Objectives of ECUMICT

To offer researchers a forum where they can

present the results of their work to European
colleagues.
To stimulate scientific cooperation between
institutes in different European countries.
Themes
We welcome papers covering topics in the
domains of information and communication
technologies, such as (but not limited to):

o Safeguarding of information transmission:
error detection and correction;
o Safety of information transmission and
data access;
o Applications of digital signal processing;
o Speech and image processing;
o The use of software in electronic design;
o Multimedia communication systems;
o Telecommunication networks and
services;
o The use of ICT for educational purposes,
including E-learning;
o Optimisation techniques in electronic
design;
o Application development for mobile
devices.

Papers shall describe the results of recent
research, that has a close relationship with
practical implementation. The scientific and
theoretical background should be highlighted as
well.
