Namontujte zpt vechny demontovan dly.
Pipojte akumultor a provete vechna potebn pizpsoben (nap. elektrick ovldn
oken apod.) a diagnostiku elektrickch zazen spojen s odpojenm a pipojenm akumul-
toru (viz dlensk pruka koda).
Provete pomoc diagnostickho pstroje aktivaci tempomatu. Je nutn nakdovat dic
jednotku elektroniky sloupku zen a dic jednotku motoru.
Vyzkouejte funkci tempomatu zkuebn jzdou.
U voz, kter svou vbavou umouj rozsvcen kontrolky tempomatu na panelu pstroj,
je tato kontrolka automaticky aktivn bez nutnosti dalch nastaven nebo kdovn. Popis
funkce kontrolky (je-li ve vbav vozu) a ovldn tempomatu jsou uvedeny v Nvodu k ob-
sluze vozu.

GESCHWINDIGKEITSREGELANLAGE (GRA)
Die Zubehrprodukte sind fr eine fachmnnische Montage vorgesehen. koda Auto
empfiehlt es, die Montage von einem Vertragshndler durchfhren zu lassen.
Das Set ist fr die Fahrzeuge koda Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) und Yeti (5L) vorgesehen.
Die GRA kann nur mit einigen Typen des Steuergertes fr Lenksulenelektronik
aktiviert werden. Die zum 07/2008 gltigen Varianten befinden sich in der Abbildung
Nr. 7. Sollte das Steuergert fr Lenksulenelektronik erneuert werden, bernimmt der
Kunde die Kosten.

Die Demontage und Wiedermontage der einzelnen Teile laut Reparaturleitfaden koda
durchfhren. Whrend der Montage sollte die Fahrzeug-Batterie abgeklemmt sein.

- Das linke Teil des Lenkstockschalters gegen den GRA-Bedienungsschalter (A) aus dem Set
BEA 600 002A austauschen - fr alle Fahrzeuge koda Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) und Yeti (5L)
gltig. (siehe Karosserie Montagearbeiten, Stromlaufplne, Einbauorte)
Bei der Demontage und Wiedermontage des Lenkrads ist die Stellung des Lenkrads
gegenber dem Lenkstock unbedingt einzuhalten.
Anmerkung Das Steuergert fr Lenksulenelektronik und das Lenkstockschalter-Modul
sind bei einigen Fahrzeugen mit einem gelben Klebeband versehen -Pfeil-. Dieses Band
dient nur zur Information, es darf beschdigt werden und hat keinen Zusammenhang mit
den Garantieleistungen.

- Den Stecker (T20a/ PIN 13) des Steuergertes fr Lenksulenelektronik mit dem Stecker
(T12d/ PIN 4 (blau)) im Wasserkasten verbinden.
- Zur Verbindung kann eine angepasste Leitung (B) verwendet werden. Die Leitung wie erfor-
derlich ablngen (von der Seite des Motorsteuergertes). Das Leitungsende mit dem Kon-
takt Bestell-Nr. 000 979 132 oder 000 979 132E aus dem Ersatzteilkatalog versehen (zur
Verbindung eine Verbindungshlse aus dem Service-Koffer verwenden). Den Anschluss der
Leitung laut Abbildung durchfhren.
- Die Leitung an den bestehenden Fahrzeug-Kabelstrngen mit Kabelbindern befestigen.

- 4, 5, 6 - fr die Fahrzeuge koda Superb (3T) und Yeti (5L) gltig
- Den Stecker des Steuergertes fr Lenksulenelektronik (T20a/ PIN 13) mittels der Leitung
(B) mit dem Stecker des Motorsteuergertes verbinden (die Unterscheidung je nach Motor-
typ siehe Abb. 4).
- Hinweis. Beim Durchziehen (und anschlieendem Befestigen) der Leitung der GRA im
Fahrzeuginnenraum ist das Lenkrad in die hchste Stellung einzustellen. Nach Ende
der Montage die Stellung des Lenkrades einige Male verndern. Dabei berprfen, ob
die Leitung so befestigt ist, dass sie beim Verstellen des Lenkrades nicht beschdigt
werden kann.
- Die Leitung durch eine Durchfhrung am Hauptkabelstrang der Fahrzeug-Elektroinstallati-
on in den Motorraum ziehen und so befestigen, dass kein Wasser in das Fahrzeug eindrin-
gen kann (die Leitung mit einem geeigneten Kitt abdichten und mit PVC-Band umwickeln).
- Die Leitung aus dem Motorraum an den bestehenden Fahrzeug-Kabelstrngen entlang
durch den Durchgang in den Wasserkasten zum Motorsteuergert (im folgenden nur EUM)
ziehen. Im Durchgangsbereich (siehe Abb. 5) das Schutzrohr (D) fr die Leitung verwen-
den.
- Die Leitung im Wasserkasten an geeigneten Stellen mit Kabelbindern so befestigen, dass sie
nicht mit dem Gestnge der Scheibenwischanlage in Berhrung kommen kann.
- fr die Fahrzeuge koda Superb (3T) gltig - den T-Clip im Fahrzeuginnenraum in die
Bohrung in der linken Lenksulenkonsole eindrcken (siehe Abb. 6). Die Leitung an den
bestehenden Fahrzeug-Kabelstrngen mit 5 Kabelbindern befestigen.
- fr die Fahrzeuge koda Yeti (5L) gltig den beiliegenden Clip (E) im Fahrzeuginnen-
raum in die Lenksulenkonsole ungefhr im Bereich laut Abb. 6 eindrcken. Die Leitung
der GRA im Clip befestigen. Den restlichen Teil der Leitung an den bestehenden Fahrzeug-
Kabelstrngen mit 5 Kabelbindern befestigen (der an der Leitung befestigte T-Clip bleibt
ungenutzt).
- Bezglich mglicher nderungen an den Fahrzeugen, die Einbindung der GRA (insbe-
sondere den Anschluss an EUM) laut aktuellen Angaben im Reparaturleitfaden koda
siehe Stromlaufplne, Blatt Motorsteuergert/ Brems- und Kupplungspedalschalter
berprfen.
- fr die Fahrzeuge koda Octavia (1Z) ab 05/2005 gltig
- Bei diesen Fahrzeugen ist die Elektroinstallation fr die Einbindung der GRA bereits vorbe-
reitet. Das linke Teil des Lenkstockschalters gegen den GRA-Bedienungsschalter (A) aus-
tauschen (Vorgehensweise siehe Reparaturleitfaden koda).
- fr alle Fahrzeuge gltig
- Die Leitung an den bestehenden Fahrzeug-Kabelstrngen mit Kabelbindern (C) so befesti-
gen, dass diese nicht beschdigt wird und keine Strgerusche whrend der Fahrt entste-
hen knnen. Der Einbauort sowie die Befestigung des Schalters drfen die Funktion des
Knieairbags (falls vorhanden) keinesfalls beeintrchtigen.

