Timely )deadline dates when goals are supposed to be reached.+. It1s so important to know very well what are the ob-ectives and the indicators witch give the best information about the results expected to get. 7xamples of indicators can be units sold by seller, 8"9... (nce we have all this information, we can start writing our business plan, so we need to set the ob-ectives and the important commercial aspects: We need to sell at least one thousand computers in this year. Improve the popularity of our brand. Offer better tablets and smartphones devices to our customers by means of improving our technology. %fter that, the next point is to analyze the problems: If we need to increase our sales, we need to hire more sellers, or even opening new shops, increasing the costs. One way to improve the popularity of our brand is to increasing the money dedicated to that, thus, increasing the costs. We can offer better devices by purchasing patents. : ;ut not everything are problems, there are also opportunities: If we hire sellers, or open shops we can discover new markets. The more people who knows us, the more customers we can get. If we buy patents, we will have advantages and we'll be more competitive. %nd we need to prioritize the problems: The most important point is to select and develop new markets, after this, we need to increase our products, and $nally consolidate our brand with a marketing campaign: !ds on internet, banners and "#O. !dvertising on newspapers. ...%lthough we have to keep an eye to the causes of this problems, in order to solve them: If we need to develop new markets It's because the current ones have been e$ploited. !nd we need to hire new sellers is because don't have enough resources to accomplish that. Increasing our brand popularity means our previous marketing plans haven't been so successful.
