Dr. Aart-Jan Hoeven Senior Training Specialist Innovation. Aart-Jan Hoeven has more than 20 years of experience working with Phillips in the field of product development. He is experienced in multidisciplinary and international projects, with focus on software, electronics, physics and mechanical engineering. Aart-Jan was leading multidisciplinary R&D teams with up to 50 members in an international environment. Aart-Jan developed a special course on advanced project management methods in complex R&D environments for the international Philips R&D community. M. Sc. Anne-Liis Peterson Senior Training Expert Marketing. Anne-Liis has more than 15 year of experience in marketing of innovation and public relations. She was researcher at the Estonian Organisation for Copyright Protection and researcher at the Labour Market Board and the National Institute for Health Development. Besides being a marketing consultant for companies like Schering, Roche, Kalev, Rngu Mahl, ONOFF and Renault she is a researcher and lecturer at the Estonian Institute of Humanities of the Tallinn University. Dr. Michael Boronowsky Senior Training Expert Technology Transfer. Michael Boronowsky coordinates Knowledge and Technology Transfer activities of the ICT research institute at the University of Bremen with over 160 researchers. He develops and establishes new concepts for science business collaboration. He developed and acquired the INTERREG 4B project BONITA (3 Mio.) where new concepts for efficient knowledge and technology transfer were developed. He is the prime author of the ISO/IEC 15504 standard based model innoSPICE for technology transfer. Dr. Tanja Woronowicz Senior Training Expert Technology Transfer. Tanja Woronowicz is an expert in the area of knowledge and technology transfer. At the University of Bremen she develops new concepts to improve knowledge- and technology transfer processes within research organizations. She is the co-author of the ISO/IEC 15504 standard based model innoSPICE . She develops and performs of trainings in the area of Knowledge- and technology transfer and she assesses transfer processes within research organizations. M. Sc. Olga Mala Junior Training Specialist Olga Mala is an experienced trainer with a background in finance and economics. She is the project manager to the "Project Technical Assistants" (PTA) for the Thematic Priority "Nanosciences, Nanotechnologies, Materials, and new Production Technologies" (NMP) for the European Commission, DG Research. She conducted the marketing analysis for the new marketing strategy of the National Institute for Research and Development in Microtechnologies (Romania). Olga was a trainer of the Innovation Assistant Training (IAT), a training course to introduce lean methodologies to improve productivity in manufacturing and services and quality systems for Latvian and Estonian companies.