Alle ausgebauten Teile wieder einbauen.
Die Batterie anklemmen und alle erforderlichen Anpassungen (z. B. el. Fensterheber u. .)
und die Diagnose der elektrischen Anlage in Bezug auf das Ab- und Anklemmen der Batterie
durchfhren (siehe Reparaturleitfaden koda).
Die Aktivierung der GRA mit einem Diagnosegert vornehmen. Das Steuergert fr
Lenksulenelektronik und das Motorsteuergert sind zu codieren.
Die Funktion der GRA bei einer Probefahrt prfen.
Bei Fahrzeugen, deren Ausstattung das Aufleuchten der GRA-Kontrollleuchte im Schalt-
tafeleinsatz ermglicht, ist diese Kontrollleuchte automatisch aktiv, ohne dass weite-
re Einstellungen oder Codierung vorgenommen werden mssen. Die Funktionsbe-
schreibung der Kontrollleuchte (falls vorhanden) und die GRA-Bedienung sind der
Betriebsanleitung zu entnehmen.

CRUISE CONTROL
The accessories are intended for professional fitting. koda Auto recommends the fitting to
be carried out by its contract partners.
The set is designed for koda Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) and Yeti (5L) cars.
Cruise control can be activated only in combination with certain types of steering
column electronic control units. The variants valid as of 07/ 2008 are shown on Fig. 7.
If the steering column electronic control unit is replaced with another, the customer
bears the costs of it.

Perform the disassembly and reassembly of individual parts according to Skoda workshop
manual. During the fitting, the car battery must be disconnected.

- Replace the left part of the change-over switch under the steering wheel with the
change-over switch with the cruise control (A) from the set BEA 600 002A - applies for all
Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) and Yeti (5L) vehicles.

At removing and re-fitting the steering wheel, it is indispensable to observe the posi-
tion of the steering wheel against the steering wheel shaft.
Note The control unit of the electronics of the steering column and the switch module un-
der the steering wheel are sealed up with a yellow self-adhesive tape in some cars -arrow-.
This tape is informative only, can be damaged and does not relate to warranties.

- Interconnect the terminal board (T20a/ PIN 13) of the electronics of the steering column
with the terminal board (T12d/ PIN 4 (blue)) in the separating compartment.
- For interconnection you can use wire (B) after adaptation. Cut the wire (on the side of the
engine control unit) to required length. Fit contact, order no. 000 979 132 or 000 979 132E,
from the catalogue of spare parts, to the end of the fire (for connection use the connecting
tube from the service kit). Connect the wire as shown on the picture.
- Tighten the wire using the tightening tapes to the existing electric wiring of the vehicle.

