1.1 PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to describe the Annual Surveys process and manage those process effectively
and efficiently to be applied in Shark Line Company.
1.2 SCOPES

The following activities are covered within this business process :
1. Annual surveys
2. Hull, equipment
3. Machinery
4. Fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems
5. Bridge control stand

1.3 DEFINITIONS
For seagoing ship, annual surveys are to be conducted for the hull and the machinery, including the electrical plant,
and where applicable, for special equipment classed, at intervals of 12 months, as from the date of
commencement of the class period indicated in the certificate
