La gestin de llamados es una de las tareas ms importantes en toda labor

de resguardar la imagen institucional, para responder o hacer
llamados telefnicos, se recomienda: Identifcar a la Institucin
o la Unidad e identifcarse personalmente. Ser amable. Si el
llamado es para un superior, consultarle y comunicar. Si la
persona requerida est ocupada, consultar si eventualmente es
