CENDAWAN GORENG RANGUP

Bahan2 :
1. Cendawan
2. Telur - 1 biji
3. Perencah maggi kari
4. Tepung jagung

Cara2 Nak Membuatnye :

1. Cendawan kena basuh n toskan kasi btol2 kering (can gunakan kitchen towel/tisu utk serap lebihan air
kat mushroom ni)
2.Pecahkan telur then masukkan perencah maggi ke dalamnya. Pukul hingga kembang
3. Celupkan mushroom ke dalam telur
4. Keluarkan dari telur tu, golek2 kan pulak mushroom ni kat atas tepung jagung
5. Masukkan ke dalam minyak panas
6. Goreng hingga kekuningan
7. Angkat dan toskan
8. Sedap!


CENDAWAN GORENG ALA KOREA
Bahan-bahan

500 gram cendawan tiram (klu dibasuh, pastikan jemur tengah panas.. utk elakkan dia
lembik, sbb cendawan menyerap air.. aku ni ha, tak basuh pun..malas nak jemur2..terus
jerk campak dlm kuali.. huhuhhu)
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan tepung beras
1 cawan tepung jagung
2 sudu besar jintan manis
4 sudu besar bijan (aku suka letak banyak2..sedap sangat..)
1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit atau kari (suka hati jerk nak letak mana satu.. tadi aku guna
kari..nanti aku nak try kunyit plak.. jangan letak serbuk kopi sudah..huhu)
1 setengah sudu besar serbuk ketumbar.. ingat! SERBUK tau!!!!!
1 biji telur
1/2 sudu besar garam
Air (air ni aku gaul ngan garam terus... biar terus sebati air tu.. )

Cara-cara

Cara-cara ni kalau tak yah explain pun korang boleh agak kot.. huhhuh..
1. Campak kan semua bahan asas seperti tepung, serbuk jintan, bijan, serbuk kunyit/kari,
serbuk ketumbar.. Then gaul kasi sebati dulu..
2. Masukkan telur
3. Masukkan air yang dah dicampur dengan garam.
4. Gaul elok-elok.. Air tu masuk slow2.. Jangan main curah sebaldi.. Agak-agak tepung tu
ala-ala sesuai untuk goreng cendawan, maka kau masukkan cendawan...
5. Basuh tangan, then gaul guna tangan lagi elok.. kalau kacau tu, seeloknya lawan arah
jam.. (dalam Islam pesan kan?) Lepas tu selawat yer...
6. Panaskan minyak.. Agak2 minyak dah panas, boleh lah menggoreng.. Masukkan
cendawan secara satu persatu yer.. Jangan main campak senggegam.. Letak elok-elok...
7. Agak2 kuning keemasan tu, bolehlah angkat..


Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian
15 cauliflower florets of lemon size
3 tablespoons corn flour
5 tablespoons all purpose flour
cup water
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Ingredients for Manchurian Sauce
cup chopped spring onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
2 teaspoons finely chopped green chillies
2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 cup water or vegetable stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon red chilli sauce (asian style)
1 tablespoon vegetable/sunflower oil
Salt to taste
Method for Manchurian
Heat oil in a wok or a deep fryer
In the meanwhile, dissolve the corn flour and all purpose flour along with pepper and salt in water.
Add the cauliflower florets and mix until the florets get coated with the flour mixture.
Add about 5 florets (or the amount your deep fryer /wok can hold) at a time into the hot oil and fry
until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain in paper towels. Keep aside.
Method for Sauce
Mix the corn flour with cup of water. Add soya sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce and salt.
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan on high heat; add garlic, ginger, green chillies, spring onions and stir
fry for a few seconds.
Add the corn flour mixture to the above and cook for a few minutes until thick and the corn flour is
cooked.
Turn off heat. Toss the Fried Cauliflower with the Manchurian Sauce and serve.
Garnish with spring onion leaves and extra green chillies if you like it spicy.


Gobi Manchurian Recipe - Ingredients

Cauliflower - 1 Medium sized cut into florets

For the batter:
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
Maida - 2.5 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste


For the manchurian:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 1.5 tbsp sliced thin
Spring onion white part - 1 tsp
Spring onion green part - 1 tbsp
Big Onion - 1 chopped finely
Soya sauce - 1/8 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2.5 tbsp
Cornflour - 2 tsp mixed with 3 tbsp water (optional I didnt use)
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients listed under 'for the batter' with little water to form a thick
paste.Boil water and add cauliflower florets, salt and turmeric powder. Cook only till half boiled,
drain water and keep aside.

2. Marinate the boiled cauliflower florets in the batter, mix well and leave it marinated for 15
mins.[I usually toast them in dosa tawa or grill them in oven.Then deep fry them till
golden brown or until crispy

3. Heat oil and add sliced garlic,spring onion white part saute for 2 mins then add onion and
saute till slightly browned.

4. Now add the green chilli sauce, soya sauce mix well in high flame for a minute.

5. Simmer,add tomato sauce and little water say 1/4 cup water, add cornflour water mixture of
you are adding then allow it boil and come to a sauce consistency.Now add toasted/grilled
gobis. Mix well again for 3-4 minutes for the flavours to get blended well with the gobis. The
gobi pieces should be a little crisp and not soggy at this stage.Finally add pepper powder and
garnish with spring onion green part and switch off.

6. Garnish with spring onions while serving and Serve hot! Yummy saucy gobi
manchurian is ready.
