Lets Review:

#1 Membership Requirements
There is one simple requirement for church membership:
You must believe that Jesus (God in human form) died for your sins be saved.
#2 Membership Responsibilities
You must with all of your heart be willing to follow Him. Acts :!"# $:%&'%$
(t is a lifetime commitment) *earn it' *ive it' *ove it' *ead it)
#3 Membership Rewards
(t has both earthly and heavenly rewards. (t gives you a purpose for living and a
place to use your talents. You are included in a loving family. They will
appreciate you while you honor +od and ,eep His commandments. You can
help other people find eternal life and earn rewards)
#4 Membership Reparations -M.I.A..
/hen you become 0issing in Action someone will come loo,ing for you. There
is hope. 1orgiveness and 2estoration is a commandment to all who will repent.
#5 Membership Rejected -P.O.W..
There are times when you may fall into a temptation or sin that ,eeps you away
from church. Your membership means someone will be praying for you even
when you become a 3risoner of /ar. Your duty is to fight the enemy and try to
escape with all of your strength. +et into the /ord of +od and use it. (t helps)
#6 Membership Relinquished -A.W.O.L..
There are times when members are Absent With Out Leave. 4thers pray for and
try to help these members but they cannot rescue them. (t is because the M.I.A.
member has changed sides. They are not a P.O.W. They are no longer faithful
to +od. They are not trying to escape from their sins. They love their sins. They
have 5oined sides with the enemy of +od. This ,ind of action shows their true
heart. They give up their membership in church because they were never
interested in the things of +od because they were never saved. They are only
pretenders. 6top praying for them. +ive them over to 6atan to destroy. (f they
repent then you have gained a brother. (f they do not repent7they are doomed)
#7 Membership Reunions is J!
The end desire of membership is to wor, together with other 8hristians to win
the world to Jesus. (f along the way some fall into sin' these four steps help7

life... 97he that is spiritual 5udgeth all things7: & 8or. $:&%# 93rove all things#

the Aew Testament all of them refer to a local assembly or all of the local
assemblies in an institutional way. 6ome times it is used to describe a town
meeting at other times an assembly of followers. But most of the time it is used
describing the church that Jesus built. These were His disciples who had
accepted Jesus as their personal 6avior and had been baptiMed by John the
Baptist. Then they followed Jesus daily and were committed to learning His
/ord to do +odKs /ill. (t was never used to describe a universal or invisible