- 4, 5, 6 - applies for vehicles koda Superb (3T) and Yeti (5L)
- Using wire (B) interconnect the terminal board of the electronics of the steering column
(T20a/ PIN 13) with the terminal board of the engine control unit (distinguished according
to the type of engine, see Fig. 4).
- Advice. When running (and subsequent fastening) of the cruise control wire in the ve-
hicle interior have the steering wheel pushed forward as much as possible. Once the
fitting has been completed, change the position of the steering wheel several times.
At the same time check whether the wire is fastened not to damage the steering wheel
in case of its repositioning.
- Lead the wire through the sleeve on the main electric bundle of the vehicle into the engine
compartment and thus prevent leak inside the car (seal the wire using a suitable glue and
wind with PVC tape).
- Lead the wire from the engine compartment along the electric installation of the car into the
separating compartment towards the engine control unit (hereinafter referred to as EUM).
Use a protecting tube (D) for the wire at the point of passage (as shown on Fig. 5).
- Fix the wire in the separating compartment on proper places using tightening tapes to avoid
collision with the mechanism of wipers.
- applies for vehicles koda Superb (3T) - In the car interior click the T-fastener into the
hole in the left steering column support (see Fig. 6). Tighten the wire using 5 tightening
tapes to the existing electric wiring of the vehicle.
- applies for vehicles koda Yeti (5L) - In the car interior click the attached fastener (E) on
the steering column support approximately as shown on Fig. 6. Fasten the cruise control
wire in the fastener. Tighten the rest of wire using 5 tightening tapes to the existing electric
wiring of the vehicle (the T-fastener fixed to the wire remains unused).
- Considering potential modifications of vehicles, check the wiring of the cruise control
(especially that into EUM) according to the actual data in the koda workshop manual
- see Wiring schemes - engine control unit/switch of brake and clutch pedal.
- applies for vehicles koda Octavia (1Z) since 05/ 2005
- These vehicles have ready wiring for connection of cruise control. Replace the left part of the
change over switch under the steering wheel with the change over switch (A) with the cruise
control (see the procedure in the koda workshop manual).
- applies for all vehicles
- Using tightening tapes (C) fix the wire to the existing electric installation of the car so that it
cannot be damaged and that no disturbing noise is produced during the drive. The location
and fastening of the wire must not affect the function of the knee airbag (if included in the
equipment of the vehicle).
Re-fit all removed parts back to their places.
Connect the car battery and make all necessary adjustments (e.g. the electric control of win-
dows, etc.) and electric devices diagnostics, related with the disconnection and re-connec-
tion of the car battery (see the workshop manual).

Activate the cruise control with the help of a diagnostic device. It is necessary to encode the
unit of electronics of the steering column and the motor control unit.
Test the function of the cruise control by a test drive.
Those vehicles, equipment of which enables lighting up the cruise control indicator on
the dasboard panel, have this indicator active automatically, without the necessity of any
additional adjustments or encoding. The description of the indicator (if included in the
equipment of the vehicle), as well as controlling the cruise control are to be found in the
Owner's Manual.

El montaje de los productos accesorios debe ser profesional, realizado por compaas con-
tratadas por la sociedad koda Auto.
El set est destinado para los vehculos koda Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) y Yeti (5L).
El tempomat puede ser activado solo con algunos tipos de unidades de control de la
electrnica de la columna de control. Las variantes vlidas a la fecha 07/ 2008 estn
indicadas en la figura No. 7. En caso de cambiar la unidad de control del sistema elec-
trnico de la columna de control por otra, el cliente deber pagar el precio.

Procedimiento del montaje
El desmontaje y el nuevo montaje de las distintas piezas deben hacerse siguiendo el manual
de taller de koda. Por el tiempo del montaje es necesario mantener el acumulador desco-
nectado.

- Cambie la parte izquierda del conmutador debajo del timn por conmutador con el control
del tempomat (A) del set BEA 600 002A procede para todos los vehculos koda Octa-
via (1Z), Superb (3T) y Yeti (5L). (vase Carrocera trabajos de montaje, Esquemas elctri-
cos, Puestos de montaje)
Al desmontar y volver a montar el timn es necesario mantener la posicin del timn
respecto al eje del timn.
Nota La unidad de control del sistema electrnico de la columna de control y el mdulo de
conmutadores debajo del timn, en algunos automviles, llevan una etiqueta adhesiva de
color amarillo -flecha-. Esta etiqueta tiene carcter tan solo informativo, se puede daar y no
tiene nada que ver con las garantas.

- Interconecte el conector (T20a/ PIN 13) de la unidad de control del sistema electrnico de
control con el conector (T12d/ PIN 4 (azul)) en la zona de separacin.
- Para interconectar se podr emplear el conductor (B), previamente adaptado. Corte el con-
ductor (por parte de la unidad de control del motor) a la longitud necesaria. En el extremo
del conductor ponga el contacto con el nmero de pedido 000 979 132 o 000 979 132E
del catlogo de piezas de repuesto (para unir emplee la oquedad de unin que est en la
maleta de servicio). La conexin del conductor debe hacerse tal y como est indicado en
la figura.
- Fije el conductor mediante cintas de contraccin a la instalacin elctrica del automvil.

