Conferences each year, a part of me wonders if it will all work out. Will I be able to communicate what God is showing me to the planning team? Will we have enough time to complete our planning, execution and do it excellently before the date of the Conference? I dont question the God-part, it is the man-part that gets me a little nervous every year. I do have an amazing team that works with me every year. What they do in executing the plans for the conferences is nothing short of a miracle. At the end of the day everything always works out well and the lives of multitudes of women are imparted. It is so amazing to know that God can commit such an awesome part of His plans to human hands. It is a privilege to work with God. This year, for the first time, the Conference will be held in two cities. It is going to be one Conference in two cities of two different continents. I am excited, this is really a dream come true. We have had the womens conferences in Chicago for many years. This is our 6th year of having the conferences. And now, for the first time, we will also be having the conference in Lagos, Nigeria. I know that the same life-transforming anointing that marks the conferences in Chicago will be available at the Lagos conference as well. Well, this magazine commemorates our conference this year. The articles, tips and testimonies will bless you. I have requested for contributions from women at our installations in North America, Africa and Europe. They are women that I respect and admire. You will be blessed by their writings. You will receive insight into their lives. Many of them are pastors in KingsWord Ministries. I have known many of them for several years. Their lives are testimonies. I love you and believe in your destiny. You are a peculiar woman. You may have your shortcomings in the natural but you dont have to wear them on your mind. Instead, put on the Lord Jesus Christ. Put on your identity as a Supernatural Woman.

The truth is that things dont get less busy. There will always be responsibilities and demands placed on you. Dont attempt to do it in the natural. Dont attempt to take the natural route. You are a supernatural woman. Supernatural grace can be supplied to you. When supernatural grace is available, you do more with fewer resourcesyou get a supernatural boost. Actually, its more than a boost. The supernatural is more than a boost to the natural. The supernatural is a different way of doing things. It is the God-way of doing things. Ask yourself, if God was in my position, if He lived my life, what type of life would that be? Would it be a defeated life? Would it be a broke life? Would He drag Himself from day to day dreading what is to come? Imagine God in your shoes. Someone says, But that is God. He is different. After all, He is God. He has all power and authority. He wouldnt have problems. But really, you are a child of God, created in His image and likeness. You have His nature. His nature is your nature. His life is your life. What qualifies Him to be God is what qualifies you to be the New Creation. The life of God in you qualifies you for the supernatural life, which is life as God has it. Factor in that life; live in the consciousness of it. Say to yourself, over and over again, I have life and that life qualifies me for the supernatural lifestyle!

THE LIFESTYLE OF

Faith

The supernatural lifestyle is essentially enforcing Gods Word as reality. It is taking what Gods Word says and molding your world accordingly. There is no way this can be done without a lifestyle of faith. The supernatural lifestyle and faith lifestyle go hand in hand. If the supernatural is natural to you then faith is natural to you. Faith is a normal lifestyle for the just. The just shall live by faith. They will not just have their needs met by faith. The just shall live by faiththey speak faith, walk faith, and breathe faith. Dont look at faith as an impossible lifestyle for you. You are a supernatural woman. You have what it takes to operate freely in the faith arena. It is your realm. There are two realities. There is a reality based on the natural. There is also a reality based on the Word. These two realities often contradict each other. As an example, consider a woman that has experienced much hurt and abuse in her life. She may have been abused by family members and/or other relationships. Her circumstances tell her she ought to hang her head low. She ought to withdraw into the shadows. She has no reason to be happy and nothing to be proud of in her life. The Word however says something different. The Word says she is a daughter of Zion who ought to be set free from the bondages and limitations of the past. She ought to be the head and not the tail. The Word says that the reproach of the past will be forgotten and God will restore the years that the locust and cankerworm have eaten. For everything that the enemy has done to her, there is so much that has been promised in the Word to bring manifold restoration.

In the natural, she will always be limited but in the supernatural she can rise above her limitations. However, she can only do so by faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for. It is the evidence of things unseen. Faith says that I may not see it but if Gods Word says it, then it is my reality. Faith is a choice. At that moment when you are confronted by two realities, you have to take the reality of the Word and enforce it on every other contrary situation. You have to make a decision for the Word. Even if you are not sure of what the Word says about your situation, dont take your natural circumstances as final. Find out what the Word of God says.

