In consideration of the Press agreeing to publish the article (set out below) in the Journal of Performance Magic the Author hereby grants to the Press the exclusi e right to first publication of the article entitled!

"he Author further warrants that all statements in the article asserted as facts are true or based upon detailed research for accuracy and that the article does not contain any matter which would iolate any applicable laws or regulations nor is in any manner unlawful. 9. "his licence is drawn up in the spirit of co=operation. The University of Huddersfield Press is a member of the ,ommittee on Publication 0thics (,+P0). ICOPE is a forum for editors and publishers of peer-reviewed journals to discuss all aspects of publication ethics. It also advises editors on how to handle cases of research and publication misconduct. Jour article will be published electronically and will also be stored electronically. Print on demand copies may also be made a ailable. <nder the <D7s ,opyright #esigns and Patents Act 1455) the Author has the moral right to be identified as the author where er the article is published) and to ob?ect to its derogatory treatment or distortion.
