1. Recall plural forms a. Ending with s b. Ending with es c. Ending with - ves 2. Students say out plural forms that they know.
1. Ask the students to recall what plural forms are. 2. Get responses from students and try to remember them. 3. Explain on different types of plural forms.
We have a lot of types of plural forms. Some use s, -es and ves. But there are other types of plural form.
Pre(15 minutes)
1. Tell students that there are plural forms that require change in spelling. 2. Give examples using the singular and plural table.
Teacher: Some plural forms, we have to change the spelling. For example: Man men Woman women
S & P table is to be written on the board. Paste pictures on the board first. When eliciting response, only then

3. Drill students on the plural form and their pronunciation. 4. Show some pictures and elicit some response regarding the pictures. 5. Show students on how they can write sentences using the words learnt. 6. Give stimulus such as questions or anything from the pictures. 7. Take example from the textbook. 1. Group students into 3. 2. Explain to students about compiled writing activity. 3. The rules are: a. Write your names next to the sentences b. There should not be two same sentences. I have put manila cards on some tables. These are the rules for the game. Teacher: We are going to do an activity today, but first, I want to pair you up. Now, we can write anything if we know about the subject. For example: cactus I have one cactus The cactus can grow more cacti All cacti have short but sharp thorns My mother has a lot of cacti in the house.

c. They can write any sentences regarding the subject except explicit ones. 4. Students who writes a lot of sentences will win a mystery prize. 5. Paste the students work and tell them how they did in the activity. 6. Check errors with students and model reading with students.
1. You must write sentences about the words on the manila cards. 2. After you write the sentences, you must put your name at the end. 3. You cannot repeat sentences that your friends wrote. 4. You can write as many as you want on any manila cards. 5. I will collect the manila cards later, and will see who wrote the most sentences.
Post(15 minutes)
1. Worksheet activity.
1. Give students worksheet to be done. 2. When they are done, tell them to try and remember how to write sentences.
Closure (8 minutes)
1. Drill students again on the plural forms. 2. Gently tell them that we use plural forms every day because there are a lot of things in our daily life.
Remember, you will always use plural forms in your daily life.
