Qu es liderazgo.
Segn el Diccionario de la Lengua Espaola (1986), liderazgo se define como la direccin, jefatura o
conduccin de un partido poltico, de un grupo social o de otra colectividad. El Diccionario de Ciencias de
la Conducta (1956), lo define como las "cualidades de personalidad y capacidad que favorecen la gua y el
control de otros individuos".
Estrategia de manejo de grupos.
Eleccin de la tcnica del grupo.
La eleccin de la tcnica adecuada corresponde generalmente al educador o al coordinador del grupo,
salvo los casos en los que el grupo ha decidido de antemano utilizar una tcnica concreta. Las diversas
tcnicas de grupo poseen caractersticas variables que las hacen aptas para determinados grupos en
distintas circunstancias.

El trabajo en equipo se refiere a la serie de estrategias, procedimientos y metodologas que utiliza un grupo
humano para lograr las metas propuestas. Pocas cosas son imposibles para las personas altamente
creativas, convencidos por esta capacidad de que siempre hay cosas por descubrir para solucionar nuestros
problemas o para perfeccionar lo que ya existe de manera de mejorar nuestra calidad de vida. o como dijo
Einstein:
"La creatividad es mas poderosa que el conocimiento"
Es importante considerar algunos puntos al definir la estrategia de trabajo:
-Definir todo el problema
-Generar muchas posibles estrategias creativas
-Anticipar riesgos u obstculos
-Decidir la mejor estrategia para el equipo
-Implementar la estrategia en el equipo
-Evaluar los resultados
-La mejora continua.
Gestin en tecnologas de informacin.
La gestin de servicios de tecnologas de la informacin (en ingls IT Service Management, ITSM) es una
disciplina basada en procesos, enfocada en alinear los servicios de TI proporcionados con las necesidades
de las empresas, poniendo nfasis en los beneficios que puede percibir el cliente final. GSTI propone
cambiar el paradigma de gestin de TI, por una coleccin de componentes enfocados en servicios de punta
a cabo usando distintos marcos de trabajo con las "mejores prcticas", como por ejemplo la Information
Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) o el ESCM (enabled Service Capability Model).
DISEO WEB.
El diseo web es una actividad que consiste en la planificacin, diseo e implementacin de sitios web.
No es simplemente una aplicacin del diseo convencional, ya que requiere tener en cuenta la
navegabilidad, interactividad, usabilidad, arquitectura de la informacin y la interaccin de medios
como el audio, texto, imagen, enlaces y vdeo. Se lo considera dentro del diseo multimedia.
La unin de un buen diseo con una jerarqua bien elaborada de contenidos, aumenta la eficiencia de
la web como canal de comunicacin e intercambio de datos, que brinda posibilidades como el contacto
directo entre el productor y el consumidor de contenidos, caracterstica destacable del medio.
El diseo web ha visto amplia aplicacin en los sectores comerciales de Internet especialmente en la
World Wide Web. Asimismo, a menudo la web se utiliza como medio de expresin plstica en s.
Artistas y creadores hacen de las pginas en Internet un medio ms para ofrecer sus producciones y
utilizarlas como un canal ms de difusin de su obra.
INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL (Modelo PAMA).
El objetivo de la IA es el diseo de un programa de agente. Para ello es necesario contar con una idea
bastante precisa del ambiente, las percepciones y acciones, y por ltimo de las metas. A este conjunto de
datos se le conoce como matriz PAMA (Percepcin, Accin, Meta y Ambiente).
Ejemplo de un agente conductor de taxi implementando la matriz PAMA:

Rastreador.
En esta prueba se valora la capacidad de un robot de realizar un recorrido por una pista con diversas rutas
alternativas. Se trata de explotar la capacidad de seguimiento de caminos complejos, y de la capacidad de
deteccin inequvoca de marcas para indicar rutas.
Percepciones.
El agente rastreador tiene que disponer de una percepcin suficientemente precisa como para poder realizar
un seguimiento de la lnea con una cierta precisin y sin oscilaciones.

Acciones.
El sistema efector de este agente debe ser capaz de realizar las maniobras indicadas en sus metas, de la
forma ms fiel posible.
Metas.
Como la pista puede tener cualquier tamao, se deben replantear las metas continuamente y no llegar nunca
a un estado final de parada.
Ambiente.
Es una pista negra sobre un fondo blanco. Existe suficiente diferencia de color como para no confundirlos en
condiciones normales.

Velocista.
Esta prueba valora la velocidad de un robot sobre una pista. Entra en juego sobre todo la velocidad mxima
que un robot puede alcanzar siguiendo una pista, y cmo se resuelven los problemas de controlabilidad y
autonoma.

