CORSO TEORICO PRATICO PER LA SALDATURA DI TUBI E RACCORDI IN POLIETILENE PER IL TRASPORTO DI GAS, ACQUA E ALTRI FLUIDI IN PRESSIONE
Il corso rivolto agli addetti alla saldatura e posa in opera di tubazioni e/o raccordi, nonch ad assistenti di cantiere che necessitano di una formazione pratica sulle modalit esecutive delle saldature secondo le vigenti norme UNI 9737 e UNI 10967 (PE100 sp>20mm). Il corso qualificato dallIstituto Italiano della Saldatura si svolge presso la ns. sede o su richiesta presso la sede dei ns. clienti. Alla fine del corso verranno sostenuti gli esami per la Certificazione. Le date dei corsi possono essere visionate sul ns. sito www.plastitaliaspa.com Gli argomenti del corso riguardano: - le caratteristiche del Polietilene e la classificazione di tubi e raccordi; - il Processo di saldatura ad elementi termici per contatto di tubi e raccordi; - il Processo di saldatura per elettrofusione; - la posa in opera delle tubazioni in PE per convogliamento di gas combustibile, di acqua e di altri fluidi; - cenni sulla manutenzione; - igiene e sicurezza;

MATERIE PRIME I raccordi Plastitalia sono prodotti utilizzando Polietilene certificato (per tubi e raccordi a marchio IIP-UNI e "PIIP") classificato: a) MRS 8=PE80=Sigma 63 b) MRS 10=PE100=Sigma 80 prodotto dalla Societ BP SOLVAY Azienda leader mondiale nella produzione del PE, fabbricati secondo il processo Phillips (monomodale) e Ziegler-Natta (bimodale). La Plastitalia offre alla propria clientela raccordi che evidenziano le specifiche qualit dei diversi tipi di PE, i cui vantaggi sono principalmente: Peso specifico basso; Resistenza agli urti; Resistenza ai raggi UV; Alta flessibilit; Resistenza agli agenti chimici; Resistenza all'abrasione; Resistenza nei confronti dei microrganismi; Complet a atossicit per uso in acquedottistica; Temperatura di esercizio da -40C a +40C; Stabilit alle radiazioni; Facilit di trasporto e posa in opera; Facilit di saldatura dei tubi e dei raccordi. La Plastitalia dal 01 Gennaio 1995 licenziataria del Marchio di Conformit IIP-UNI; l'estensione del marchio ha ricoperto la quasi totalit della propria gamma entro la fine del '99. Uguale risultato stato ottenuto con il Marchio "PIIP", per i raccordi in PE100, uniformando cos la produzione alle seguenti normative: UNI EN 12201 (Raccordi in polietilene per sistemi di tubazione per il trasporto di acqua). UNI 8849+F.A.1 (Raccordi in polietilene saldabili per fusione mediante elementi riscaldanti, per convogliamento di gas combustibili). UNI 8850+F.A.1 (Raccordi in polietilene saldabili, per elettrofusione per trasporto di gas combustibile). UNI 10953 (Raccordi in polietilene per sistemi di tubazioni per trasporto di fluidi industriali). EN 1555 (Raccordi in polietilene per sistemi di tubazioni per conduzione di gas combustibili). I Raccordi Plastitalia sono inoltre

Le Materie Prime ed i prodotti sono conformi alle prescrizioni igienico sanitarie del Ministero della Sanit (Decreto Ministeriale n. 174 del 06 Aprile 2004). CONTROLLO QUALITA' I raccordi Plastitalia sono sottoposti costantemente ad accurati piani di controllo, durante l'intero processo produttivo, al fine di assicurare uno standard di qualit elevato del prodotto finito. Controllo Materia Prima: Esame dell'indice di fluidit (MFR), temperatura di prova 190 C, 5kg. Risultati espressi in gr/10min, Metodo di prova secondo la UNI EN ISO 1133. Esame del tempo di induzione all'ossidazione (OIT), temperatura di prova 200C, 20 min, metodo di prova secondo la UNI EN 728. Controllo Prodotto: Esame dell'aspetto e contr ollo dimensionale, secondo le norme UNI ed EN di riferimento. Verifica dell'indice di fluidit (MFR) secondo la UNI EN ISO 1133. Resistenza alla pressione interna a temperatura costante. Temperatura di prova 20 C - 100h. Temperatura di prova 80 C - 165h. Temperatura di prova 80 C - 1000h. Metodo di prova secondo la UNI EN 921. Esame del tempo di induzione all'ossidazione, (OIT), temperatura di prova 200C, 20 min, metodo di prova secondo la UNI EN 728. Verifica delle caratteristiche meccaniche (Dumbbell, Peel Test, Schiacciamento) secondo le norme, UNI 9737, ISO 13953, ISO 13954, ISO 13955. Il personale del Laboratorio Plastitalia, opera in conformit alle indicazioni della norma ISO 17025. Il Laboratorio stato approvato dall'Istituto Italiano della Saldatura per le prove di trazione, piegamento e decoesione secondo le norme UNI 9737, UNI 10967, UNI 13067. Il Laboratorio Plastitalia esamina i
prodotti secondo un Piano di Controllo Qualit interno, predisposto dall'Istituto Italiano dei Plastici. SISTEMI DI GIUNZIONE I raccordi in PE prodotti dalla Plastitalia possono essere giuntati con tubi in PE tramite: Saldatura testa a testa con elemento termico per contatto (UNI 10520). Saldatura per elettrofusione (UNI 10521). Plastitalia collabora con l'Istituto Italiano della Saldatura, per la certificazione di saldatori qualificati secondo la norma UNI 9737. CAMPI DI APPLICAZIONE Le eccezionali caratteristiche chimiche e fisiche del PE hanno consentito di sostituire altri materiali tradizionali negli impianti di acquedottis tica, di convogliamento gas combustibili, di fognature civili ed industriali, di irrigazione, di scarichi in mare, di anelli antincendio, di piscine, di linee di protezione cavi, di rinnovamento degli impianti (relining) etc.. SERIE PRODOTTI DIMENSIONI E PRESSIONI DI ESERCIZIO L'Azienda Plastitalia offre una serie completa di prodotti standards e pezzi speciali le cui dimensioni sono disponibili dal DE 25 mm al DE 1200 mm, le Pressioni di esercizio vanno da PN 2,5 bar a PN 32 bar. I Raccordi sono realizzati per s t a mp a g g i o a d i n i e z i o n e , p e r assemblaggio (le saldature sono eseguite da Personale Specializzato munito di Certificato di Abilitazione secondo la norma UNI 9737) e per lavorazione meccanica. La Plastitalia inoltre produce pozzetti in PE di qualsiasi diametro e configurazione.

