajna (brow) Chakraand his inner vision then reveals the spiritual worlds and God.

Instead of 'wrestling', we will be utilizing some simple ancient Tibetan Rites to get the energy flowing in the
proper channels. When performing these Rites, be attentive to your body and remember to breathe deep and
rhythmically, holding the breath on each inhalation and exhalation, move slowly through these Rites.

RITE 1


(1) Stand erect with your arms outstretched horizontally, parallel to the floor. Now turn the body around until
you become slightly dizzy. One thing is important: if you are male, you must spin from left to right
(clockwise). If you are female, you must spin from right to left (counterclockwise).

At first, most will only be able to spin around about half a dozen times before feeling dizzy. In the
beginning don't attempt to do any more than that. To begin with, practice this Rite only to the point of
slight dizziness. As you practice all the five Rites you will be able to spin more and with less dizziness.
And if you feel like sitting or lying down to recover from the dizziness, by all means do so. This Rite
generates a flow in your chakras and will help energize them.

RITE 2








(2a) First, lie flat on the floor, face up. Once you have stretched out flat on your back, fully extend your arms
along your sides and place the palms of your hands against the floor, keeping the fingers close together.

(2b) Then, raise your head off the floor, tucking the chin against the chest. As you do so, slowly lift your legs,
knees straight, into a vertical position. If possible, let the legs extend back over the body, toward the head.
However, do not let the knees bend.

(2a) Then slowly lower both the head and the legs, knees still straight, to the floor. Allow all your muscles to
relax and then repeat the exercise.

(2b) With each repetition, establish a breathing rhythm. Breathe in as you lift your head and legs...

(2a) ...and breathe out as you lower them. The deeper you breathe the better.

If you are unable to keep your knees perfectly straight, then let them bend a bit, but no more than
absolutely necessary. Yet as you continue practicing this exercise, attempt to straighten them as much as
you possibly can.

RITE 3









(3a) The third Rite should be practiced immediately after the second. Kneel on the floor against the thigh
muscles. Incline the head and neck forward, tucking the chin against the chest.

(3b) Then bring the head and neck back as far as they will go and, at the same time, lean backwards, arching the
spine. As you arch your spine, you will brace your arms and hands against the thighs for support.

(3a) After that, lean forward and go all the way down if you can, touching the head to the ground. Then return
to the original position and start the Rite over again.

(3b) As with the second Rite you should establish a rhythmic breathing pattern. Breathe in deeply as you arch
the spine.

(3a) Breathe out as you return to an erect position. Deep breathing is most beneficial, so take as much air into
your lungs as you possibly can.

(4a) Sit down on the floor with legs straight out in front of you and your feet about 12 inches apart. With the
trunk of the body erect, place the palms of your hands on the floor alongside the buttocks. Then, tuck the
chin forward against the chest.

(4b) Now drop the head backward as far as it will go. At the same time, raise your body so that the knees bend
while the arms remain straight. The trunk of the body will be horizontal, in a straight line with the upper
legs, parallel to the floor. Both the arms and shins will be straight up, perpendicular to the floor. Then tense
every muscle in the body.

(4a) Finally, relax your muscles as you return to the original sitting position, and rest before repeating the
procedure.

(4b) Again, breathing is important to this exercise. Breathe in deeply as you raise up the body. Hold in the
breath as you tense the muscles.

(4a) Then breathe out completely as you come down. Continue breathing in the same rhythm as long as you rest
between repetitions.

RITE 5









(5a) When you perform the fifth Rite your body will be faced down toward the floor. It will be supported by the
hands, palms down against the floor, and toes in a fixed position. Throughout this Rite the hands and feet
should each be spaced about two feet apart, and the arms and feet should be kept straight.

Start with your arms perpendicular to the floor and the spine arched so that the body is in a sagging
position. Bring the head as far back as possible.

(5b) Then, bending at the hips, bring the body up into an inverted "V". At the same time, bring the chin forward,
tucking it against the chest.

(5a) Return to the original position, and start the exercise all over again. By the end of the first week, the average
person will find this exercise one of the easiest to perform.

Once you become proficient at it, let the body drop from the raised position to a point almost, but not quite
touching the floor. Tense the muscles for a moment both at the raised point, and at the low point

(5b) Follow the deep breathing pattern, the same as you used in the previous Rites. Breathe in deeply as you
raise the body.

(5a) Breathe out fully as you lower it.

MEDITATION PRIMER

"The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body
shall be full of light."
- Matthew 6:22

Here Yeheshua (Jesus) is very clearly telling us that when the 'inner single eye' - called the Ajna (brow)
Chakra or the Pineal Gland - is active, you will be full of Light (illumination or Spiritual Sight).










