The moment a child gets their rst exhilarating taste of movement on wheels. These are the moments for which we engineer bicycles. And have done for over 60 years. 1950 saw the rst registration of a patent for a BMW-developed light-alloy bicycle frame. Other innovations followed, among them, in 1996, the BMW Top Tech, the rst foldable full-suspension mountain bike, and in 1999, the BMW Q-Bike series, featuring a patented frame and folding mechanism. The BMW Kidsbike was introduced in 2003. Thanks to its unique frame, it can be converted from a pushbike into a pedal bike. As a bike specialist, BMW has set new standards and continues to do so. The current model series once again fulls the highest expectations in terms of quality, safety and design. We do not use volume-produced third-party frames, but develop our own. Frames that owe their unmistakable design to manufacturing processes usually only associated with the automobile industry. That hold an irresistible appeal. Frames which, together with all tted components, are examined by independent testing bodies to comply with strict

BMW Mountain Bike Enduro. When it gets down to the nitty gritty, theres only one person you can rely on: yourself. This is exactly how our BMW engineers felt when they decided to develop the articulating trekking stem for the BMW Mountain Bike Enduro themselves. Their premise: a mountain bike should adapt to its rider not vice versa. An innitely variable suspension with up to 140 mm of travel and a very upright seating position provide enhanced ride comfort. And ensure that you master every descent in perfect safety. Speaking of safety, the BMW Mountain Bike Enduro has been subjected to a comprehensive array of tests like all bikes carrying the BMW name. BMW M Bike. A spectacular combination of technology, luxury and design: the BMW M Bike. BMW Cruise Bike. The BMW Cruise Bike has instant appeal. Its unique aluminium frame owes its distinctive, unexpected design to hydroforming technology. All seams are smooth-welded and perfectly joined, adding to the bikes contemporary appearance. Emphasising the BMW Cruise Bikes laid-back character, the cables for the brakes and gear system are hardly visible in part, they even run inside the frame, which is available in Orange and White, Silver and White, or Blue and Black. The stem with its integrated BMW logo can be individually adjusted to perfectly match the height of the rider. BMW Cruise Bike Junior. The BMW Cruise Bike Junior is the ideal companion for discerning boys and girls from about six-and-a-half to nine years of age. Because it grows with them. The seat tube is angled in a way that the frame geometry always corresponds ideally to the height of the child. The brake lever angle can be individually adjusted. A specially adapted telescopic fork and the 3-speed gear hub with twist shifter make for superior ease of use and ride comfort. The easy-go shift system and rim brake can be operated with little effort. Front and rear reflectors, tyres with reflector strips and pedals with LEDs ensure superior visibility. This bike also manages to impress with its striking design, so much so that it was awarded the prestigious international red dot design award 2007. THE BMW KIDSBIKE: PUSHBIKE AND PEDAL BIKE IN ONE.

The BMW Kidsbike grows up along with your kid. Just fit the pedals, and within minutes, it converts from a foot-powered pushbike to a real bicycle.

The detachable handlebar padding contains a mesh bag which can be used to transport small items such as toy animals (toy not included).

The ergonomically shaped saddle and handlebar ensure a comfortable seating position. The pushbike can be easily converted into a regular childrens bicycle by fitting the pedal unit and chain provided. Turning it back into a pushbike is just as easy.

The BMW Kidsbike. The BMW Kidsbike, featuring a trademark BMW design, offers one of the most advanced methods for teaching children how to ride a bike without stabilisers, enabling them to learn balance from an early age. This will not only make it easier for them to switch to actual cycling later on, they will also feel more secure from the start. The solid plastic pedals are fitted with reflectors and thus provide additional safety for small children. In addition to the complete pedal unit, each BMW Kidsbike also comes with a TV-approved bicycle helmet in your chosen frame colour as well as a frame-mounted bag and a handlebar net. The ergonomically shaped saddle and handlebar ensure a comfortable seating position. The pushbike can easily be converted into a regular childrens bicycle by fitting the pedal unit and chain supplied and in no time, even smaller riders will be good to go. The Kidsbike is suitable for children from about two-and-a-half years (without pedals) up to six years of age (with pedals).