PRODUCTION
of fittings in PE for pressure pipes water and gas, and in PP
RAW MATERIALS Plastitalia fittings are produced using homologated polyethylene (for pipes and fittings certified IIP-UNI and "PIIP") classified in: a) MRS 8 =PE80=Sigma 63 b) MRS 10=PE100=Sigma 80 produced by BP SOLVAY, world leader in the production of PE manufactured according to the process Phillips (unimodal) and Ziegler-Natta (bi-modal). The main benefits of Plastitalia fittings, produced in both PE80 and PE100 are: Low specific weight; Impact resistance; Ultraviolet ray stabilized; High flexibility; Chemical resistance; Abrasion resistance; Resistance against micro-organisms; Completely non-toxic for the use in water systems; Temperature utilization from -40C to +40C; Radiations stability; Facility for transport and installing; Facility for welding of pipes and fittings. Since January 1st Plastitalia is a licensee of the Trade Mark of Conformity IIP-UNI; the extension of this Trade Mark covers almost all of its product range up until the end of '99. The same result has been obtained with the Trade Mark "PIIP", for fittings in PE100, conforming the production to the following standards: UNI EN 12201 (PE fittings for distribution of water pipe systems). UNI 8849+F.A.1 (polyethelene fittings weldable through heating elements for conduits of gas combustible). UNI 8850+F.A.1 (PE fittings weldable through electrofusion for distribution of gas combustibles). UNI 10953 (PE fittings for distribution of industrial fluids pipe systems). EN 1555 (PE fittings for gas combustibles pipe systems). Plastitalia fittings also correspond to International Standards such as the German DIN, the French NF, the English BS, the CEN, the ISO etc.. The raw materials and the products are conforming to the prescriptions of the Ministry of Health (Ministerial Decree n. 174 dated April 6, 2004).
QUALITY CONTROL Plastitalia fittings are constantly exposed to accurate quality control systems, during the whole production phase in order to assure a high quality standard of the finished product. Raw Material Control: Melt flow rate (MFR), testing temperature 190 C, 5 kg, results expressed, in gr/10 min, according to the test method UNI EN ISO 1133. Test of induction time to the oxitadion (OIT), test temperature 200 C, 20min, test method according to UNI EN 728. Product Control: Dimensional control tests, according to the standards UNI and EN of reference. Verification of fluidity index (MFR) according to the UNI EN ISO 1133. Internal pressure resistance at constant Temperature, Test temperature 20C, 100h. Test temperature 80C, 165h. Test temper atur e 80 C, 1000h. Test method according to UNI EN 921. Test of induction time to oxidation (OIT), test temperature 200 C, 20 min, test method according to UNI EN 728. Verif ication of the machanical characteristics (Dumbbell Test, Peel Decohesion Test, Crashing Decohesion Test) according to the standards UNI 9737, ISO 13953, ISO 13954, ISO 13955). The Personnel of Plastitalia's Laboratorio works in conformity to the indications of the standards ISO 17025. The Laboratory is approved by the Italian Institute of welding for the Traction Test, Bending Test and Decohesion Test according to the standards UNI 9737, UNI 10967, UNI 13067. Plastitalia's laboratory examinates the products according to a plan of internal Quality Control provided by the Italian Institute of Plastics. METHODS OF JOINING The fittings in PE produced by Plastitalia can be welded with PE pipes through: Butt welding by contact with thermic elements (UNI 10520). Electrofusion welding (UNI 10521). Plastitalia cooperates with the Italian Institute of Welding, for the certification of qualified welders according to the
standard UNI 9737. APPLICATION RANGE The exceptional chemical and physical characteristics of PE consent to substitute other traditional material in water pipeline systems, for gas, civil and industrial sewerage, irrigation, sea outfalls, anti-firemains, pools, protection of cable systems, relining of old pipelines, etc.. SERIES OF PRODUCTS - DIMENSIONS AND PRESSURE RATES Plastitalia offers a complete series of standard and special products with dimensions available from DE 25 mm to DE 1200 mm; the pressure rates are from PN 2,5 bar to PN 32 bar. Our Fittings are produced through injection moulding and fabrication (all welding is carried out by Qualified Staff provided with a Qualification Certificate according to the standard UNI 9737) and through mechanical manufacturing. Furthermore, Plastitalia produces manholes in PE for any utilization and of any diameter and configuration.