Glosario.
Bifurcacin: (del latn bifuurcus, ahorquillado) es la accin de separar algo en varias partes.
Tatami: (palabra que originalmente significaba "doblada y apilada") son un elemento tradicional muy
caracterstico de las casas japonesas.
Pixel: (acrnimo del ingls picture element, "elemento de imagen") es la menor unidad homognea en color
que forma parte de una imagen digital, ya sea esta una fotografa, un fotograma de vdeo o un grfico.
PAMA: Percepcin, Accin, Medio, Ambiente.
Robot: Un robot es una entidad virtual o mecnica artificial. En la prctica, esto es por lo general un sistema
electromecnico que, por su apariencia o sus movimientos, ofrece la sensacin de tener un propsito
propio.

What is leadership?
According to the Dictionary of the Spanish Language (1986), leadership is defined as the direction,
leadership or leadership of a political party, social group or other community. The Dictionary of Behavioral
Sciences (1956), defines it as the "qualities of character and ability to promote the guidance and control of
other individuals."
Management strategy groups.
Choice of technique in the group.
Choosing the right technique generally corresponds to the teacher or the coordinator of the group, except in
cases where the group has already decided to use a particular technique. The various group techniques have
variable characteristics that make them suitable for certain groups in different circumstances.
Policy strategies.
Teamwork refers to the number of strategies, procedures and methodologies used by a group of people to
achieve their goals. Few things are impossible for highly creative people, convinced by this ability to always
find things to solve our problems or to improve what already exists in order to improve our quality of life. Or
as Einstein said:
"Creativity is more powerful than knowledge"
It is important to consider some points to define the strategy of work:

-Generate many possible creative strategies.
-Anticipate hazards or obstacles.
-Decide on the best strategy for the team.
-Implement the strategy on the computer.
-Evaluate the results.
-Continuous improvement.
Information technology management.
The service management information technology (IT Service Management in English, ITSM) is a process-
based discipline, focused on aligning IT services provided to the needs of businesses, emphasizing the
benefits that the client can perceive end. GSTI proposes to change the paradigm of IT management, a
collection of components that focus on end to end services using different frameworks with "best practices"
such as the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or ESCM (enabled Service Capability
Model).
WEB DESIGN.
Web design is an activity that involves the planning, design and implementation of websites. It is not simply
an application of conventional design as it requires consideration of navigability, interactivity, usability,
information architecture and interaction of media such as audio, text, images, links and video. It is
considered within the multimedia design. Binding of a good design with well-developed hierarchy of content,
increases the efficiency of the web as a channel of communication and data exchange, providing
opportunities and direct contact between producer and consumer of content, remarkable feature of the
medium. Web design has been widely applied in the commercial Internet especially the World Wide Web.
Also, often the site is used as a means of artistic expression itself. Artists and creators make web pages
more to offer half their production and use as a channel for the dissemination of his work.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (Model PAMA).
The aim of AI is the design of a program agent. This requires having a pretty good idea of the environment,
perceptions and actions, and finally the goals. In this data set is known as matrix PAMA (Perception,
Action, Target and Environment).
Example of a taxi driver agent implementing the PAMA matrix:

Tracker.
This test assesses the ability of a robot to take a tour of a track with several alternative routes. It is to exploit
the ability to track complex paths, and the ability of unambiguous detection of markings to indicate routes.
Perceptions.
The crawler agent must have a perception accurate enough to track the line with some precision and without
oscillations.

Shares.
The effector system of this agent should be able to perform the maneuvers listed in your goals, as faithfully as
possible.
Goals.
As the track can be any size, you should rethink the goals continuously and never get to a final stop.
Environment.
It is a black run on a white background. There is enough difference in color as not to confuse them in normal
conditions.

This test evaluates the speed of a robot on a track. Comes into play on all the speed that a robot can
achieve by following a track, and how to solve the problems of controllability and autonomy.

Glossary.
Bifurcation: (Latin bifuurcus, bracketing) is the act of separating something into parts.
Tatami: (word originally meaning "folded and piled") are a characteristic of traditional Japanese houses.
Pixel: (picture element of the English acronym "picture element") is the smallest unit that is homogeneous in
color from a digital image, be it a photograph, a video frame or graphic.
PAMA: Perception, Action, Environment, Environment.
Robot: A robot is a virtual or mechanical artificial entity. In practice, this is usually an electromechanical
system that, by its appearance or movements, offers a sense of purpose itself.
