Transport charges and crane charge to unload the boiler on the plinth at Factory Installation of Hot Water Generator Boiler House piping line such as Blow down line (25 mm) from blow down valve to outside Safety Line (40 mm) from safety valve to atmosphere.

Water line (40 mm) from Water tank to the system out of thought the pressurization pump with standard valves and fitting such as Gate Valves (40 mm x 2) ,strainer (40mm) , NRV ( 40mm) ,flanges etc. Vent line from main line etc Supply and Installation of Hot Water Main line out of 3 Diameter SCH 40 pipes and return line through the main circulation pump with necessary valves and fittings to dryer fan and withering radiator Insulation of the main line with Rockwul insulation and cladding with 26 gauges AL sheet. Supply and instillation of duct line from the boiler exhaust to the underground line through the ID fan by using 3mm thickness MS plate. Applying of two coat of heat resistant paint. (Chimney is not included, Existing chimney will be used) Supply and installation of feed water tank using 4.5 mm thickness MS Plate with standard fitting and Angle Iron Structure for the water tank using 3 x 3 x 6mm angle iron .Applying of two coat of heat resistant paint. Installation of panel board ,cabling from panel board to each drive to with GI conduit Ladder and platform to the boiler and tank Connecting part between radiator and Dryer ID Fan. Terminations: Water line at the feed water tank Exhaust Duct line from the chimney Inlet Hot air system at the dryer ID fan Electric work from and up to our control panel, motors, instruments etc. Hot water piping from and to our radiators Notes: 1 .Boiler Plinth and other civil work should be done by client. 2. Client should supply the power to the control panel 3. Client has to provide storage facilities (lockable arrangement) for materials. 4. To start the work electricity and water should be available at the site. 5. Any extra piping work will be on client account. 6. All Pipes and fitting are SCH 40 standard. 7. Insulation using 64 kg/m3 density, 2 thickness Glass wool pipe covers or using Rockwool pipe covers 8. Our offer does not include the price for the statutory charges at the customs, boiler clearing charges, handling charges etc. 9. The client should be provided the accommodation for our technical personnel, workers during the installation period. 10. To commission the boiler fuel, water and electricity should be available at site. 11. Ducting from the withering radiator to trough is not included in the above offer.