- 4, 5, 6 - procede para los vehculos koda Superb (3T) y Yeti (5L)
- Empleando el conductor (B) interconecte el conector de la unidad de control del sistema
electrnico de la columna de control (T20a/ PIN 13) con el conector de la unidad de control
del motor (se diferencia segn el tipo de motor vase la figura 4).
- Advertencia. Al tender (y luego fijar) el conductor del tempomat por el interior del
vehculo es necesario que el timn siempre est en su posicin ms alta posible. Una
vez terminado el montaje, cambie varias veces la posicin del timn. A la vez revise
si el conductor est fijado para evitar cualquier dao que pudiese sufrir el timn al
realizar su re-ajuste.
- Tienda el conductor por el atravesador en el conjunto general de instalaciones elctricas
del automvil, hacia la zona del motor, asegure el conductor de manera que se evite la
penetracin de agua en el vehculo (ajuste el conductor con masilla apropiada, enrolle la
cinta PVC).
- El conductor pasar desde la zona del motor a lo largo de la instalacin elctrica del au-
tomvil, a travs de la transicin a la zona de separacin, hacia la unidad de control del
motor, (adelante EUM). En el punto transitorio (vase fig. 5) el conductor debe llevar el tubo
protector (D).
- Empleando cintas de contraccin fije el conductor en la zona de separacin, en partes apro-
piadas, evitando cualquier colisin con el mecanismo de los limpiaparabrisas.
- procede para los vehculos koda Superb (3T) En el interior del automvil inserte la
T-brida en el orificio que est en la consola izquierda de la columna de control (vase fig. 6).
Fije el conductor 5 con cintas de contraccin a la instalacin elctrica del vehculo.
- procede para los vehculos koda Yeti (5L) En el interior del vehculo inserte la brida (E)
adjunta en la consola de la columna de control, aproximadamente tal y como se indica en
la figura 6. Ajuste el conductor del tempomat en la brida. El resto del conductor debe fijarse,
por medio de 5 cintas de contraccin, a la instalacin elctrica del vehculo (la T-brida que
est en el conductor se quedar sin utilizar).
- Tomando en consideracin las eventuales modificaciones de los vehculos, revise la conexi-
n del tempomat (sobre todo la conexin al EUM), conforme a los datos actuales indicados
en el manual de taller koda vase Esquemas elctricos la hoja Unidad de control del
motor/conmutador de los pedales de freno y de cloche.
- procede para los vehculos koda Octavia (1Z) a partir de 05/ 2005
- Estos vehculos tienen preparada la instalacin elctrica del automvil para conectar el
tempomat. Cambie la parte izquierda del conmutador debajo del timn por el conmutador
(A) con el control del tempomat (procedimiento vase en el manual de taller koda).
- procede para todos los vehculos
- Fije el conductor mediante cintas de contraccin (C) a la instalacin elctrica del vehculo,
de modo que el conductor no pueda ser daado y durante el viaje no se produzcan sonidos
molestos. La colocacin y sujecin del conductor no debe afectar la funcin del airbag para
rodillas (si el vehculo tiene este airbag).
Vuelva a montar todas las piezas desmontadas.

Conecte el acumulador y haga todas las adaptaciones necesarias (p. ej. el control elctrico de
ventanas, etc.) y el diagnstico de equipos elctricos que estn relacionados con la desco-
nexin y conexin del acumulador (vase el manual de taller koda).
Utilizando el aparato diagnstico proceda a la activacin del tempomat. Es necesario co-
dificar la unidad de control del sistema electrnico de la columna de control y la unidad de
control del motor.
Pruebe la funcin del tempomat dando un viaje de test.
En los vehculos cuya dotacin permite el encendido del piloto del tempomat en el panel
de aparatos, este piloto se activar automticamente sin necesidad de otros ajustes ni co-
dificaciones. La descripcin de la funcin del piloto (si el vehculo lo lleva) y del control del
tempomat vase en el modo de empleo del vehculo.

Le montage des accessoires doit tre effectu par un professionnel. koda Auto vous conseille
de vous rapprocher dun de ses partenaires contractuels pour raliser le montage.
Le kit est destin aux vhicules koda Octavia (1Z), koda Superb (3T) et Yeti (5L).
Il nest possible dactiver le tempomat quavec certains types de modules lectroniques
de colonne de direction. Les variantes valables au 07/ 2008 sont indiques dans la fi-
gure No. 7. En cas de remplacement du module lectronique de colonne de direction,
le remplacement est pay par le client.

- Remplacez la partie gauche du commutateur au-dessous du volant par le commutateur
(A) du kit BEA 600 002A - valable pour tous les vhicules koda Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) et
Yeti (5L).

Lors du dmontage/remontage, il est inconditionnellement ncessaire de tenir la posi-
tion du volant vis--vis de larbre de volant.
Remarque En certains cas, le module lectronique de colonne de direction et le module
dinterrupteurs sous le volant sont marqus par le ruban autocollant jaune -flche-. Ce ruban
nest quinformatif, il na rien voir avec les garanties.

- Connectez la rglette de bornes (T20a/ PIN 13) de lunit de commande lectronique la
rglette de bornes (T12d/ PIN 4 (bleue)) dans lespace de sparation.
- Pour connecter les deux rglettes de bornes, vous pouvez utiliser le conducteur (B) aprs
une petite adaptation. Coupez le conducteur la longueur vouluee (du ct de lunit de
commande du moteur). Equipez lextrmit de conducteur avec le contact No. de com-
mande 000 979 132 ou 000 979 132E du catalogue des pices de rechange (pour connecter,
utilisez un alvole de la bote de service). Ralisez la connexion selon la figure.
- A laide des colliers de serrage, fixez le conducteur linstallation lectrique existante du
vhicule.

