few years ago, when the editor of Inside Kung-Fu asked me to write an article entitled, 10 Minutes A Day That Will Change Your Life, I was not prepared. But a lot has happened since then. For the last 10 years, my tai chi student, Larry, has been has compiling notes and collecting instructional material we hope to include in a training manual. This compilation of Larrys notes from my teachings became The Nei Kung Bible!

Thats because most of the internal martial artists are confused about the concepts and what steps need to be taken to become internal. ize in raising your deservingness, which is another way of saying your self-esteem. When you practice Condensing Breathing, your whole world will change in a short time. Think of something you wanted but never got. Its because you didnt want it bad enough. When you practice Condensing Breathing, however, your view of the world will change and youll soon discover anything is attainable. Every day can be a great day when you start your day with Condensing Breathing. Take this gift and use it well. Practice as if your skin is on fire. Gary J.