MATIERES PREMIERES Les raccords Plastitalia sont produits en utilisant polythylne certifi (pour tubes et raccords a marque IIP-UNI et "PIP") classifie en: a) MRS 8=PE80=Sigma 63 b) MRS 10=PE100=Sigma 80 Produit par la Socit BP SOLVAY, leader mondial dans la production du PE, fabriqu selon le Phillips (mono modale) et Ziegler-Natta (bi modale). Plastitalia offre sa clientle des raccords qui mettent en vidence la qualit des diffrents types de PE, avec pour avantages: Poids spcifique bas; Rsistance aux coups; Rsistance aux rayons UV; Haute flexibilit; Rsistance aux agents chimiques; Rsistance l'abrasion; Rsistance aux microorganismes; Complte atoxicit pour utilisation dans les rseaux de distribution de l'eau; Temprature d'exercice de -40C jusqu' +40C; Stabilit aux radiations; Facilit de transport et mise en oeuvre. Facilit de soudure des tuyaux et des raccords; A partir du 01 Janvier 1995, Plastitalia a obtenu la norme IIP-UNI; fin 1999 la quasi totalit de la gamme tait couverte par la norme. Le mme rsultat a t obtenu avec la Norme "PIIP", pour les raccords en PE100, mettant ainsi en conformit la production aux rglementations ci-aprs: UNI EN 12201 (Raccords en polythylne pour systmes de tuyauterie pour transport d'eau). UNI 8849+F.A.1 (Raccords en polythylne soudables par electrofusion par lments chauffantes, pour conduction de gaz combustibles). UNI 8850+F.A.1 (Raccords en PE soudables par electrofuson pour transpor t de gaz combustible); UNI 10953 (Raccords en polythylne pour systmes de tuyauterie pour transport de fluides industriels). EN 1555 (Raccords en polythylne pour systmes de tuyauterie pour conduction de gaz combustibles). Les raccords Plastitalia correspondent
aux Rglementations Internationales comme les Allemandes DIN, les franaises NF, les anglaises BS, les CEN, les ISO, etc.. Les matires premires et les produits sont conformes aux prescriptions hyginiques et sanitaries du Ministre de la Sant (Decrt Ministriel n. 174 du 06 Avril 2004). CONTROLE QUALITE Les raccords Plastitalia sont constamment soumis des plans de contrle, pendant la totalit du procs de production, afin d'assurer un standard de qualit lev du produit finit. Contrle Matire Premire: Examen de l'index de fluidit (MFR), temprature d'essai 190 C, 5kg. Rsultat exprim en gr/10min, Mthode d'essai slon la UNI EN ISO 1133. Examen du temps d'induction l'oxydation (OIT), temprature d'essai 200C, 20 min, mthode d'essai selon la UNI EN 728. Contrle Produit: Examen de l'aspect et contrle dimensionnel, slon les rglementations UNI et EN de rfrence. Verification de l'index de fluidit (MFR) slon la UNI EN ISO 1133. Rsistance la pression intrieure temprature constante. Temprature d'essai 20 C - 100h. Temprature d'essai 80 C - 165h. Temprature d'essai 80 C - 1000h. Mthode d'essai selon la UNI EN 921. Examen du temps d'induction l'oxydation (OIT), temprature d'essai 200C, 20 min, mthode d'essai selon la UNI EN 728. Verification des characteristiques mcaniques (Dumbbell Test, Peel Dcohsion Test, Dcohsion par crasement) slon les Rglementations UNI 9737, ISO 13953, ISO 13954, ISO 13955. Le personnel du Laboratoire "Plastitalia" agisse en conformit aux indications de la Rglementation ISO 17025. Le Laboratoire a t approuve par l'Institut Italien de la soudure pour les preuves de traction, pliage et dcohsion slon les Rglementations UNI 9737, UNI 10967, UNI 13067. Le laboratoire Plastitalia examine les produits slon un Plan de Contrle Qualit intrieur, tabli par l'Institut Italien des Plastiques.