- 4, 5, 6 - valable pour les vhicules koda Superb (3T) et Yeti (5L)
- En utilisant le conducteur (B), connectez la rglette de bornes (T20a/ PIN 13) de lunit de
commande lectronique de la colonne de direction la rglette de bornes de lunit de
commande du moteur (il faut distinguer les types de moteurs - voir la figure 4).
- Avertissement. Lors du passage (et la fixation suivante) du cble de tempomat
lintrieur du vhicule, avancez le volant la position la plus leve. Une fois le mon-
tage achev, modifiez plusieurs fois la position du volant. Vrifiez ainsi si le cble est
fix de sorte quil ne sendommage pas au moment o vous rajustez le volant.
- Passez le cble par la traverse sur le faisceau principal de cbles lectriques du vhicule
dans la partie moteur et assurez-le contre la pntration de leau dans le vhicule (en utili-
sant un mastic appropri et un ruban PVC).
- De la partie moteur, menez le conducteur le long de linstallation lectrique du vhicule
dans lespace de sparation vers lunit commande du moteur (EUM). Pour protger le
conducteur au point de passage, utilisez le tube de protection (D) - voir la figure 5.
- Dans lespace de sparation, fixez le conducteur dans les points appropris laide des
colliers de serrage de sorte quaucune collision avec le mcanisme dessuie-glaces ne
puisse se produire.
- valable pour les vhicules koda Superb (3T) - A lintrieur du vhicule, mettez une
attache en T dans le trou situ dans la console gauche de la colonne de direction (voir
Fig. 6). A laide de 5 colliers de serrage, fixez le conducteur linstallation lectrique existante
du vhicule.
- valable pour les vhicules koda Yeti (5L) - A lintrieur du vhicule, attachez lagrafe (E)
la console de colonne de direction lendroit selon la figure 6. Fixez le cble de tempomat
lagrafe. Au moyen de 5 colliers de serage, fixez le reste du cble linstallation lectrique
existante du vhicule (lagrafe en T fixe sur le cble reste inutilise).
- Au regard des modifications ventuelles, contrlez la connexion du tempomat (surtout
sa connexion EUM) en consultant les donnes actuelles dans le manuel datelier koda
- Schmas lectriques, feuille Unit de commande du moteur / commutateur de la pdale
de frein / dembrayage.
- valable pour les vhicules koda Octavia (1Z) partir de 05/ 2005
- Ces vhicules disposent de linstallation lectrique qui est dj adapte la connexion
du tempomat. Remplacez la partie gauche du commutateur au-dessous du volant par le
commutateur (A) qui commande le tempomat (procd - voir le manuel datelier koda).
- valable pour tous les vhicules
- A laide des colliers de serrage (C), fixez le conducteur linstallation lectrique existante
de faon que celui-ci ne puisse pas tre endommag, et que les bruits perturbateurs ne
soient pas produits lors de la marche. La localisation et la fixation du conducteur ne doivent
pas influencer le fonctionnement de lairbag de genou (si le vhicule est muni de ce type
dairbag).
Remontez tous les lments dmonts.

Connectez laccumulateur et ralisez toutes les adaptations ncessaires (par ex. lves vitres
lectriques, etc.) et toutes les oprations diagnostiques des dispositifs lectriques lies avec
la dconnexion/connexion de la batterie (voir le manuel datelier koda).
Effectuez lactivation du tempomat laide de lappareil diagnostique. Il est ncessaire de
coder le module lectronique de colonne de direction et lunit de commande du moteur.
Essayez la fonction du tempomat en faisant une marche dessai.
En cas de vhicule qui grce son quipement permet dallumer le voyant de tempomat sur
le panneau dappareils, ce voyant devient actif automatiquement sans que vous deviez le
coder ou ajuster. La description du fonctionnement du voyant (si le vhicule est muni de ce
voyant) et la commande du tempomat sont indiques dans le Mode demploi du vhicule.

Lo smontaggio ed il rimontaggio dei singoli pezzi vanno eseguiti secondo il manuale doffici-
na koda. Durante il montaggio tenere scollegata la batteria.

- Sostituire la parte sinistra del commutatore sotto il volante con il commutatore di coman-
do del tempomat (A) dal kit BEA 600 002A - vale per tutti i veicoli koda Octavia (1Z), Su-
perb (3T) e Yeti (5L).

Durante lo smontaggio ed il rimontaggio del volante assolutamente necessario
mantenerne la posizione rispetto al proprio asse.
Nota - In alcune vetture, lunit di controllo dellelettronica della colonna dello sterzo ed il
modulo degli interruttori sotto il volante sono avvolti da nastro autoadesivo giallo -freccia-.
Questo nastro solo informativo, si pu danneggiare e non legato alle garanzie.

- Collegare la morsettiera (T20a/ PIN 13) dellunit di controllo dellelettronica della colonna
dello sterzo alla morsettiera (T12d/ PIN 4 (blu)) nella zona di separazione.
- Per collegare si pu utilizzare il conduttore (B) opportunamente modificato. Il condutto-
re va accorciato alla lunghezza necessaria (dalla parte in uscita dallunit di controllo del
motore). Lestremit del conduttore si fissa con il contatto che ha per numero dordine
000 979 132 o 000 979 132E nel catalogo dei pezzi di ricambio (per collegare, utilizzare il
tubo di connessione posto nella valigetta di assistenza). Eseguire il collegamento del con-
duttore secondo la figura.
- Fissare il conduttore allattuale installazione elettrica del veicolo con dei nastri costrittori.

