Dear Bros in Christ,

Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.
Brothers in Christ, this weekly encouragement is sent and meant to be an encouragement to all and to build up and edify in the Lord Jesus Christ. Oikodome means "Builder". The Lord has put
this on my heart to send out a monthly ron !an Oikodome "oy#kod#om#ay$% to build up and encourage the men who lo&e and follow Jesus Christ in their walk with 'im.
Hebrews 3: 13 "ut encoura!e one another dai"#, as "on! as it is ca""ed $oda#, so that none of #ou ma# be hardened b# sin%s deceitfu"ness."
PRAYER REQUESTS: f you ha&e any prayer re(uests please send them and will send them out to the bros for prayer, if pri&acy is needed will send in a discreet way.

Bros, it is easy for us to complain about what we lack, in fact way too easy, but also to complain when we ha&e
way too much#in reality we ha&e it made) *e could learn &ery easily how to be content like +aul was in his
circumstances then we wouldn,t ha&e any reason to complain. -nd if we find oursel&es to be a grumbler we could
ad.ust our attitude of complaining, to a reliance on /od totally, and ha&e the peace of /od that helps us to trust in
'is power and strength not ours in whate&er situation that /od allows us to be in at any gi&en time. +aul states his
contentment whether he has much or nothing0+aul did not want to lend to the appearance of being a complainer.
'e had the peace of /od and relied on the strength of /od. t,s the power of /od that allowed him to li&e beyond
or abo&e his circumstances. 1emember he wrote this letter from prison and look he still has the right attitude of
trusting /od, dependence on /od and the peace of /od to be content no matter his circumstance0 Could it be that
hard for us to change02 *hen you think about whom 'e is, the &reator of the 'niverse we should without a
doubt be able to always trust in the -lmighty Creator of the hea&ens and the earth and the li&ing creature. am sure
for a lot of us, myself included3 the one thing we need to change most is our attitude of complaining and to be able
to ha&e a good attitude of gratitude 4thankfulness, appreciation and gratefulness5 no matter where we find oursel&es
in e&eryday life. f we look to /od we can always count on 'is strength and our trust really should always be in
Jesus not what we ha&e or do not ha&e materially0This is always the best attitude we can ha&e no matter what or
where we find oursel&es in life, Christ is always the answer) Christ will always pre&ail and get us through whether
we are rich or poor. t,s about staying in Christ#going to 'im, li&ing in 'is grace, walking in the 6pirit, being
reliant on Christ and who 'e is and what 'e has done for us and how much 'e lo&es us and will continue to lo&e
us and that lo&e will ne&er fade or fall away) Christ alone pro&ides us with the strength to get through e&ery day to
do 'is will whether we be full or hungry, whether we ha&e it all or suffer need, Christ will gi&e us 'is peace in any
and all circumstances. *e can abound in Christ who strengthens us and 'is peace that surpasses all understanding
and trumps e&erything amen)
-gape,
