ONE ACTER

A stage from a talk show, where we have a table for the host, and five chairs for the guests. There is a
screen behind the guests where is projected the opening and everything that is needed. The public are in
front of the stage, and the production of the show are in the middle of the public and the stage.

Scene One
(Sara Rodrigues, Marcos Cachulo)

The show begins with the opening, where is presented the guests and the host. After that, the host gets
in the stage, while people are screaming and applauding. The host tries to calm down the public, and stars
the show.

Sara Rodrigues: (talking to the public)
Welcome to The Amazing Stars! Im your host, Sara Rodrigues, and I am going to be
here every day, live, on MarcosTV. Its a pleasure to be with you, seven days a week, and
show you what best we have in the world. So, today, we have five guests. They are our
five amazing stars. Our first amazing star is someone who everyone knows. He is the host
of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, and hes my boss too. He is the owner of this channel,
so, give it up for Marcos Cachulo! (public applauding and screaming for the guest)

Marcos Cachulo: (greet the host and sit down on the chair)
Thank you so much! Its a pleasure to be here. Im happy for the show. (astonish) Its
been amazing how many people watch the show. We have more viewers than Ellen, so,
its incredible!

Sara Rodrigues: Yes, it is. Why did you decide to create your own channel? And this show?

Marcos Cachulo: Well, I decided to create my own channel because Im more important than Oprah
Winfrey. She has her own channel too, but Im more famous and people love me more
than they do with Oprah. It was hard to do this because I dont have much time. But, I love
this. As you know, Im a TV host, a model, and, in the future, I would like to be a politician.

Sara Rodrigues: I know its complicated to manage your precious time. You arent Fanny Rodrigues,
youre Marcos Cachulo. You are just so important as Barack Obama, for e.g.. So, you
created a new magazine, is that right?

Marcos Cachulo: Yes, I did.

Sara Rodrigues: So, tell me more about that!

Marcos Cachulo: MAG (from magazine and Marcos Antnio Gonalves), is my new magazine. Every
month, you can find in the MAG whats in, whats out, what I like, what I dislike, who I
am We have, each month, a new interview with someone known from the public.
Someone who made something important, necessary for the world. This is the first