- 4, 5, 6 - vale per le vetture koda Superb (3T) e Yeti (5L)
- Collegare col conduttore (B) la morsettiera dellunit di controllo dellelettronica della colon-
na dello sterzo (T20a/ PIN 13) con la morsettiera dellunit di controllo del motore (diversa
secondo il tipo di motore vedi fig. 4).
- Attenzione. Quando si allunga (e si fissa) il conduttore del tempomat nellabitacolo,
tenere il volante alla posizione pi alta. Alla fine del montaggio, modificare pi volte
la posizione del volante. Controllare nel contempo se il conduttore fissato in modo
da non essere danneggiato spostando il volante.
- Tirare il conduttore attraverso il passante del fascio principale dellinstallazione elettrica fino
al vano motore, e assicurarlo in modo che non sconfini nel veicolo (fissare il conduttore con
un mastice adatto e avvolgere con u nastro PVC).
- Far passare il conduttore dal vano motore lungo linstallazione elettrica del veicolo fino alla
zona di separazione allunit di controllo del motore (in seguito solo EUM). Nel punto di
passaggio (vedi fig. 5), utilizzare il tubo di protezione del conduttore (D).
- Fissare il conduttore nella zona di separazione, nei punti adatti, con nastri costrittori, in
modo che non collida con il meccanismo dei tergicristalli.
- valido per i veicoli koda Superb (3T) - Collocare nellabitacolo i ganci a T, nel foro della
parte sinistra della colonna dello sterzo (vedi fig. 6). Fissare il conduttore allattuale installa-
zione elettrica del veicolo con 5 nastri costrittori.
- valido per i veicoli koda Yeti (5L) - Collocare nellabitacolo lattacco a morsetto
allegato (E), sulla console della colonna dello sterzo, pi o meno nel punto indicato nella
fig. 6. Fissare nellattacco a morsetto il conduttore del tempomat. Fissare la parte restante
del conduttore con 5 nastri costrittori allattuale installazione elettrica del veicolo (il gancio
a T fissato al conduttore non viene utilizzato).
- Tenendo presente le possibili modifiche ai veicoli, controllare il collegamento del tempomat
(in particolare il collegamento allEUM) secondo i dati attuali nel manuale dofficina koda
- vedi Schemi elettrici - foglio dellunit di controllo del motore / commutatore dei pedali
del freno e della frizione.

- Tali veicoli hanno linstallazione elettrica gi predisposta al collegamento del tempomat.
Sostituire la parte sinistra del commutatore sotto il volante con il commutatore (A) di co-
mando del tempomat (per la procedura, vedi manuale dofficina koda).

- Fissare il conduttore allinstallazione elettrica esistente, mediante nastri costrittori (C), per
evitare il suo danneggiamento e per evitare rumori sgradevoli quando la vettura in movi-
mento. La collocazione ed il fissaggio del conduttore non deve ostacolare il funzionamento
dellairbag ginocchio (se parte integrante dellequipaggiamento del veicolo).
Rimontare tutti i pezzi smontati in precedenza.
Collegare la batteria ed eseguire tutti i necessari adattamenti (ad esempio comando elettrico
dei finestrini, ecc.) e la diagnostica degli impianti elettrici interessati dallo scollegamento e
dal ricollegamento della batteria (vedi manuale dofficina koda).

Eseguire lattivazione del tempomat con lausilio dello strumento di diagnostica. E necessa-
rio codificare lunit di controllo dellelettronica della colonna dello sterzo e lunit di con-
trollo del motore.
Controllare il funzionamento del tempomat mediante una corsa di prova.
Nei veicoli il cui equipaggiamento permette laccensione della spia del tempomat sul
cruscotto, detta spia attiva automaticamente senza necessit di effettuare ulterio-
ri impostazioni o codificazioni. La descrizione del funzionamento della spia (se fa parte
dellequipaggiamento del veicolo) e del comando del tempomat sono riportate nelle Istru-
zioni per luso del veicolo.

TEMPOMAAT
De accessoireproducten zijn voor een vakbekwame montage bestemd. koda Auto adviseert
de montage bij haar contractpartners te laten verrichten.
De set is bestemd voor wagens koda Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) en Yeti (5L).
De tempomaat kan slechts met sommige types van besturingseenheid van de elektro-
nica in de stuurkolom worden geactiveerd. De per 07/ 2008 geldige varianten zijn op
afbeelding nr. 7 genoemd. Wanneer de besturingseenheid van de elektronica in de
stuurkolom door een andere moet worden vervangen, wordt de prijs ervan door de
klant vergoed.

- Vervang het linker gedeelte van de schakelaar onder het stuur door de schakelaar met be-
diening voor de tempomaat (A) uit de BEA 600 002A set dit geldt voor alle wagens koda
Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) en Yeti (5L).

