PERATURAN DAN PERSYARATAN PERMOHONAN VISA REPUBLIK TURKI TAHUN 2011 1. Penyerahan aplikasi visa, Jam 09.00 WIB s/d 11.00 WIB 2. Untuk pengambilan visa, Jam 11.00 WIB s/d 12.00 WIB 3. Pengajuan Visa Pendidikan dan Visa Bisnis harus diajukan oleh pemohon langsung tanpa diwakilkan. 4. Visa diproses dalam waktu 5 (lima) hari kerja 5. Pengajuan visa dilakukan paling lambat 15 (lima belas) hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan 6. Aplikasi visa serta lampıran dari setiap pemohon berdiri sendiri dan tidak dapat mewakili aplikasi pemohon yang lainnya. 7. Visa dibayarkan pada saat pengajuan aplikasi dengan tarif sebagai berikut: WNI 1. Single Entry : Rp 520.000,2. Single Transit : Rp 520.000,3. Double Transit : Rp 1.045.000,4. VISA TURIS Formulir yang sudah diisi Paspor asli dıserahkan dan fotokopi paspor halaman 2-5 & 48 Paspor yang digunakan harus memiliki masa berlaku sekurang-kurangnya 6bulan setelah tanggal berakhirnya visa. Fotokopi KTP dan Kartu Keluarga Pasfoto 2 lembar (4x6) berwarna latar belakang bebas. Reservasi tiket pesawat (Pulang-Pergi) yang dilakukan dalam waktu minimum 15 (lima belas) hari sebelum keberangkatan. Surat Undangan dari pihak Turki atau reservasi hotel dari Turki yang sesuai dengan waktu perjalanan. 8. Copy rekening bank terakhir dari Pihak yang membiayai perjalanan Warga Negara Asing: Harus melampirkan Surat Sponsor dari perusahaan tempat ybs bekerja yang isinya memuat tentang nama, jabatan pekerjaan, penghasilan, alamat tinggal, 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 1. menyatakan maksud kunjungan ke Turki dan menyebutkan siapa yang menanggung biaya selama perjalanan. Serta melampirkan copy rekening terakhir penanggung biaya perjalanan. 2. Melampirkan copy paspor seluruh halaman yang terisi, dokumen yang berkaitan dengan izin tinggal dan izin kerja serta dokumen keterangan lain yang menunjukkan keadaan sosial dan status pekerjaan dengan melampirkan copy dan menunjukan dokumen yang aslinya berupa KITAS/KITAP, IMTA dan Immigration Control Book. 3. Apabila pemohon berusia di bawah 17 tahun maka form yang diisiharus ditandatangani oleh kedua Orangtua. VISA BISNIS, SEMINAR ATAU TUJUAN KHUSUS LAINNYA 1. Formulir yang sudah diisi 2. Paspor asli dıserahkan dan fotokopi paspor halaman 2-5 & 48 3. Paspor yang digunakan harus memiliki masa berlaku sekurang-kurangnya 6bulan setelah tanggal berakhirnya visa. 4. Fotokopi KTP dan Kartu Keluarga 5. Pasfoto 2 lembar (4x6) berwarna latar belakang bebas. 6. Reservasi tiket pesawat (Pulang-Pergi) yang dilakukan dalam waktu minimum 15 (lima belas) hari sebelum keberangkatan. 7. Reservasi hotel yang berlaku selama perjalanan. 8. Surat Sponsor dari perusahaan ybs di Indonesia yang memuat informasi berupa nama, nomor paspor, jabatan, jumlah pendapatan, alamat tinggal, tujuan kunjungan, durasi kunjungan dan menyebutkan pihak yang menanggung seluruh biaya serta menyatakan tidak akan mencari kerja di Turki dan akan kembali ke Indonesia sesudahnya, dibuat dalam Bahasa Inggris. 9. Surat Undangan dari pihak pengundang di Turki yang memuat nama yang diundang, tujuan dan durasi kunjungan yang ditujukan ke Kedutaan Turki di Indonesia. 10. Untuk kunjungan bisnis atau dagang melampirkan Surat Terdaftar di Kamar Dagang di Turki dari Perusahaan yang mengundang. 11. Copy rekening Bank terakhir dari Pihak yang membiayai perjalanan Warga Negara Asing: 1. Harus melampirkan Surat Sponsor dari perusahaan tempat ybs bekerja yang isinya memuat tentang nama, jabatan pekerjaan, penghasilan, alamat tinggal, menyatakan maksud kunjungan ke Turki dan menyebutkan siapa yang menanggung biaya selama perjalanan. Serta melampirkan copy rekening terakhir penanggung biaya perjalanan. 2. Melampirkan copy paspor seluruh halaman yang terisi, dokumen yang berkaitan dengan izin tinggal dan izin kerja serta dokumen keterangan lain yang menunjukkan keadaan sosial dan status pekerjaan dengan melampirkan copy dan menunjukan dokumen yang aslinya berupa KITAS/KITAP, IMTA dan Immigration Control Book. 3. Apabila pemohon berusia di bawah 17 tahun maka form yang diisiharus ditandatangani oleh kedua Orangtua. VISA PENDIDIKAN Formulir yang sudah diisi Paspor aslı dıserahkan dan fotokopi paspor halaman 2-5 & 48 Paspor yang digunakan harus memiliki masa berlaku sekurang-kurangnya 6bulan setelah tanggal berakhirnya visa. Fotokopi KTP dan Kartu Keluarga Pasfoto 2 lembar (4x6) berwarna latar belakang bebas. Surat Keterangan Bukti Belajar dari sekolah asal (Jika telah tamat sekolah disertakan pula Ijazah asli dan fotokopinya). Surat Sponsor dari pihak di Turki dan di Indonesia. 8. “Surat Bukti Penerimaan” dari lembaga yang menerima pemohon visa untuk belajar di Turki. (SMA, Universitas, Kursus Bahasa dll.) 9. Jika bukan menerima beasiswa maka harus melampirkan bukti pembayaran utk sekolah atau kursus dimaksud. 10. Apabila pemohon berusia di bawah 17 tahun, maka formulir yang diisi harus ditandatangani oleh Orangtua. 