SYSTEMES DE JONCTION Les raccords en PE produits par Plastitalia peuvent tre raccords aux canalisations en PE par: Soudure bout bout avec lment thermique pour contact (UNI 10520). Soudure par electrofusion (UNI 10521). Plastitalia collabore avec l'Institut Italien de la Soudure, pour la certification de soudeurs qualifis selon la rglementation UNI 9737. CHAMPS D'APPLICATION Les caractristiques chimiques et physiques du PE ont permis de le remplacer d'autres matriaux traditionnels dans les installations d'aqueducs, de conduites de gaz combustibles, d'gouts civils et industriel, d'irrigation, d'missaires en mer, des rseaux incendie, de piscines, de gainage de cbles, de rparation des installations (relining) etc.. SERIE DES PRODUITS, DIMENSION ET PRESSIONS D'EXERCICE La socit Plastitalia offre une srie complte de produits standards et pices spciales dans des dimensions disponibles du DE 25 jusqu'au DE 1200; les pressions d'exercice vont du PN 2,5 bar jusqu'au PN 32 bar. Les raccords sont ralises par moulage injection, par assemblage (les soudures sont excutes par des Techniciens Qualifis possdant un Certificat d'Habilitation selon la rglementation UNI 9737) et par excution mcanique. uniones en PE para tubos de presin agua, gas y en PP
MATERIAS PRIMAS Las uniones Plastitalia estn producidas utilizando polietileno homologado (para tubos y uniones a marca IIP - UNI y "PIIP") clasificado: a) MRS 8=PE80=Sigma 63 b) MRS 10=PE100=Sigma 80 producido para la Sociedad B.P. SOLVAY, Empresa leader mundial en la produccin del PE, fabricados segn el proceso Philips (monomodal) y Ziegler - Natta (bimodal) Plastitalia ofrece a su clientela uniones que evidencian especificas calidades de los diferentes tipos de PE, cuyas ventayas son principalmente: Peso especifico bajo; Resistencia al impacto; Resistencia a los rayos ultravioletas; Elevada flexibilidad; Resistencia a los agentes qumicos; Resistencia al desgaste por rozamiento; Resistencia a los microorganismos. Completa atoxicidad para el uso en los acueductos; Temperatura de funcionamento de -40C a +40C; Estabilidad a las radiaciones; Facilidad de transporte y emplazamiento; Facilidad de los tubos y de las uniones. Plastitalia desde 01.01.95 es licenciatario de la marca de conformidad IIP-UNI; la extensin de la marca ha cubierto la casi totalidad de la propia gama dentro del '99. Mismo resultado con la marca "PIIP", para las uniones en PE 100, conformando asi la produccin a las siguientes normativas: UNI EN 12201 (Uniones de polietileno para sistemas de tuberia por transporte de agua). UNI 8849+F.A.1 (Uniones de polietileno soldables por fusin por medio de elementos calentantes para el transporte de gases combustibles). UNI 8850+F.A.1 (Uniones de PE soldables por fusin elctrica para UNI 10953 (Uniones de polietileno para sistemas de tuberia por transporte de fluidos industriales). EN 1555 (Uniones para sistemas de tuberias para conduccin de gases combustibles). Las uniones Plastitalia adems son correspondientes a las normativas internacionales como las alemana DIN, la
francesa NF, la inglesa BS,las CEN, las ISO etc. Las materias primas y los productos estn conformes con las disposiciones higinicos - sanitarias del Ministerio de la Sanidad (Decreto Ministerial n 174 de fecha 06 Avril 2004). CONTROL DE LA CALIDAD Las uniones Plastitalia estn sometidas constantemente a sistemas de control cuidados, durante el entero proceso productivo, para asegurar un estndar de calidad elevado del producto acabado. Control Materia Prima: Ensayo del ndice de fluidez (MFR), temperatura de prueba 190 C, 5kg. Resultados expresados en gr/10min. Ensayo del tiempo de induccin a la oxidacin (OIT), temperatura de prueba 200C, 20 min, mtodo de prueba segn la UNI EN 728. Control Producto: Ensayo del aspecto y control (de dimensin) segn estndares UNI y EN de referencia. Verificacin de l'indice de fluidit (MFR) sgun la UNI EN ISO 1133. Resistencia a la presin interna a temperatura constante. Temperatura de prueba 20C - 100h. Temperatura de prueba 80C - 165h. Temperatura de prueba 80C - 1000h. Metodo de prueba segn la UNI EN 921. Ensayo del tiempo de induccin a la oxidacin (OIT), temperatura de prueba 200C, 20 min, mtodo de prueba segn la UNI EN 728. Verificacin de las caracteristicas mecnicas (Test Dumbbell, Peel Test, Crash Test) sgun las UNI 9737, ISO 13953, ISO 13954, ISO 13955. El personal del Laboratorio "Plastitalia" obra en conformidad con las indicaciones de la norma ISO 17025. El Laboratorio ha sido aprobado por el Instituto Italiano de la Soldadura por las pruebas de traccin, torcimiento y decosion sgun las normas UNI 9737, UNI 10967, UNI 13067. El Laboratorio Plastitalia examina los productos segn el plan de control de calidad interno, preparado por el Instituto Italiano de los Plsticos.