Bij de demontage en de terugmontage van het stuur moet beslist de stand van het stuur
t.a.v. de stuuras worden aangehouden.
Opmerking De besturingseenheid van de elektronica in de stuurkolom en de module van
schakelaars onder het stuur zijn bij sommige wagens met een geel zelfklevend bandje ge-
plakt -pijltje-. Dit bandje heeft slechts een informatieve functie, mag worden beschadigd en
staat niet in verband met de garantie.

- Verbind de aansluitklem (T20a/ PIN 13) van de besturingseenheid van de elektronica in de
stuurkolom door met de aansluitklem (T12d/ PIN 4 (blauw)) in de afscheiden ruimte.
- Voor de verbinding kan de aangepaste draad (B) worden gebruikt. Maak de draad korter
(vanaf de kant van de besturingseenheid van de motor) naar de gewenste lengte. Zet op het
uiteinde van de draad het contact met bestelnummer 000 979 132 of 000 979 132E van de
catalogus van onderdelen (gebruik voor de verbinding het verbindingsbuisje uit het servi-
cekoffertje). Sluit de draad aan volgens de afbeelding.
- Bevestig de draad m.b.v. de spanbandjes tegen de bestaande elektrische installatie van de
wagen.

- Verbind m.b.v. de draad (B) de aansluitklem van de besturingseenheid van de elektronica in
de stuurkolom (T20a/ PIN 13) met de aansluitklem van de besturingseenheid van de motor
(verschil volgens het motortype, zie afb. 4).
- Let op. Bij het doortrekken (en vervolgens vastmaken) van de draad van de tempo-
maat in het interieur van de wagen moet het stuur in de hoogste positie zijn gezet.
Verander na de montage enkele keren de stand van het stuur. Controleer daarbij, of
de draad zodanig is bevestigd, dat deze bij het verstellen van de stuurstand niet kan
worden beschadigd.
- Trek de draad door de doorvoer op de hoofdbundel van de elektrische installatie van de
wagen de motorruimte in en bevestig deze zodanig dat er geen lekkage in de wagen moge-
lijk is (de draad met een geschikte kit afdichten en met een PVC band omwikkelen).
- Trek de draad vanuit de motorruimte langs de elektrische installatie van de wagen door
de doorvoer de afscheidingsruimte in, naar de besturingseenheid van de motor (hierna
te noemen de EUM). Gebruik daar, waar de draad door de doorvoer loopt (zie afb. 5.), het
beschermende buisje (D) erop.
- Bevestig de draad in de afscheidingsruimte op geschikte plaatsen m.b.v. de spanbandjes
zodanig, dat er geen collisie kan plaatsvinden met het mechanisme van de ruitenwissers.
- dit geldt voor wagens koda Superb (3T) In het wageninterieur de T-bevestiging in de
opening in de linkerconsole van de stuurkolom inklikken (zie: afb. 6). Bevestig de draad
m.b.v. 5 spanbandjes tegen de bestaande elektrische installatie van de wagen.
- dit geldt voor wagens koda Yeti (5L) In het wageninterieur de bijgesloten bevestiging
(E) op de console van de stuurkolom inklikken, ongeveer op de plaats volgens afb. 6. Zet de
draad van de tempomaat vast in de bevestiging. De overgebleven draad met 5 spanbandjes
tegen de bestaande elektrische installatie van de wagen bevestigen (de op de draad vastge-
zette T-bevestiging blijft ongebruikt).
- Daar er wijzigingen in de wagens kunnen plaatsvinden, controleer de aansluiting van de
tempomaat (vooral de aansluiting op de EUM) aan de hand van de recente data in de han-
dleiding voor werkplaatsen koda - zie Elektrische schemas blad besturingseenheid van
de motor/ schakelaar van het rem- en koppelingspedaal.

- In deze wagens is de elektrische installatie van de wagen voor het aansluiten van de tem-

men en derg.) en de diagnostiek van elektrische inrichtingen in verband met het loskoppelen

Activeer de tempomaat m.b.v. het diagnostische apparaat. De besturingseenheid van
de elektronica in de stuurkolom en de besturingseenheid van de motor moeten worden
gecodeerd.
Test de werking van de tempomaat tijdens een proefrit.
Bij wagens die dankzij de uitrusting het mogelijk maken dat het controlelichtje van de
tempomaat op het dashboard oplicht, wordt dit lichtje automatische actief zonder enige
instellingen of codering. De beschrijving van de werking van dit lichtje (indien in de wage-

Setul este destinat pentru vehiculele koda Octavia (1Z), Superb (3T) i Yeti (5L).
Tempomatul se poate activa numai cu unul din tipurile unitii de ghidare a electro-
nicii coloanei de ghidare. Variantele valabile pentru 07/ 2008 sunt menionate la
ilustraia nr. 7. n cazul nlocuirii unitii de ghidare a electronicii coloanei de ghidare
cu o alta, preul acesteia este achitat de client.

timpul montajului decuplai acumulatorul.

- nlocuii partea stng a comutatorului de sub volan cu comutatorul pentru comandarea
tempomatului (A) din setul BEA 600 002A valabil pentru toate vehiculele koda Octavia
(1Z), Superb (3T) i Yeti (5L).

