VARK stand for Visual, Aural, Reading and kinesthetic learning style, it is a guide that describes every learning style, which help students and teachers to find out the best way of learning. The following report describes the results about the VARKs Guide with the following results:

According to this result, the scores were: Visual: 1 Aural: 1 Read/Write:4 Kinesthetic: 10

It shows a strong preference for the Kinesthetic Style as a way of learning, it is said that this modality refers to the perceptual preference related to the use of experience and practice (simulated or real)." I agree with this result because I consider that I am a person who likes to learn through practice and experiences, doing things. I think this kind of learning is significant because our brain is absorbing information easier than other ways, this guide describe that it includes demonstrations, simulations, videos and movies of "real" things, as well as case studies, practice and applications. That means that learning in this way is funny and creative, for that reason some students learn best applying this style. The following preference in which I got a high score was Read/Write Style, I also agree with it, because I think this is my other learning style, I consider I learn best, I learn the information by taking notes in classes, using glossaries or essays, these characteristics match with my learning preferences. Now in the following chart are described my learning preferences that suit to the VARK Questionnaire provided by the author of the VARK Test.

It is important to perform this type of testing in any area; this useful resource has helped me to know appropriately my learning styles, identify the best way I learn and also to improve my learning strategies, now I can modify learnings habit in order to improve my results in classes.