Take time to meditate on what the Word says. What happens when you meditate? You see yourself as the Word sees you. You place yourself in the future. By so doing, your faith will begin to grow. As a supernatural woman, you have to dare to live your purpose. God told Joshua over and over again to be strong and courageous. A strong and courageous attitude is a daring attitude. It is an attitude that says, I will do it no matter what. Each day you get up, there are already obstacles waiting to hinder you in the fulfillment of your purpose that day. Some days are more challenging than others. Whatever the case may be, you have to remember that purpose is fulfilled one day at a time, so each day counts. This is not to put you under pressure but to put things in perspective. It doesnt mean you have to be busy and on the go every single day. It just means that each day, as you set your feet on the ground, you purpose to live that day to the fullest.

Here are some tips to achieving a balanced life: Have The Fear Of God: The secret of the virtuous woman is in Proverbs 31:30, Charm can be deceiving, and beauty fades away, but a woman who honors the LORD deserves to be praised. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. Finding balance and the ability to juggle different things at the same time takes wisdom. The fear of God, a reverence for God, accepting Gods Word as final authority and total submission to God opens us up to wisdom for exploits. Accept Yourself And The Roles God Gave You: A lot of women struggle because they tend to accept one of their God-given roles but not all. Some are content being only mothers, some others pursue career to the point where they have little or no involvement with their kids, others are simply focused on ministry, so they give most of their time to one area and are consistently lagging behind in others. Embrace The Principle Of Time, Priorities And Planning: Time is a resource that needs to be filled up with relevant activities. Utilizing some idle periods will go a long way in helping you achieve more. The events in our life ought to be planned and prioritized. Jesus said anyone willing to do anything

tt Pay attention to their interests and desires. Those could be pointers to Gods purposes for them. tt Children will rise to your expectation and vision for them. Challenge them reasonably. Consider the maturity level of your child along with their age in this process. If a 5 year-old converses like an 8 year-old, adjust quickly and raise your expectations. tt Give your children an opportunity to explain themselves, even when you are convinced they are wrong. This can ease the correction process, especially when they had innocent motives. tt Help each child feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions with you without any shame. Avoid embarrassing them publicly. tt You are the parent, and the children need to respect that. Dont let them speak over you or while you are talking (and dont do the same to your spouse). tt Affirm your children every time they do what is right, and frequently express your love and affection to them. tt Dont react in anger or provoke your children to wrath. tt Children listen to your actions more than your words. So, do what you say and say what you do.

hildren are a blessing, a heritage and reward from God to parents. God has entrusted parents to be stewards and shepherds of their glorious destinies. We see from the Word that God communicates His divine agenda to parents even before conception e.g. Samson, John the Baptist, Jesus. God, the ultimate parent, has laid the platform of communication to children. Communication therefore should begin before birth. Parents need to begin speaking to their children even before conception. Declare Gods Word, blessing, promise and wholeness over them. This journey continues into conception, throughout the pregnancy, at birth, and as the child continues to grow. In fact, as long as you are a parent, you are expected to continue this mode of communication. During this process, you may not get a verbal response at all times, but their spirit man is soaking it all in, and your children will manifest what you declared.

Tips For Effective Communication With Your Children:

tt Give your children total attention when they are speaking with you, and expect the same from them. Listen to them actively, and dont be dismissive. tt Ensure that things important to you are important to them, especially when they are young. Get them involved in what you do, and get them involved early!

he womens conferences of KingsWord International Church have always been a great time for women to have a gathering specifically for us! Historically we have included the men in all but one of the sessions. A time of refreshing, it is an opportunity to learn from women in ministry, as they teach us from scripture patterns that Christ laid down. The last conference was titled Occupy. Based on a parable from scripture, the statement Occupy till I come, was the clarion call for us as women to occupy the place God has called us to, fearlessly, confidently, prayerfully, powerfully. A woman who occupies her place is doing what God has called her to do and helping those God has called her to help. A woman who occupies is fulfilling purpose and will be rewarded by God. These are three day conferences that take place over a weekend in the spring. LIVING A FULFILLEd

