In case Rollout Concept is used, Total BTS output have to be decreased by 5 dB.
The power allocation for P-CPICH could be varied between 5-10% depending on the case. In Rural areas the P-CPICH power could be 10% to have better coverage ares, for very Urban and indoor cases 5 % is recomm tohave more power for traffic channels.
