ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Exhaust systems look simple at frst
glance, but a closer look reveals a
host of important details without
which it would be impossible to achieve
the performance level offered by our
exhaust systems.
The designs
ensure maximum
increase of power
and torque, with
appropriate noise
and exhaust gas
emissions. Greatest
goal is to offer
homologated exhaust
systems for all street legal
motorcycles, and comply with
strict noise emissions regulations
on the racetrack.
ADVANCED EXHAUST
SYSTEM ESSENTIALS
The titanium which is used exclusively
in our Evolution exhaust systems and
for all our muffer outer sleeves is
made especially for us under an
exclusive agreement with Japanese
suppliers Kobe Steel. Our titanium is
stronger and more resistant to
temperature than the titanium
available on the open market. And its
40% lighter than stainless steel.
We use high-quality stainless steel
for our more affordable systems.
Carbon fber is another important
part of many of our exhaust systems.
When the engineers in the R&D
department determine the optimal
design for an exhaust system, we can
make an exact copy, thereby achieving
the highest performance level
possible, since we make all of our
tubes ourselves.
SANDWICH
To prevent excessive combustion of muffer
packing and ensure longevity, we use a
sandwich construction interior made
of stainless steel and stainless steel
damping wool.
HYDROFORMING
The shape of the tubes is crucially important
in getting the fastest fow of exhaust gases.
We are able to create special D-shaped
conical tubes with the Hydroforming process,
using extremely high water pressure.
HEXAGONAL MUFFLER
The trend setting high-tech design of the
HEXAGONAL muffer is the latest in the
range of Akrapovic exhaust systems. It is
designed for road and off-road high
performance motorcycles. The design
priorities of this new sharper-look muffer
were to ensure maximum increase of
power and torque, with appropriate noise
reduction and minimal harmful
exhaust gas emissions. The
outlet cap interior is formed
using the Hydroforming
process for better outlet
exhaust fow.
CNC MACHINING
The joints between individual
components are made from CNC
machined sleeves to ensure precise
contact, compactness and durability
of our exhausts systems.
REINFORCEMENT
To avoid cracking of
the joints, we always
reinforce our titanium
interference crossover
tubes.
EVOLUTION LINE
The EVOLUTION line is the
fagship of the Akrapovi range
- it is simply the fnest exhaust
system available for your bike.
Each model is unique and
dedicated only to the satisfaction
of your aesthetic taste and
racing spirit. With the
EVOLUTION line you will receive
the same level of attention as
the factory teams. It is made
entirely of titanium, with the
muffer outer sleeve available
in carbon fber as an option.

RACING LINE
The Racing line will pump up
your heartbeat, as it is made
to obtain the maximum output
from your bikes engine. It is a
complete stainless steel exhaust
system made of conical tubes
with precision handcrafting and
attention to detail.
SLIP-ON/BOLT-ON LINE
The SLIP-ON line is designed
for those who would like to get
better performance at an
affordable price. It fts easily
on the original exhaust pipe
and basically replaces the stock
muffer and link pipe. You will
get more and better power
delivery, a smoother torque
curve, will save weight and of
course get a deeper and
sportier sound.
SP SERIES
The SP SERIES is an easy to
install slip-on exhaust system
with an excellent combination of
quality and performance at an
affordable price.
It is also offcially approved for
street use.
SUPERSPORT LINE
The SUPERSPORT LINE
represents the frst level of
serious performance improvement
at reasonable price and fts
between the RACING LINE and
SLIP-ON LINE.