SISTEMAS DE UNION Las uniones en PE producidos por Plastitalia pueden ser unidos con tubos en PE por medio de: Soldadura a tope con elemento trmico por contacto (UNI 10520). Soldadura por fusin elctrica (UNI 10521). Plastitalia colabora con el Instituto Italiano de la Soldadura, para la certificacin del instrumento soldador segn el estndar UNI 9737. CAMPO DE APLICACIN Las propiedades excepcionales qumicas y fsicas del PE han permitido de substituir otros materiales tradicionales en las instalaciones de acueductos, para convoyar gases combustibles, de alcantarillados civiles y industriales, de irrigacin de descarga en mar, de anillo antincendio, de piscina, de lneas de proteccin de cables, de restauracin, de instalaciones (relining) etc.. SERIE PRODUCTOS TAMAOS Y PRESIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTOS La Plastitalia ofrece una serie completa de productos a standards y precios especiales cuyos tamaos estn disponibles de DE 25 mm al DE 1200 mm, las Presiones de funcionamiento van da PN 2,5 bar a PN 32 bar. Las uniones estn ejecutados por molde a inyeccin, por ensamblaje (las soldaduras estn realizadas por el Personal Especializado dotado de Certificado de Aptitud segn la norma UNI 9737) y para el trabajo mecanico. La Plastitalia produce registros en PE de qualquier dimetro y configuracin.

1) CONFERMA Gli ordini devono ritenersi accettati solo dopo la conferma scritta della Venditrice e con l'invio della merce. 2) CONSEGNA La consegna s'intende convenuta f.co magazzino della Venditrice in Brolo (ME) e Tribiano (MI). I termini fissati per la consegna della merce devono intendersi approssimativi e salvo venduto. Le spedizioni vengono effettuate per conto ed a rischio e pericolo dell'Acquirente, anche se la merce venduta franco destino. La Venditrice non assume alcuna responsabilit per mancanza o rotture che possono verificarsi, anche se causate da deficienze di imballo. E' pertanto obbligo del destinatario, al ricevimento della merce, verificare subito i quantitativi e le condizioni di essa prima di ritirarla. Ogni reclamo o contestazione per mancanza o avarie dovr essere fatta al Vettore al momento della consegna della merce dall'Acquirente per suo nome e conto. 3) RESPONSABILITA' La Venditrice declina ogni responsabilit se i prodotti non sono utilizzati alla loro destinazione e se il collocamento in opera non fatto a regola d'arte. In caso di materiale difettoso riconosciuto ad insindacabile giudizio della Venditrice, verr sostituito senza riconoscere o dover alcuna spesa per danno o mancato guadagno da questo causato, compreso per messa in opera e trasporto. In ogni caso la Venditrice dovr essere avvisata immediatamente e comunque non oltre cinque giorni dall'accaduto, in modo da poter iniziare le proprie indagini. 4) PAGAMENTI I pagamenti devono essere effettuati direttamente nel domicilio della Venditrice o a persone munite di regolare autorizzazione. In caso di ritardo pagamento resta espressamente pattuito, a partire dal giorno della scadenza, l'esegibilit degli interessi di mora convenzionalmente fissati nella misura annua del tasso ufficiale di sconto
praticato al momento dell'insolvenza dalla Banca d'Italia. 5) FORZA MAGGIORE La Venditrice non risponde di inadempienze contrattuali quando le stesse siano dovute da causa di forza maggiore non imputabili ad essa, come sciopero, etc. etc. 6) FORO COMPETENTE Per qualunque controversia fra le parti il foro competente quello di Patti (ME), anche se l'ordinazione e il contratto siano stati stipulati altrove dagli incaricati della Venditrice. 7) RECESSO CONTRATTO La Venditrice avr diritto di recedere dal contratto nel caso in cui l'Acquirente dovesse divenire in tutto o in parte insolvente, in caso di morte, in caso di sopravvenute incapacit dell'Acquirente, liquidazione dell'Azienda, modificazione della Societ, in caso di protesto cambiario comunque o da chiunque altro eseguito a carico dell'Acquirente, anche per effetto non accettato, ed in caso di irregolarit dei pagamenti. Pertanto la Venditrice avr diritto di troncare immediatamente e senza formalit alcuna le forniture, anche quelle dipendenti da altri contratti, di esigere l'immediato pagamento di ogni suo credito. 8) PREZZI I prezzi indicati sono per merce senza imballo. I prezzi sono al netto dell'imposta del valore aggiunto (IVA). Per le consegne dilazionate resta convenuto che si applicheranno i prezzi in vigore al momento della consegna in base alle variazioni, tra la data dell'offerta e quella della consegna. 9) SOLVE ET REPETE L'Acquirente, se non dar la prova di aver eseguito le sue obbligazioni e in particolare quelle del pagamento integrale della somma dovuta, non potr iniziare alcuna azione o contestazione n