Sit in a comfortable position with a straight back and good posture, feet tucked in. Any comfortable posture
is fine, so long as the spine is straight and relaxed.

Ensure that your eyes are not closed all the way, just very slightly open so that you do not focus inward
and you do not focus outward. The tip of the nose should be seen just under the almost closed lids. This is the
proper position of the eyes.

Breathe softly and deeply. During the breathing, the outer ears should not hear the breath.

Utilize one of the following mudras (hand postures):






Dhyana: cup your hands in your lap, thumbs touching.










Hakini: keep the hands apart and rested in your lap, touching the fingertips and thumb of each hand
together. The fingers point away from the body, and the thumbs point up.

Guyan: hands resting palms up on the legs, thumb and index finger touching, other fingers straight.

Take a few minutes of silent meditation. Tilt your head up slightly to look out into the All and smile up
with gratitude. Establish a heartfelt connection and yearning for ever-deepening intimacy with the All.
This is your True Source of Light, Life, Love, and Liberty. Be present to that.

CHAKRA CLEARING

You are worthy to take the scroll,
And to open its seals;
For You were slain,
And have redeemed us to God by Your blood
Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
And have made us kings and priests to our God;
And we shall reign on the earth.
Revelation 5: 9, 10

The Seven Seals to be 'loosed' represent the Seven Chakras and the Scroll to be opened is the
spine which after being loosed will allow the sacred force to rise and illuminate the mind (the
Heavens), providing eternal spiritual life.


Therefore, as a primer to the Sacred Circle breath, we are going to energize the chakras individually. Each
mantra should be vibrated out loud, but you can do so in a soft tone if you prefer. Once the sound can be
associated internally to each chakra, it is no longer necessary to vibrate aloud. Spend at least two minutes on each
Chakra.

Inhale, breathe energy into the Root Chakra located at the perineum between the sexual organ and the
anus. Exhale, vibrate 'Rheem': Rrrhhheeeeemmmm OR Lam: Laaaaaaaaaammmmm.

Inhale, breathe energy into the Sacral Chakra located at the base of the spine and extending through to the
sexual organ. Exhale, vibrate 'Li': Llliiiiiiiiiii OR Vam: Vaaaaaaaaaammmmm.
Inhale & breathe energy into the Solar Plexus Chakra located at the small of the back and extending
through to the naval. Exhale, vibrate 'Yah': Yyyyaaaaaahhhhh OR Ram: Rraaaaaaaaammmmm.

Inhale & breathe energy into the Heart Chakra between the shoulder blades and through to the front of the
chest. Exhale, vibrate 'Hue': Hhhhuuuuueeeee OR Yam: Yaaaaaaaaaammmmm.

Inhale & breathe energy into the Throat Chakra where the spine meets the neck and outward to the front of
the neck. Exhale, vibrate 'Kay': Kkaaaaaayyyyyy OR Ham: Haaaaaaaaaammmmm.

Inhale & breathe energy into the 3rd Eye Chakra in the center of the head and out through the forehead.
Exhale, vibrate 'Tho': Tthhhhoooooooo OR Aum: Aauuuuuuuuummmmm.

Inhale & breathe energy into the Crown Chakra just above the center of the head and out the forehead.
Exhale, vibrate 'Om': Ooooooommmmmmmm.

SACRED CIRCLE BREATH

As you transition now from the chakra clearing into the Sacred Circle meditation, be sure to keep your
heart and mind still and avoid any distractions: the transition should be seamless. If you are disturbed by a
thought or desire at any time that takes you away from your focus, examine that thought and then pull it back to
your center where it will dissolve. Then when you are focused again only on your breathing, continue the
process as normal.

Sit in the Lotus position (shown in the above seated postures). If the Lotus position isnt comfortable, try
the half-lotus. And if that is uncomfortable, try a chair. The important thing is to keep the spine comfortably

straight. The Lotus position is the best position for correct breathing and that is why its universally used. But the
real goal of this method or any other serious method is the breath and its proper use.

And the Lord said to me, "Amos, what do you see?" And I said, "A plumb line."
Then the Lord said, "See, I am setting a plumb line in the midst of my people."
Amos 7:8

To find your center, use what is called a plumb-line by looking
downward and inward at the tip of your nose with your eyes almost
entirely closed.

Looking at the tip of the nose serves only as the beginning of
concentration so that the eyes are brought into the right direction for
looking and then are held to the guideline; after that, just fall back
into that state, looking into the body rather than outward.

The idea behind centering is to use the tip of the nose as a
guideline because it helps relax the eyelids, which has the effect of
shutting out light and other visual distractions.

The more you lower your eyelids without completely closing
them, the more you move your attention in toward the center.
Eventually, you may even close your eyes.

