API and search products associated with IBM’s Enterprise Content Management
products.
 Led the ECM marketing and technical teams in the identification of new
features and design strategies for Content Manager Version 8.
 Controlled the activities of three development teams responsible for the
development of all content management API’s, federated search, and workflow
technologies.
 Directed the development of IBM’s Enterprise Information Portal, including the
design, coding, unit testing, system verification testing, and documentation of
the product in multiple languages and on multiple platforms.
 Reduced product defects by 70% while delivering multiple releases of IBM’s