11. Visa Pendidikan diproses paling cepat dalam jangka waktu satu bulan. Oleh karena itu, Pemohon visa pendidikan harus mengajukan aplikasinya duabulan sebelum rencana keberangkatan VISA TRANSIT PELAUT Melampirkan Paspor dan Buku Pelaut yang asli. Foto kopi Paspor yang berisi halaman identitas, tanda tangan, catatan pengesahan dan catatan resmi. Foto Kopi buku pelaut halaman 1 s/d 8 Paspor yang digunakan harus memiliki masa berlaku sekurang-kurangnya 6bulan setelah tanggal berakhirnya visa. Fotokopi KTP dan Kartu Keluarga Pasfoto 2 lembar (4x6) dengan wajah tepat menghadap ke depan, merupakan foto asli yang diambil dalam waktu 6 bulan terakhir dengan latar belakang bebas. Undangan dari Agent/Manning di Turki yang ditujukan kepada Kedutaan Besar Republik Turki di Jakarta Indonesia. Surat Jaminan dari Agent/Manning di Turki yang ditujukan kepada Kedutaan Besar Republik Turki di Jakarta Indonesia. Visa Information For Foreigners • As of April 17, 2013, electronic visa (e-Visa) replaces “sticker visa” which was issued at the border crossings. Applicants just need to log on to www.evisa.gov.tr , provide the requested information, (after the application is approved) make online payment and download their e-Visa. • Please note that e-visa is only valid when the purpose of travel is tourism or commerce. Other purposes, such as work and study, require regular visa given by Embassies or Consulates. • Passports should be valid at least six months longer than the expiry date of the requested visa. • The term "official passports" covers diplomatic, service, special and official passports. • Visa regime for truck drivers of a country may differ from the overall visa regime effective for citizens of that particular country. For further information, please contact the nearest Turkish mission. • Regardless of the visa regime applied towards the citizens of a country, the travel document holders of that country need to obtain visa from Turkish missions beforehand. • Foreigners who will shoot a documentary film conduct a research or an archeological excavation should get a special permission from the Turkish authorities in advance. • If you have a valid visa, you do not need a residence permit up to 90 days. On the other hand, foreigners who shall reside, work or study in Turkey, should register themselves at the nearest local police department upon their arrival in Turkey, regardless of the validity of their visa. • Information on Work Visa: To work in Turkey, you must apply to the nearest Turkish mission to obtain work permit and visa. Your passport, visa application form and a letter from your employer are the necessary documents for your application. Other documents should be submitted to the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MLSS) by your employer within ten working days after your application. You may find the list of those documents in the MLSS’s website (http://www.csgb.gov.tr). Applications are finalized by the MLSS within thirty days at the latest. Right after your arrival in Turkey (before starting to work), you should be registered at the local police department within one month to obtain the necessary residence permit. Afghanistan: Ordinary, Special and Service passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Albania: Official passport holders, who are appointed to the diplomatic, consular missions or representations of international organizations accredited in Turkey, are exempted from visa for the period of their assignments. Official and ordinary passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels with touristic purposes and transit from Turkey, up to 90 days within six months starting from the first entry date. Algeria: Official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Ordinary passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Algerian nationals aged below 18 and over 35 holding ordinary passports may get their one month period single entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Andorra: Ordinary and official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Angola: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. These passport holders with a valid Schengen or OECD member's visa or residence permit may get their one month period single e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Antigua-Barbuda: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Ordinary passport holders can obtain three month-multiple entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Argentina: Ordinary and official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Armenia: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Burkina Faso: Diplomatic passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Official/service and ordinary passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Cameroon: Official passport (Diplomatic, Service and Special) holders and members of official delegations are exempted from visa requirements