VACUUM TRAILER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:-
General
A Semi Trailer mounted tank designed to suck the sewage water from cesspools,
sewers, tanks etc. by creating vacuum inside the tank. The contents are discharged
by gravity or by raising the pressure inside the tank to speed up its emptying.
Construction
The tank is fabricated from 8 mm steel sheets to specification ST 37-2or
equivalent. Circular cross-section with dished and flanged front and rear dished
ends. Internal baffles are used to control sloshing of contents. Sufficient number of
anti explosion rings is provided to the shell.
Chassis
Longitudinal member of heavy deep I-Beams. Cross members of performed
beams/fabricated channels.
Brakes: (WABCO)
Two line air pressure brake system working on all wheels suitable for coupling
with truck braking system with load sensing valve.
Vacuum Pump: Make MORO- PM 100 DIESEL ENGINE DRIVEN.

Fitting and safety features
Two nos. of 4 Ball valve with female coupling is provided for suction, one 4
Gate valve with female coupling and one 6 Ball valve provided for discharge.
Suction valve is connected to an internal stand pipe. Full size manual rear door
provided for ease of cleaning and maintenance of the tank interior with clamps
used for positive locking. Rubber seal ensure air tight closure. Primary and
secondary cut out to prevent effluent from entering vacuum pump.

Access ladder
Open hose boxes are provided on either side of the tank.

Rear bumper with yellow & black painted strips with minimum clearance of
550 mm from the ground.

7 Way quick release connector. Pair of 24 volts rear light units, each comprise of
tail lights fitted high intensity bulbs.
Interior
Sand blasted to SA 2.5 standard and coated with two coats of Coal Tar Epoxy paint
suitable for Sewage Water.
Exterior
Sand blasted to SA 2.5 standard and painted with one coat of primer and two coats
of Gloss enamel finish paint BLUE RAL 5010.