omen face many challenges especially in establishing good relationships with one another. Some of the challenges stem from insecurities, fear of being vulnerable, mistrust and wrong perceptions. These are just to name a few. We need to be truthful with ourselves about where we are, what we need to work on and who we are in Christ. If not, we can give the enemy an opportunity to use past experiences and wrong mindsets to breed attitudes and emotions such as strife, envy, jealousy, and rivalry. We women are beautiful, unique and wonderfully made. We are creatures with amazing capacities and giftings. We are meant to be blessings to one another. There is something that each one of us supplies. We have various anointings and experiences in Christ. We must not be ignorant of the devices of the enemy to stop our positive influence on one another. We must say NO to any limitation on our lives. God has empowered us as women with everything that we need to accomplish what He has called us to do. When we take our eyes off of our assignment then it can be easy to begin to despise or even covet another womans gifts, talents, fashion sense, ministry, family life, etc. We dont have to allow this in our lives. Thank God He has given us a solution through His Word. We dont have to avoid female relationships, but rather we can develop and sustain healthy friendships with Godly wisdom and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. We have to guard our hearts. We need to make sure we engage the love of God and the working of the Holy Spirit to overcome challenges in our relationships. Thank God James 3:14-16 has provided a path for us to follow; 1. You must first allow the Holy Spirit to help you recognize and acknowledge that there is an attitude that exists in your heart that needs to be dealt with (James 3:14). He is the Spirit of Truth. 2. Explore your heart and be honest with God about the root of the emotion or attitude that you are experiencing (James 3:15) 3. Make a decision to access Gods wisdom to reveal and help you address the root of the thought, emotion and/or attitude that is affecting the relationship. 4. Receive Gods wisdom and make the decision that you will maximize the Godly relationships that God has placed around you through various women whether it is to stretch you, give you a greater image, or to encourage you. 5. Make the decision that you are going to walk in love in the marketplace, in your local church, in your business, and your home. Remember, your rule of measure is based on your understanding of Gods call upon your life, understanding of His love for you and others, and the unique grace on your life. Decide today that you will build up yourself and those around you with a sincere heart.

re you living a fulfilled life? Often, we associate fulfilment with achieving goals and accomplishing tasks. Lots of people are waiting for things to happen

before they can say they are fulfilled. Some are waiting to get married, find the perfect job or stand in the fullness of their call or ministry; the list seems endless. For a believer however, fulfilment should come from the knowledge that at every point in time, you are where God wants you to be and doing exactly what He wants you to do. The Bible says in Hebrews 12:1 that life is a race that God has set before us. Running that race as it takes us through the different seasons and phases should be our fulfilment. Simply put, fulfilment in life comes from pursuing your God-given purpose. Your purpose in life is the most significant thing about you. You need to become settled on the truth that there is something that you are created for. You are here on a divine assignment and there is a blueprint for you. Every great person that stood out in scripture had that sense of divine destiny. Having this understanding means we wont look at the changing seasons to determine whether or not we are fulfilled. Rather, we will be fulfilled as we pursue purpose through those different seasons. The walk of purpose is a daily walk that involves a lot of things. However, three things have helped me in my walk of purpose: (i) Spending time in the Word, (ii) Praying (especially in the Spirit), and (iii) Serving in the Kingdom. One of my favourite scriptures is Philippians 2:13 (Amp) (Not in your own strength) for it is God who is all the while effectively at work in you (energizing and creating in you the power and desire) both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight. Spending time in the Word and prayer allows God to work in our lives. As you spend time with God, your plans and your passions begin to line up with purpose. Do what it takes to stay in the Word and prayer. Pray with your girlfriends; get your phones, tablets and iPods filled with Gods word and get in as many prayer meetings as you possibly can. HE FIRST TIME I attended the womens conference, was in 2011. As expected, I was attending the meetings to hear a good word and get intensely imparted. I had no idea that God was going to use womens conference to break my habit of masturbation. Yes! Masturbation! Prior to womens conference, I had attempted to stop multiple times. However, after a lot of failed attempts I began to believe it was not a big deal, it was my thing and it was not harming anyone else. It was a habit that I indulged in at my own time, at my own place that nobody ever needed to know about it.