opporre alcune eccezioni in giudizio, per cui qualunque contestazione non d diritto all'Acquirente di sospendere o ritardare i pagamenti. 10) PARTITA IVA E CODICE FISCALE L'Acquirente ha l'obbligo di fornire i dati fiscali esatti, restando la Venditrice esonerata da ogni responsabilit. 11) EFFICACIA DELLE CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA L ' A c qu i r e n t e , n e l t r a s m e t t e r e l'ordinazione, accetta integralmente le presenti condizioni generali di vendita ed esse avranno anche valore per ogni ulteriore fornitura fatta al medesimo acquirente dalla Venditrice. Le dichiarazioni di persone-dipendenti, Agenti etc. non sono impegnative se non conformi a quanto descritto nelle presenti condizioni generali. 12) COLLAUDI (QUANDO PREVISTO) a) L'eventuale collaudo dei materiali deve essere espressamente richiesto dal compratore all'atto dell'ordinazione ed espressamente accettato dalla Venditrice; con espressa spiegazione che, se accettato dovr avvenire soltanto, negli stabilimenti produttori, e ci prima della spedizione e consegna; e con spesa a carico del richiedente. b) Il collaudo dovr effettuarsi entro 15 giorni dalla notifica dell'approvamento dei materiali, ma resta espressamente convenuto che il decorso infruttuoso del termine fissato, va inteso come in effetti si intende, rinunzia tacita del collaudo e, di conseguenza accettazione tacita del materiale. In tale caso, la Venditrice resta a tutti gli effetti autorizzata ad effettuare la relativa spedizione ed a proseguire l'ulteriore produzione. c) Qualora, nel caso del collaudo vengano, eventualmente, respinti dei materiali, sorger, per la Venditrice soltanto l'obbligo della relativa sostituzione, nel pi breve tempo possibile, senza alcun impegno di una immediata fabbricazione che il Compratore possa esigere.

1) CONFIRMATION Orders are considered accepted only after written confirmation of the seller or with the forwarding of the goods. 2) DELIVERY Delivery is to be considered agreed exworks Brolo (ME - Italy) and Tribiano (MI - Italy). Terms settled for the delivery of the goods are to be considered approximative and unless sold. Consignments will always take place for account and risk of the buyer, even if the goods are sold free destination. The seller does not assume any responsability for shortcoming or breakage that can take place, even if caused by faulty packaging. It's therefore duty of the buyer, at the receipt of the goods, to immediately check the quantities and the goods before acceptance. Any complaint or objection for shortcoming or damage will have to be made to the carrier at the moment of the consignment of the goods, by the buyer. 3) RESPONSABILITY The seller declines any responsability if their own products are not used to their fonction and if the installation is not made with great skill. In case of defective material, recognized by unobjectionable judgement of the seller, it will be replaced without recognizing or owing any costs for damage or unsuccessful earnings caused by these, included labour for installation and transport. In any case, the seller must be informed immediately and within 5 days from the happening, in order to start the investigations. 4) PAYMENTS Payments must be made directly to the domicile of the seller or to people provided by regular authorization. In case of delayed payment, the buyer will pay the interests of the delay, equivalent to the official rate of discount designated from our Italian Bank, "Banca d'Italia", beginning from the day of the expiry. 5) FORCE MAJEURE The seller is not responsable for
circumstances preventing fulfilments when these are caused by conditions beyond our control such as: strike, etc. etc. 6) COMPETENT COURT For any dispute between the parties the competent court will be the Court of Patti (ME - Italy) even if the order and the dispute have been stipulated elsewhere from the appointee of the seller. 7) RECESS OF THE CONTRACT The seller has the right to withdraw from the contract if the buyer becomes entirely or partly insolvent, in case of death, of turned up incapacity of the buyer, liquidation of the firm, modification of the company, of bill under protest however or from whoever executed on behalf of the buyer, even for bill not accepted and in case of irregular payments. Consequently the seller will have the right to break off immediatly and without any formality, all supplyings, even those depending from other contracts, and to claim the immediate payment of all credits.
11) EFFICIENCY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE When the buyer transmits an order, he accepts integrally the present general conditions of sale and these will have value even for all further supplyngs to the same buyer. The declaration of employees, agents, etc., is not binding if not conforming with what described in the present general conditions. 12) TEST (WHEN PROVIDED) a) The eventual test of the product must be expressly requested from the buyer together with the order and expressly accepted by the seller; if accepted, the test must take place only in the factory of the producer and before the delivery and at buyer's charge. b) The test must be effected within 15 days from the notification of the preparation of the goods, but remains expressly agreed upon that the passing of the terms fixed is well understood as implicit renouncement of the test and consequently implicit acceptance of the goods. In that case the seller remains authorized to effect the delivery and to procede with the further production. c) In case some goods are rejected during the test, the only obligation of the seller will be the replacement of the goods in the shortest terms possible, without engagement of immediate production that the buyer can require.
