COMPONENTS OF WATERLESS URINAL
Urinal :M ade of Ceramic including the waste outlet Eco trap : It is a small trap ( Imported) provided at the bottom of the urinal with a siphon type structure inside Blue liquid : Imported liquid, less denser than urine, to be filled in Eco trap
HOW DOES IT FUNCTION
Urine flows down into the Eco trap due to gravity (water waste being lighter than the blue liquid). And because of GEL Resin, Urine does not stick to the surface of the Urinal Passes through the Blue seal liquid in the Eco trap to the drain Urine is pushed to the drain pipe through the centre hole provided in the Eco trap Blue seal acts as a barrier preventing sewer vapors escaping to the rest room

DONOT REM OVE ECOTRAP WHILE REFILLING THE BLUE SEAL LIQUID 1. Screw the Portion-Aid onto a BlueSeal quart bottle. 2. Squeeze bottle to measure out 80 ml of BlueSeal into Portion-Aid. 3. Pour BlueSeal directly into EcoTrap towards back of urinal.
ECO TRAP CHANGING METHOD
1. Insert X-T raptor into trap slots and engage on knobs 2. While slowly pulling up, wiggle tool side to side to loosen EcoT rap DO NOT PULL ST RAIGHT UP 3. With EcoT rap still on X-T raptor , pour liquid contents into the open drain hole of urinal. 4. Before fixing the new Eco trap , the urinal needs to be cleaned with water to remove any salts or sedimentation at the bottom of the urinal 5. Insert new EcoT rap into drain hole of urinal. Press EcoT rap down, below drain hole
