As per discussion in meeting BSNL can have 3 types of subscribers.

A) Corporate customer which are having reduced tariff than normal subscriber due
to corporation plan. onthly rental will be deducted for those subscribers. !n
case balance is not available in customer account" all services of subscriber will
be barred from !N. #hese customer will be managed via !N. #hese will not be
provisioned in $%N system.&est Life cycle call flow for these subscribers will be
same as normal !N subscriber.
B) Second type of subscribers are C'( subscribers with normal tariff plan.
). Subscriber is a normal Active prepaid subscriber and he subscribed to C'(
facility.
*. Subscriber will be created at $%N by %rovisioning System and CS% at +L& will
be changed also.
3. !f surepay is giving an error" $%N will move that number to Suspend State.
,uring Suspend state" calls will be wor-ing as a .%ersonal Call/.
0. At the time of Creation $%N system will send Bundle Subscription +LA%! re1uest
for $%N services to 2CS with 3ero fee.
4. 5urther on &ecurring Charges will be deducted from customer on first day of
month. ethod used will be bundle subscription only" but this time with Bundle
fees as per $%N profile.
6. !f subscriber rental deduction is not success" $%N will allow (race %eriod of
three days to that subscriber.
7. After (race period" the number will be moved to suspend state. ,uring Suspend
state" calls will be wor-ing as a .%ersonal Call/.
8. $%N will have fre1uency to chec- for rental deduction 9 0 times every day.
:. ;very month rental can be configured as %rorate or not. !t can be decided by
$%N System.
)<. Some of the plans don=t have any freebies. 5or those plans" surepay is attaching
some dummy feature pac-age. So that rental deduction would continue as per
the same method of Bundle Subscription.
)). !f !n any of the plans" &s.>?@AB tal-time to be given. #hat is configured as Cost
buc-et.
)*. Suspension period in $%N has defined as > days.
A) !f subscriber do not recharge "After suspension period" number will be moved
,;AC#!$; state. #hose deactivated numbers will be shared to Sanchar Soft.
%rovisioning system will delete that number from $%N" change +L& CS%
profile to !N and $%N will send unsubscribe bundle +LA%! command to !N.
B) !f he recharges after one month" then rental for last month will be deducted.
)3. !f customer goes to BSNL customer care and he wants to unsubscribe services
of $%N" then also above call flow will be followed.
)0. 5or each +LA%! re1uest" #ransaction !, should be a uni1ue $alue and (enerate
AA C ? should be present.
C) #hird types of subscribers are C'( subscriber with reduced tariff plan.
Call flow of those subscribers will be same as #ype B subscribers