8) PRICES Prices indicated are for goods excluding packaging. Prices are without purchase tax. For delayed deliveries, prices applied will be the prices in force at the moment of the delivery in accordance with variations, within the date of the offer and the date of the delivery. 9) SOLVE ET REPETE If the buyer will not be able to prove the entire execution of his obligations and particularly the payment of the due amount, he will not be able to start any action or dispute; therefore any dispute will not give right to the buyer to suspend or delay the payments. 10) PURCHASE TAX It's buyer's obligation to supply exact fiscal data; the seller remains exonerated from any responsabilities.

1) CONFIRMATION Les commandes ne sont acceptes qu'aprs confirmation crite du Vendeur et aprs envoi de la marchandise. 2) LIVRAISON La livraison est considre franco dpart magasin du Vendeur Brolo (ME) ou Tribiano (MI). Les dlais fixs pour la livraison de la marchandise doivent tre considrs titre indicatif. Les expditions sont effectues aux risques et prils de l'Acheteur, mme si la marchandise est vendue franco destination. le Vendeur n'assume aucune responsabilit en cas de matriel manquant ou reu endommag mme si cela est du des problmes d'emballage. Il revient au destinataire de vrifier, la rception, les quantits et l'tat de la marchandise.Aucune rclamation ne pourra tre faite ultrieurement. Toute rclamation ou contestation pour dfaut ou avaries devront tre faites au transporteur au moment de la livraison, par l'acheteur en son propre nom. 3) RESPONSABILITE Le Vendeur dcline toute responsabilit pour utilisation dtourne des produits ou mauvaise mise en uvre. Dans le cas de matriel reconnu dfectueux, il sera remplac sans aucun autre type de ddommagement pour manque gagner, mise en uvre ou transport. Dans tous les cas, le Vendeur doit tre averti dans trois jours de l'incident, au fin de commencer les investigations. 4) PAIEMENTS Les paiements doivent tre effectus directement au Vendeur ou aux personnes habilits. En cas de paiement retard,il est convenu, partir du jour de l'chance, l'exigibilit d'intrets de rtard, conventionnellement fixs sur la base annuelle du taux officiel d'escompte pratiqu au moment de la carence per la Banque d'Italie. 5) FORCE MAJEURE Le Vendeur n'est pas responsable pour
inexcution contractuelle, en cas de force majeure indpendants de sa volont, tel que grve, etc. etc. 6) TRIBUNAL COMPETENT Pour tout litige entre les parties, le Tribunal comptent est celui, de Patti (ME), mme si le contrat a t sign ailleurs par les dlgus du Vendeur. 7) ABANDON DU CONTRAT Le Vendeur aura le drit de rompre le contrat dans le cas o l'Acheteur devient entirement ou partiellement insolvable, dans le cas de mort, dans le cas d'incapacit de l'Acheteur, de liquidation judiciaire ou modification de la socit. En cas de contestation d'un effet ou irrgularit des paiements, le Vendeur aura le droit de cesser immdiatement et sans formalits les fournitures, mmes celles qui dpendent d'autres contrats et d'xiger le paiement immdiat de ses crdits. 8) PRIX Les prix indiqus sont pour manchandise non emballe et sont hors TVA. Pour les livraisons diffres, les prix appliqus sont ceux l en vigueur lors de la livraison, selon les variations entre la date de l'offre et celle de la livraison. 9) SOLVE ET REPETE Si l'Acheteur ne donne pas l'preuve d'avoir excut ses obligations et en particulier celles du paiement intgral du montant du,il ne pourra ntreprendre aucune action pour couvrir un quelconque litige. Aucune contestation ne donne droit l'Acheteur de suspendre ou retarder les paiements. 10) TVA ET CODE FISCAL L'Acheteur est tenu de fournir les codes fiscaux exacts, le Vendeur tant dispens de toute responsabilit. 11) EFFICACITE DES CONDITIONS DE VENTE
Toute rmise de commande implique l'adhsion complete de l'Acheteur aux prsentes conditions gnrales de vente, qui seront appliques toutes transactions ultrieures. La socit dcline toute responsabilit quant toute dclaration de ses employs ou agents qui ne seraient pas en conformit avec les prsentes conditions de vente. 12) ESSAIS PREVUS a) Les ventuels essais des produits doivent tre demands expressment par l'Acheteur au moment de la commande et explicitement accepts par le Vendeur; lorsqu'ils sont accepts, les essais doivent tre effectus dans les usines du Producteur, avant l'expdition. Les dpenses sont charge du Demandeur. b) Les essais seront effectus dans les 15 jours partir de la mise disposition de la commande. Au-del de ce dlai, il est sens renoncer aux essais et par consequnt accepter la marchandise. Le Vendeur est alors autoris effecteur l'expdition et continuer la production. c) Dans le cas o des produits seraient refuss pendant les essais, la seule obligation du Vendeur consiste au rmplacement de la marchandise dans les meilleurs dlais, sans aucun engagement d'une production immdiate.

