CAREX HAPPY HANDS COMPETITION: ADVANTAGES OF HAND WASHING WITH CAREX- TERMS & CONDITIONS.

The promoter is: PZ CUSSONS Nigeria Plc hereinafter referred to as The Company with RC No. 693 whose registered office is at 45/47 Town Planning Way, Ilupeju, Lagos.

Qualifying Entrants To qualify to enter this Competition you must be resident in Nigeria, the address you provide with your competition entry ("Entry") may be used to send any prizes, so please ensure it is correct. Entrant must be a parent, related guardian or sibling above 18 years old to the competing kid. Employees of the Company or any of its associated companies and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize draw and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, newsagents, wholesalers & their agents are not eligible to enter the Competition. A valid Birth Certificate for the Child/Children will be required for prize collection. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, the Company in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement for the said entrant should be selected. In this event, any other entrant can be selected based on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to the same Rules.

Competition Entries

To enter the online Competition, entrants should: 1. Send in handwritten essays by your kids with the topic: Carex Happy Hands: Advantages Of Hand Washing with Carex. (Not more than 50 words) 2. To participate, your kids MUST be between ages 7 10 years. 3. After writing the Essay, include the following details: Childs name, Age, School, Parents name, Phone number & Email Address. 4. Take a picture of yourself and your kid washing his/her hands with Carex handwash 5. Take a picture of the Essay. 6. Send the 2 pictures as a message (Facebook Inbox) to Carex Nigeria Facebook page. 7. Best 3 Essays will be selected and put up for final votes. 8. Entries close on the 10th of February. 9. Voting starts 11th February and closes 18th February (12pm). 10. The highest votes wins 1 year supply of Carex hand wash The Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner on the grounds that the selected winner declines the prize offer based on personal issues. No prize will be deferred to a later date than the stipulated reward duration. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these Rules.

Entrant upload should be made within the specific duration of the Competition to ensure that their uploads are not rejected. Carex Nigeria has the right to disqualify any individual from any contest. It also has the right to cancel any contest, without notice, if it can be verified that some of the participants engage in fraudulent activities in order to win the contest. All entries made after the stated deadline date will not qualify to the Competition.

Prizes The winner (highest votes) will be rewarded with 1 year supply of Carex hand wash following a public vote after the selection process of the best 3 entries by judges. Prizes are nontransferable and the Company will decide if there is a cash alternative depending on circumstance(s). The Company hereby states that it will only accept picture Entries that will not infringe intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, the Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by entrants and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same. The decision of the panel of Judges for the best 3 entries is FINAL! Highest votes wins!

Liability The Company will not accept any responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines to related to or resulting from participation in the Competition. The Company shall not be held liable for any copyrighted material which has been uploaded by a participant during the competition. All participants must post pictures or videos of which they either own the copyright to or have obtained permission from the original copyright owner.

Data Protection and Publicity

Accepting to participate in the competition means entrants pictures may be used on this page. These terms and conditions must be adhered to.
