 COMPARISON BETWEEN VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE AND DEPORTATION

In general, if you receive and obey the Order for Voluntary Departure and have not remained in the
United States without permission for more than six months, you will encounter fewer problems
returning to the United States in the future, if you have a way to return lawfully.

Voluntary Departure Deportation

Advantages - The Judge can give you a
maximum of 120 days to leave
