2014 CCRA Committees
BYLAWS Reviews the Associations bylaws and recommends any changes deemed necessary to the Board of Directors CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE Develops and revises, as necessary, the award structure and regulations; review and recommend Circle of Excellence applications to the Board of Directors for approval *Only past recipients may serve COMMUNITY SERVICE Promotes a positive REALTOR image to the public by involving the membership in fundraising and community action projects and recommends causes to the Board of Directors for approval *Affiliate members may serve CONTRACT Responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and recommending revisions to CCRA forms for Board approval EDUCATION/TECHNOLOGY Plans and organizes all educational programs, including orientation, continuing education required to maintain licensure, and courses required for those seeking REALTOR designations *Affiliate members may serve FINANCE Must be appointed by the President, and are responsible for reviewing the budget and making recommendations to the Board. GRIEVANCE Reviews allegations of ethical violations and controversies between REALTORS to determine if a hearing by the Professional Standards Committee is warranted. *Professional Standards training required LEGISLATIVE/RPAC Educates membership on current legislative issues relating to the industry, conducts RPAC fundraising campaigns to meet national and state goals, and supports local candidates for office MEMBERSHIP Recruits members from non-member companies and recruits non-member companies for REALTOR membership. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS Reviews all ethics violation complaints and arbitration requests in accordance to NAR and SCR policies and forwards any actionable cases to the Professional Standards committee *Professional Standards training and prior service on Grievance committee required