to enter into, exit from, transit through and stay temporarily in Turkey for a maximum period of 90 days, reckoned from the first entry date. Official passport (Diplomatic, Service and Special) holders, who are not members of official delegations, are required to have visa to enter Turkey. These passport holders who are travelling to Istanbul Atatürk Airport with a valid Schengen or OECD member's visa or residence permit may get their single entry e-Visas valid for one month via the website www.evisa.gov.tr, provided that they meet certain conditions. Besides, those who are under 20 or over 45 years old may get their 30 days period of time single entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. El Salvador: Ordinary and official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Equatorial Guinea: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Eritrea: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Estonia: Only diplomatic passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days within 6 months starting from the first entry date. Ordinary passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels up to 90 days within 6 months starting from the first entry date. Ethiopia: Ethiopian nationals holding diplomatic passport are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Official/service and ordinary passport holders are required to have visa. These passport holders with a valid Schengen or OECD member's visa or residence permit may get their one month period single entry eVisas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Fiji: Ordinary passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. These passport holders may obtain their one-month single-entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Finland: Official and Ordinary passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days within 180 days starting from the first entry date. Gabon: Gabonese nationals holding diplomatic passport are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Official/service and ordinary passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Germany: Ordinary and official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Ghana: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. These passport holders with a valid Schengen or OECD member's visa or residence permit may get their one month period single entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Greece: Ordinary and official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Grenada: Ordinary passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. They can obtain three month multiple entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Guatemala: Official and ordinary passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Guinea: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Greek Cypriot Administration: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Both official and ordinary passport holders may obtain their 30-day single-entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Haiti: Ordinary and official passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Ordinary passport holders can obtain three month-multiple entry e-Visas via the websitewww.evisa.gov.tr. Honduras: Ordinary and official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of PRC: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the PRC: Ordinary and official “Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ( SAR ) Passport” holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Hong Kong citizens who have "British National Overseas Passport" and born in Hong Kong are subject to visa and they can obtain their three month period multiple entry eVisas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr (fee is 20$ or 15€ or 10 £). Holders of "Document of Identity for Visa Purposes-Hong Kong (D.I)" must get their visas from the Turkish diplomatic or consular missions abroad. Hungary: Official and Ordinary passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days within 180 days reckoned from the date of first entry. Iceland: Ordinary and Official passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels up to 90 days. India: Diplomatic passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels to Turkey up to 90 days. Ordinary, Special and Service passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. Ordinary, Special and Service passport holders with a valid Schengen or OECD member's visa or residence permit may get their single entry e-Visas valid for one month via the website www.evisa.gov.tr, provided that they meet certain conditions. Indonesia: Indonesian nationals holding diplomatic and official/service passport are exempted from visa for their travels up to 30 days. Ordinary passport holders are required to have visa. These passport holders can obtain their one month period entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr.
