Procedure for Purchase and submission of Post-Graduate Admission Applications

Separate application should be submitted for each course. The First Admission application along with prospectus can be obtained in the below mentioned Bangalore One centres and the branches of State Bank of Mysore, Kolar, Ramanagaram and Chickaballapur by paying Rs.400/- (Rupees Four hundred only) and Rs.200/- Rupees two hundred only for SC/ST/Cat-I candidates of Karnataka. The receipt shall be retained to obtain the extra applications. Upto 3 extra applications without prospectus can be obtained by paying Rs.100/per application (Rupees One hundred only) and for Rs.50/-(Rupees Fifty only) SC/ST/Cat-I per application on production of First application receipt. Application can also be downloaded from the Bangalore University Website: www.bangaloreuniversity.ac.in and the application fee of Rs.400/- prescribed shall be submitted by way of DD drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Bangalore University, Bangalore at the time of submission of application. If the candidate wishes to submit more than one downloaded application, he/she shall pay Rs 100/- per application on production of receipt of Rs 400/- for having submitted first application. The filled in application along with the photocopies of relevant documents for their claims shall be submitted in person or by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due to the concerned Chairperson of the Department, so as to reach within the last date notified below. The addresses of the departments are listed in the prospectus/website. Applications received after the specified last date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications (without relevant documents for their claims) will be rejected without any notice. For the courses offered at PG Centre in Kolar and Affiliated Colleges, the applications shall also be submitted to the respective Chairperson of the PG department either in the Jnanabharathi or Central College Campus.
