Being a good mediator in order to carry on a debate through the social networks. Having artistic skills to make the logo attractive. Data collection/ analysis skills in order to analyze the data from the surveys.

Fourth slide, Write the title (Solutions), and put that changing the break from 25 minutes to 35 minutes this will happen by taking this extra time from each lesson so in return, reducing the lessons by 2 minutes each. Sixth slide, Write the title (Social Media), and put the weekly comments the posts get to show that people are debating on my problem. Seventh slide, Write the title (Survey Results), and put the survey results to show how many people are for and against a longer break time. Eighth slide, Write the title (How it would effect students), by putting how the time given to students is not long enough for students to go grab a drink/some food at the cafeteria because of the line and the growing number of students. Some students prefer to grab a small meal in the morning rather than at lunchtime but due to the very long queue, students are in a shortage of time so they are having to go to their classes hungry, which will lead to less concentration and poor performance. Justify your answer. I truly believe that my design template as well as my plan is extremely detailed and straightforward. I have made a step-by-step guide, which will allow even the least computer skilled individual to follow. I have taken into consideration that some people are more visual and require the help of pictures in order to understand the steps. This is why; I have included a screen shot of every single step. I think that I have not left anything out that would cause someone to misunderstand or get confused when trying to recreate my design plan. Feedback Hamizah Sukiman I truly believe the plan is feasible and easy to follow and the screenshots has made it easier for anyone to follow if given the design in front of him or her. Discuss your time estimates and total time? I believe that preparing and setting up the products that are needed to be created will take me about 3 hours. Then I will allow myself 1 week to gather input, survey results, and follow discussions on social media websites. Then, I will need about 3 hours to analysis, gather the data, and turn it into graphs and charts. I will then finalize my presentations, which will take another hour. This brings my total time to 158 hours; this is including the week of gather opinions and the seven hours of preparations. I think that these are very reasonable time limits, which will allow for very thorough work as well as a good amount of time to get discussions going on the social medias in hopes of sparking interest in my cause. I believe that the first days will be the hardest, for getting opinions, but once the word is out then the rest will fall into place. What strategies will you use to make sure you have enough time to complete your project? I will make sure to have a set schedule set up, in order to make sure that I am spending the right amount of time working on the project. I will also keep a checklist for each day, so that I can make sure that the right things are getting done at the right time. I do not want to be burdened with all the steps at one time, so I will make sure to divide up all the work into the days I have allocated for the project. This will make sure that everything is done in a proper and timely fashion. Why did you change your design?

Haya Al Ansari 9B Plan Mr. Christodoulou I have changed two of my previous specific problems that was about school starting late and having longer time for first break to stopping segregation in specific classes. I changed this again because I thought about who would support my idea and no one would since they wouldnt change the school timings and end school later than usual. I decided to address a different cause, which is stopping segregation in few classes in QA 2014 2015. This is because its the next biggest problem after the bell and this affects many students and teachers but they wont speak up about this big problem. Therefore, QA should also provide people who would like to communicate with the opposite gender. This also is like a practice for the future since everyone would be working with each other. QA students would be more open minded to different ideas and cultures. I changed my plan I changed my logo to make it look different and unique than the one I did. I've added words to explain more of my cause (A "W" sign to "No Segregation")
