was running stationary traffic in the 2800 block of Business Center Dr in Pearland,
Brazoria County, Texas. A vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be
without a Driver`s License and Financial Responsibility. The driver was arrested,
charged for No Driver`s License and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility
and booked into the Pearland Police Department jail without incident.

Known male complainant reported that a known male offender was given
permission and authority to test drive a vehicle for sale. The complainant stated
that the offender did not return the vehicle in a prompt and reasonable amount of
time leading him to believe that the offender had no intention of returning the
vehicle. Investigating officer attempted to make contact with offender via
telephone; results were negative. Investigating officer made contact with the ADA
of the county of jurisdiction and was advised to proceed with the filing of
applicable charges. During the course of the investigation contact was made with
the offender`s father (known male) who advised that the offender had encountered
mechanical difficulties with the vehicle in question but was en-route to the
location of occurrence with the vehicle intact. Vehicle in question was returned to
the complainant undamaged. No charges filed. Case cleared.

Arrest-ppd On 11/22/09 I picked up a known w/m suspect from 8300 Mykawa from HPD for
PPD warrants and transported the suspect to the Pearland City Jail.

Two vehicles had the driver side tires punctured with what appears to be a knife.
The suspect is the soon to be ex-husband of the female the drives one of the
vehicles. The other vehicle is owned by her boyfriend.

On November 22nd, 2009 at approximately 1015 hours Pearland Police
Department Officers were dispatched to the 12100 block of Shadow Creek
Parkway, Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas in reference to the Burglary of a

Motor Vehicle. No suspects were identified and a report was filed with the
Pearland Police Department.

Agency Matching suspicious vehicle believed to have been related to subjects suspected of
issuing bad checks at HEB was stopped in the 11300 block of W. Broadway. Both
occupants advised that they paid by check and provided receipts of purchase of all
items in their current possession. The male driver was identified and was
discovered to have 3 outstanding warrants. Warrants were confirmed and other
agency requested a hold to be placed. Male was transported to Pearland Jail
without further incident. The vehicle was released to the female passenger.