During the second meeting (Saturday morning), we all gathered expecting to hear another seasoned word. It was a ladies only meeting and Pastor May opened the floor up to people who wanted to make a public declaration of their sexual past and current habits, to finally be free. I no longer had to be a slave to that habit. I just knew that my healing had begun. I also realized that this habit stemmed from being sexually molested at a young age, which caused me to crave sexual pleasures outside the context of marriage. The power for sexual and emotional healing that is available during womens conference can bring the freedom that you desire, to destroy every sexual stronghold and break every emotional chain. A habit of 12 years was broken in a single moment. Any time I was stressed and immoral thoughts came to my mind, instead of feeding on them, I remembered those women who shared their stories of overcoming the habit and I knew that I could do it! Take Charge Of Your Health

Breast cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, fibroids, endometriosis, the list goes on. Arent you just amazed at the number of customized diseases the devil has released to attack the woman? It is very easy to live a life of fear. It is easy to keep checking the statistics and your risk factors all the time. There is enough attacking the womans body for you to be gripped with fear and uncertainty. That is until you switch from the natural to the supernatural. Dont stay plugged to what is happening in the natural. Stay tuned to the supernatural realm of God. Stay tuned to His Spirit. Dont allow fear to grip your heart. The devil will compromise your life if he can keep you fearful. You will live a life of nothing but a shadow of what you can be. Take care of the natural but dont do it in a fearful manner. When you do your monthly breast exams, speak life to your breasts. Say, I speak life to you; Jesus has paid for my body. When you are solicited to receive cancer cells, you say No! Speak to your ovaries, your cervix and all your reproductive organs. Speak life to them. Encourage them to receive life. Strive to eat healthy but dont live in condemnation or fear. Declare over your food that your food ministers life to you and not diseases. Declare over yourself that you have the wisdom and the willingness to eat the right type of food for your own unique body. Try to work out. Try to live an active lifestyle. However, dont live in fear or condemnation if you are not as active as you would like. Work towards it. When you do, declare life over your workout sessions. Say, Every part of me is active and alive. I receive life and not death into my system. Dont let the media, researches, and experts paralyze you with fear. No offense against the experts, they are just doing their jobs. You just make sure you take charge. You are a supernatural woman!

A WOMANS GUIDE TO TAKING CHARGE OF HER FINANCES

Have a scripture or scriptures to stand on where your financial goals are concerned. For example in a system where the pressure of living on credit is a culture, you can have a scripture such as Romans 13 vs 8 Owe no man anything but to love him: for he that loveth hath fulfilled the law as your goal. Get a picture. Get a good picture of how your income is dispersed. The best way to do this is to write the details down. Tabulate your income versus your expenses and keep track of every transaction. Have a plan. Develop a plan based on your financial goals. For example if your goal is to live according to Romans 13:8, then start by paying off any debts owed. To build financial stability you have to stop the bleeding. Start with the debt that has the largest interest and work your way to the least. Have a budget. This is a practical step towards your financial goal. A budget outlines your plan for your income. It helps you control your finances rather than have your finances control you. This can be a weekly, biweekly or a monthly budget. Finally, live within your means, stay consistent and trust God to always meet your needs.

