The Era of Womens Equality

In the article Should a Woman Work Outside the Home?, Mohammed Akade Osman from Sudan claims that women should stay at home and do the household jobs because women working outside will destroy societies and indeed whole nations. Women would be better to do cooking, cleaning, and keep the househole as written in all the heavenly books. On the other hand, men are better equipped to make strong, serious, and critical decisions. Today, there are many problems which may in the end destroy society, for example pushing mens unemployment to commit crimes and causing high rate of divorce. I completely disagree with Mr. Osman because working outside is the opportunity for women to improve their skill and intelligency. It is not the era for mens power, it is the era of womens equality. In the article, it is written that women are not like men, both are different naturally in physical and natural capabilities. Men can do heavy work and it is better equipped to make strong and critical decisions. Women are suitable for small task, like nursing, raising children, and household jobs because they can not get bored. I agreee with Mr. Osman that women are not like men because we were both created by God in differently good way to help each other. The other thing that I completely disagree is that men are better equipped to make strong and critical decisions. I believe women can do as good as men did, evenmore much more better than men did if they had a chance. Women is often underestimated although their ability is better than mens. Because of this underestimated things, women can not be a decision maker, but only being a follower. Mr. Osman also told that God made man to take care of woman and women was made from a part of man to keep him company. Because of this God s Law, it is the best for women to do cleaning, cooking, and keeping the household. This partnership has been survived for thousand years. The only thing that I confused is the survived word. Is it really survived? The only thing I know there are so much violence at home from men to women because men thinks that they are more powerful, they are the one who fulfil familys finance. Therefore, this survived thing can be questioned, survived for men or women, because in my opinion it is only survived for men but not survived for women. Mr. Osman also claimed that women works outside causing so much problems to destroy society. First, men do not find jobs because women have taken jobs. Therefore, there will be many unemployment and it is pushed to commit crimes. Second, it makes a high rate of divorce. In my mind, these problems seem only made to blame the great capabilities of women. The problem that pushed commit crimes is can not be tolereated. Is it the mens fault that they cannot compete with women to be hired? Women are getting smarter and smarter. If I were a boss, I

would take a smarter employee Then, men are angry because women are better than men? I think the statement that women is blamed on commit crimes is completely crazy. I think criminality is increasing because men replaced their violent from home to society. Women were used to be at home, so they can release their anger to women as a victim. However, since women work outside a home, there are not somebody to be released on, so they release their anger to society. In summary, the statement from Mr. Osman that women should stay at home and do household jobs or it can destroy societies and whole nations should be considered twice because I do not think that women working outside is a bad idea, evenmore it is an opportunity for country to develop with the help of women. Finally, after reading this text, I think these issues are sort of excuse that men are too afraid to compete with women. Men are too afraid to lose their dignity to be the most superior in a family for thousand years.
