We would like to invite you to the General Assembly Foundation Congress of
South East European Orienteering Association (SEEOA) which will be held in
Belgrade, Serbia from 15 to 17
th
November 2013.
For the General Assembly meeting we proposed next

SEEOA Congress Agenda:

1. Opening of the General Assembly.
2. Roll call of delegates.
3. Applications for membership and decisions.
4. Establishment of the number of voting members present.
5. Election of a General Assembly presidium.
6. Election of two persons to check the minutes.
7. Election of three tellers to count votes and observe elections.
8. Approval of the agenda, and ruling on the urgency of any items not included.
9. Decision whether the sessions should be open.
10. Report by the SEEOA Initiative board on the activities since the last meeting
held in Romania, September 2013.
8.Proposals.
8.1.1. Membership fees
8.1.2. Budget and activity plan for the four calendar years following the General
Assembly.
8.1.3. Election of the Council members, President and two Vice Presidents.
8.1.4.Appointment of legal representative of SEEOA who will be responsible for
registration of SEEOA.
9. Announcement of place and approximate dates of the next Ordinary General
Assembly.
10. Any other business.
11. Closure of the General Assembly

Friday 15th November 2013.

From 13,00h Arrival. Registration, accommodation in the hotel (Slavija, Belgrade).
17,15h -18,15h meeting of SEEOA initiative board
18,30h dinner
19,30h-21,00h preparation meeting for the Congress, roll call of delegates, latest preparations
for conducting Congress agenda, collecting necessary papers etc
