Thus Optima Consultancy offers expertise in local issues paired with international quality service and standards. Ms. Girma has a background in business and an MA in human resources. The conference will host state ministries, international donors and NGOs. Optima is working to arrange all logistical details as well as contributing in preparing the content that will be discussed. Optima has recently been commissioned by the Ethiopian Ministry of Capacity Building to complete an assessment on efficiency and barriers to private enterprise in Ethiopia. Optima will be working with several associates in evaluating the competitiveness of the Ethiopian private sector through completing case studies on 6 private companies.