When practicing, don't think too much about the center; rather, try to feel it. Once you feel it, you will
realize you are making progress because you won't be worrying about half-open, half-closed, or fully open
eyelids.

We just want to find the center and hold it; this is where we will observe or
sense the breath and energyrelaxed, but focused. After some practice it will
get easier and you will simply sit back into your center without any effort.

Keep the tip of the tongue touching the roof of the mouth towards the back of
the teeth during ALL Sacred Circle meditation to complete the circular
connection of Chi and Ching energy.

During the first 90 to 120 days you will experience some very powerful
sensations if done diligently and daily. During this time, you will get familiar
with stilling the mind, heart and body and centering yourself in focused
observation.

This will allow the breath to move the male and female energies together where they will be united and
gathered in the lower cauldron under the Manipura about 2-3 inches under the Navel in the belly. At the end of
this first stage, you will be ready to almost instantly open your Inner Eye of Spiritual Sight.

This first stage is therefore the most important on your journey of creating the Elixir of Immortality and will
lead you into the other stages with a clear and illuminated understanding, an intimate and clear knowledge of the
Divine Plan.

During this practice, it is good to place your hands in your lap. The
thumb on the left hand should touch its middle finger and the right
hand should be placed under it (palm upward) with the right
thumb bent over the left palm; this means the negative embracing
the positive.

This first method is quite simple: it involves breathing up the spine,
over the crown, down the body and into the lower belly where the
Ching (sexual energy) is stored and united with the Chi (natural
energy). Feeling the Chinglower energyrise is the most
important process here.

Throughout this process you must keep the breath as soft and
gentle as possible. There is a state where you will get to no
sensation of the breath, and although you will still be breathing,
only the focus of the Light Energy will be sensed.

When you inhale, you must keep the breath soft, quiet and
rhythmically flowing, always staying in your ''center'. If you lose
your center of focus from a thought or distraction, move back into
focusing on your breath and continue your practice gently and
calmly as the observer.

The purpose of the process shown here is to collect the Male and Female energy in this lower 'cauldron'
(called the Tan Tien) which will unite to create the spark needed to ignite the Kundalini energy in the coming
weeks in a completely safe and natural way. Please Reference Fig. 4, 5, and 6 pps. 15, 16 for depictions of the
Circle Breath.

Inhaling, draw the Ching with the breath from the perineum if male,
or from the cervix, if female. With the breath, bring the energy to the
base of the spine and up the spine, stopping along the back at the
heart for a moment, then up the neck, over the top of the head and
into the brow. Hold the energy and the breath there for a second or
so.

Exhaling, bring the energy from the brow down the back of the
sinuses and the mouth, where it mixes with the Chi energy, and down
the front of the throat to the front of the body. Once it goes past the
navel, turn it in where it will circulate like a water wheel turning
clockwise in the cauldron.

As you breathe you should feel the breath luring or pushing the
energy 'particles' or 'stream' up the spine, from the neck and back of
the head and to the brow, descending through the sinuses, mouth, and throat, down the front of the torso and
finally into the belly where it will circulate.

Once the energy enters the lower cauldron in the bottom of the belly, it will eventually be felt like leaves in the
wind or water hitting a round embankment at the shoreline, forcing it backwards into a circular pattern.

While you collect and cook the energy here, keep the cauldron rotating, and feel the energy get 'sucked' into
the vortex of the spinning cauldron as it makes its way past the navel. You should intend for the energy to swirl
there in a circular pattern from the back to the front of the cauldron in a clockwise direction with each breath.

Its okay in the beginning if you have trouble feeling any of these sensations; dont worry, it is new to you.
Eventually it will be incredibly noticeable and felt distinctly. For now, just your intention on the energy is
enoughits there regardless whether you feel it or not so dont get concerned in the beginning, it will emerge
soon enough.

Eventually you will reach the moment when, within the 90 to 120 day period (or less depending on the
student), an indicator will emerge which causes a vibrating or an energetic motion in the lower belly which is
clearly felt. This is the indicator that the time has come to open the dormant energy explained in the Sacred Circle
Part II. Once ready activating the Kundalini process only takes a few days.

CLOSING

Remember, it is important you stay with this daily routine and focus yourself; it will be the most important
few months you have ever spent in your life. If you miss a Tibetan Pose routine or the Chakra meditation that is
okay from time to time, but the Sacred Circle must be followed daily, even if just for 15 minutes. The longer you
meditate, the faster this process will work in you.

There is much to explore and discuss in Part II. We are excited and honored that you have taken this
illuminating Path in your life and we want to help you through each step in this transformative process, which
will utterly change your perception and conscious awareness toward yourself and the whole of reality.