Maximizing Your Financial Potential

WOMEN IN THE FRONTLINES

Do you know that there are currently 13 countries whose Heads of States or Prime ministers are women? Paving the way for leadership were women like Indira Gandhi (India 1966-77,1980-85), Golda Meir (Israel 1969-74), Margaret Thatcher United Kingdom (1979-90), just to mention a few. Leading an entire nation must be an awesome task (some women get bogged down leading three kids). Are you also aware, that Israel has a mandatory military service requirement for women? God never intended for women to sit on the back burner. I love the way the book of Judges takes the time to point out the different hats that Deborah had to wear in her lifetime. She was a WIFE, a PROPHET, and the LEADER of one of the greatest nations of her time. She actually led the nations army! There were several situations in the Scriptures where God brought victory to the nation of Israel through a woman; a woman who was bold enough to risk everything, including her life, to step forward and do what needed to be done to deliver an entire nation. Women like Jael and Esther easily come to mind. Judges 4:4-21, Esther 3-8. Galatians 3:28 in the message translation says, in Christs family there can be NO DIVISION into male and female. Quit thinking that leadership roles are only meant for men. If God has called you to lead at work, your church or in your field, then take your mantle. Occupy your place and get to work. Generations are counting on you! God has thoroughly equipped us for every role we may be required to fill as women. God specially designed the woman to be able to play several roles at the same time; this is even evident in the way her brain functions have been laid out. The supernatural woman has actually been given grace, and fully equipped by God to multitask. Proverbs 31:19 in The Living Translation says, Her hands are busy spinning thread, her fingers twisting fiber. Yes you can because God says so! For you to function maximally as a supernatural woman, you need to have a mental picture of what the supernatural woman looks like. Proverbs 31 takes time to lay out who this woman is; and I believe that if we meditate on the chapter, we will become more like her. Contrary to popular opinion, there is actually a lot more to the Proverbs 31 woman than being a great homemaker. This woman is rare, more precious than rubies, more valuable than silver or gold. The true worth of these stones can only be known after they have gone through an intense process of heating and smelting. The supernatural woman does not cower away from challenges and she does not give in to the pressures of life. She is also a serious businesswoman. She buys imported foods brought by ships from distant ports (Proverbs 31:14 LB). Shes like a trading ship that sails to faraway places and brings back exotic surprises (Proverbs 31:14 MSG). She certainly would have her hands full with her imports. She invests in the real-estate market and with her gains; she sets up a vineyard (which is no small task). She is fearless, extremely hard working, resourceful, creative, and an excellent planner. With all these activities, she is never disorganized or frazzled. She is in tune with fashion trendsalways looking her best. This is the supernatural woman. There is absolutely no way this woman could have done all she does in her own strength. You know the drill, so get your super on with the Word of God today. Meditate on the scriptures in Proverbs 31 until the supernatural becomes your natural. any women shy away from business. The truth is that everybody is in one business or the other. Whether you are in the cooperate world, government agencies etc, you are in business. Maybe you didnt know, those who set up the offices where you work set it up for business reasons. We are all in business. A business is a persons work, occupation or trade. OUR FINANCIAL POTENTIAL SIMPLY TALKS ABOUT ALL THE FINANCES WE CAN HAVE THAT WE DONT HAVE YET. The question here is how can I walk in the fullness of Gods will for my finances? What are my capabilities and possibilities financially? How does God see me as regards finances? The above answers are found in Proverbs 31. This scripture portrays what a woman is capable of doing. Yes, some women are walking in measures of this, but Ive observed that the women who walk in such high finances and productivity are seen as super women who have done what men ought to be doing. Thats not the way it ought to be according to Gods standard. Its not a big deal for women to have estates, build business empires, own industries with thousands of staff, creating employment for tons of people. According to scriptures, it should be the norm not a wonder. I just wonder where some people get the impression that its okay for women to engage in low financial businesses. That devil is a liar. I see a new generation of women rising up who will conform to the will of God. Women who will rise up and become all they can be financially AGAINST ALL ODDS. Women who will not let traditions and cultures put the brakes on their capabilities. Its time for women to brace up and break every limitation and timidity and the fear of man and accept the position where God has placed her. The world is incomplete if we do not TAKE OUR PLACE in the financial arena. Some things will not get done if we hold our peace. Its not going to be easy. Its not going to be without a fight of faith, but guess what? Its a good fight for we are more than conquerors. Practical Steps To Maximize Your Financial Destiny Meditate on the word of God on financial prosperity. Psalm 1:2, Deuteronomy 8:18 Associate with people who are doing exploits in business. Proverbs 13: 20 Be willing to start small, but dont stay small. Proverbs 4:18, Job 8:7 Be strong and of a good courage. Courage is the quality of spirit that enables you move in-spite of danger or fear. Deuteronomy 3:17 Be willing to take calculated risks. You need plenty of guts to excel in business. STRETCH. Ecclesiastes 11:4 Get the required and necessary skills to optimize your productivity. Learn by the books. Proverbs 8:15-19 Finally, woman you are strong; you have great businesses inside of you. Rise up and take that step of faith. You are not called to handle small finances, rather you are called to handle mega finances and bring forth inventions the world has never seen before. Every one is watching and waiting, heaven is counting on you. Are you going to make heaven proud? I know you will. For the women who are in the business world, I want you to know that God does not need you playing and thinking and talking small. Dream bigger, set bigger goals and hit them. Take that business to a higher height. Together, we will win.