La demontajul i montajul la loc al volanului, trebuie neaprat respectat poziia
volanului fa de arborele volanului.
Meniune Unitatea de ghidare a electronicii coloanei de ghidare i modulul conjunctoarelor
de sub volan sunt prevzute, la unele vehicole, cu band adeziv galben -sgeat-. Aceast
band este doar informativ, se poate deteriora, nu este legat de garanie.
- 3 - valabil pentru vehiculele koda Octavia (1Z) pn la 05/ 2005
- Interconectai borna (T20a/ PIN 13) a unitii de ghidare a electronicii coloanei de ghidare
cu borna (T12d/ PIN 4 (albastr)) n spaiul de despire.
- Pentru interconectare se poate utiliza, dup ajustare, conductorul (B). Scurtai conductorul
(n partea unitii de ghidare a motorului) la lungimea necesar. Degajai captul
conductorului cu contactul cu nr. de comand 000 979 132 sau 000 979 132E din catalogul
pieselor de schimb (pentru legare, utilizai tubul de legtur din boxul de servis). Efectuai
racordarea conductorului conform ilustraiei.
- Fixai conductorul cu benzile de strngere, la instalaia electric existent a vehiculului.

- 4, 5, 6 - valabil pentru vehiculele koda Superb (3T) i Yeti (5L)
- Interconectai cu conductorul (B) borna unitii de ghidare a electronicii coloanei de ghidare
(T20a/ PIN 13) cu borna unitii de ghidare a motorului (demarcare conform tipului de
motor vezi ilustr. 4).
- Atenionare. n decursul tragerii (i fixrii ulterioare) a conductorului tempomatu n
interiorul vehiculului, volanul trebuie ridicat n poziia cea mai nalt. Dup terminarea
montajului, schimbai de cteva ori poziia volanului. n acelai timp verificai dac
conductorul este fixat n astfel nct, s nu se deterioreze n timpul reglrii volanului.
- Tragei conductorul prin mufa de pe fascicolul principal al instalaiei electrice a vehiculului
n spaiul motorului i asigurai-l astfel nct, s nu se poat produce ptrunderea apei n
vehicul (etanai conductorul cu chit adecvat i nfurai-l cu band PVC).
- Din spaiul motorului ducei conductorul pe lng instalaia electric a vehiculului prin
trecerea n spaiul de desprire, ctre unitatea de ghidare a motorului (n continuare doar
EUM). n locul trecerii (vezi ilustr.5) utilizai pentru conductor, tubul protector (D).
- Fixai conductorul n spaiul de desprire, n locuri adecvate cu benzi de strngere astfel
nct, s nu poat produce colizia cu mecanismul tergtoarelor.
- valabil pentru vehiculele koda Superb (3T) - n interiorul vehiculului punei brara
de fixare T n orificiul de pe consola stng a coloanei de ghidare (vezi ilustr. 6). Fixai
conductorul cu 5 benzi de strngere la instalaia electric existent a vehiculului.
- valabil pentru vehiculele koda Yeti (5L) - n interiorul vehiculului fixai brara de
fixare anexat (E) pe consola stng a coloanei de ghidare, aproximativ n locul din ilustr.
6. Prindei conductorul tempomatului n brar. Fixai restul conductorului cu 5 benzi de
strngere la instalaia electric existent a vehiculului (brara de fixare T fixat pe conductor
rmne neutilizat.).
- innd cont de posibilele modificri la vehicole, controlai racordarea tempomatului (mai
ales racordarea n EUM) conform datelor actuale din manualul de atelier koda - vezi Sheme
electrice - foaia unitatea de ghidare a motorului/conjunctorul pedalei de frn i ambreiaj.
- valabil pentru vehicolele koda Octavia (1Z) de la 05/ 2005
- Aceste vehicole au deja pregtit instalaia electric a vehiculului pentru racordarea la
tempomat. nlocuii partea stng a comutatorului de sub volan cu comutatorul (A) cu
comandare a tempomatului (proces vezi manualul de atelier koda).
- valabil pentru toate vehicolele
- Fixai conductorul cu ajutorul benzilor de strngere (C) la instalaia electric existent a
vehiculului astfel nct, s nu se poat produce deteriorarea acestuia i s nu se produc
zgomote deranjante n timpul cursei. Poziionarea i fixarea conductorului nu are voie s
influeneze funcia airbagului pentru genunchi (dac acesta se afl n dotarea vehiculului).
Montai la loc toate piesele demontate.
Cuplai acumulatorul i efectuai toate adaptrile necesare (de ex. comandarea electric
a geamurilor etc.) i diagnosticul instalaiilor electrice legate de decuplarea i cuplarea
acumulatorului (vezi manualul de atelier koda).

Efectuai, cu ajutorul aparatului de diagnosticare, activarea tempomatului. Trebuie neaprat
codificat unitatea de ghidare a electronicii coloanei de ghidare i unitatea de ghidare a
motorului.
Verificai funcionarea tempomatului prin curs de ncercare.
La vehiculele, care prin dotarea sa permit aprinderea lmpii de contril a tempomatului pe
panoul aparatelor, aceast lamp de control este activ n mod automat fr necesitatea
de setare sau codificare suplimentar. Descrierea funciei lmpii de control (dac este n
dotarea vehiculului) i comandarea tempomatului sunt menionate n Instruciunile de
deservire ale vehiculului.
