Utilizing!group!motivational!coaching!as!the! approach,!this!session!will!help!women!unlock! their!identity!and!skill!sets!which!will!lead!to!a! renewed!sense!of!self!worth.!These!sessions!will! also!facilitate!setting!tangible!goals!to!achieve! their!renewed!purpose.! This!service!caters!to!the!informationC seeking! needs!of!women.!Women!will!be!connected!with! community!partners,!business!partners,!and! resources!to!assist!them.!Partnering!with!other! organizations!and!entrepreneurs,!3!Dimensional! Women!will!establish!relationships!for!pro!bono! services!for!women!who!are!in!need!of!specialized! services!

Partnering!with!other!mentoring!and!outreach! organizations!as!well!as!local!businesses,!the! mentoring!program!will!facilitate!growth!by! connecting!women!with!mentors!who!can!teach! and!coach!them!on!a!specific!sisue,!help!develop!a! particular!skill,!and!share!resources!and!networks! to!help!the!mentee!move!beyond!their!current! challenges!