1) CONFIRMACIN Los pedidos se consideran aceptados solo despus de la confirmacin escrita por la Empresa vendedora y para el envio de la mercanca. 2) ENTREGA La entrega se entiende acordada franco almacn de la Empresa en Brolo (ME) y Tribiano (MI). Los plazos de entrega de la mercanca se entienden aproximados y salvo venta. Las remesas sern efectuadas por cuenta y riesgo del comprador aunque la mercanca sea vendida franco domicilio de este. La Empresa vendedora no se asume la responsabilidad por falta o roturas que puedan verificarse, aunque sean causadas par deficencias de embalaje. Pues es obligacin del destinatario, a la recepcin de la mercanca, verificar en seguida las cantidades y sus condiciones antes de sacarla. Cada reclamacin o contestacin por falta o daos se har al transportista por su nombre y parte. 3) RESPONSABILIDAD La Empresa declina toda responsabilidad si los productos no son utilizados a su destino y si la colocacin en obra no est realizada correctamente. En condiciones de producto defectuoso y reconocido a incensurable juicio de la Empresa vendedora, este ser substituido sin reconocer o deber gasto alguno causado por esto incluido la colocacin y el transporte. En cualquier caso la notificacin debe llegar dentro de 3 dias, a contar desde la fecha del incidente, con el fin de comenzar las investigaciones oportunas. 4) PAGOS Los pagos sern efectuadas directamente en el domicilio de la Empresa Vendedora a personas dotadas de autorizacion. En caso de retraso en el pago convenido, desde ed da del vencimiento, se podrn exiger los intereses moratorios fijados convencionalmente en la medida anual del tipo de descuento otorgado desde la insolvencia del Banco del Estado Italiano.
5) FUERZA MAYOR La Empresa no se hase responsable de los incumplimientos de un contrato por causas de fuerza mayor no imputables a ella, como huelgas, etc. etc. 6) TRIBUNAL COMPETENTE El tribunal competente para cualquier litigio es el de Patti (ME), aunque el pedido y el contrato haya sido elaborado en otro lugar por los delegados de la Empresa. 7) RESCICIN CONTRATO La Empresa tendr el derecho de renunciar al contrato cuando el comprador sea declarado insolvente, en caso de muerte, de incapacidad del comprador, liquidacin de la Empresa, modificacin de la Sociedad, de protesto de una letra de cambio o por el que lo efecta a cargo del comprador, tambin por efecto no aceptado y en caso de irregularidad en los pagos.La Empresa vendedora tendr el derecho de interrumpir de inmediato y sin formalidad las entragas tambin los dependientes de otros contratos, de exigir el pago inmediato de cada crdito. 8) PRECIOS Los precios indicados son para mercancas sin embalaje. Los precios son detrados de los impuestos del valor aadido (IVA). Para las entregas aplazadas se establece la aplicacin de los precios en vigor en el momento de la entrega,segn las variaciones, entre la fecha de la oferta y la de la entrega. 9) SOLVE ET REPETE El comprador si no demostrar de haber ejecutado sus obligaciones sobre todo las del pago integral de la suma debida, no podr comenzar ninguna accin o protesta ni interponer alegaciones en juicio y toda contestacin no da derecho al comprador de suspender o aplazar los pagos. 10) IVA Y CODIGO FISCAL
El comprador debe proporcionar los datos fiscales exactos y la Empresa ser exonerada de toda responsabilidad. 11) EFFICACIA DE LAS CONDICIONES DE VENTA El comprador, cuando transmite el pedido acepta en su totalidad las condiciones generales de venta, con valor para todas las entregas suplementarias referidas al mismo. Las declaraciones de personas dependientes, Agentes etc. no son vinculantes si no son conformes a cuanto se describe en las presentes condiciones generales. 12) ENSAYO a) El eventual ensayo de los materiales ser solicitado claramente por los compradores en la realizacin del pedido y aceptado por la Empresa; con explicacin que, si aceptado slo se realizar en los establecimientos productores y antes de la remesa y entrega; gastos a cargo del solicitante. b) El ensayo se efectuar dentro de 15 das de la notificacin de la preparacin de los materiales, pero est convenido que el decurso ineficaz del plazo fijado, se entiende por renuncia tcita del ensayo y, consecuentemente aceptacin tcita del material. La Empresa vendedora en este caso est autorizada efectuar la relativa remesa a proseguir la ulterior produccin. c) En el caso de que sean rechazados los materiales, la Empresa vendedora tiene la obligacin de substitucion a la brevedad posible, sin compromiso de una produccin por el comprador.
