STEP 3: PREPARE YOUR FILES

Unload your camera and, using Photoshop, resize your photographs (try width or height of 800 pixels). It s tedious to do this manually for each photo! so to expedite the process, record the resizing and sa"ing of one photo as a new Photoshop #ction. $hen go to %ile & #utomate & 'atch to select the new action and apply it to your entire folder of panography photos. ()$*+ If you want to sa"e the originals, don t forget to duplicate your folder ,efore you resize.

STEP 4: PREPARE YOUR CANVAS

-reate a fairly large new ./' can"as to wor0 on. If it turns out the can"as is too small, you can always add some space later (Image & -an"as). -opy the new 800px "ersions of your images into your can"as12 to 30 images at a time ought to ,e managea,le.

STEP 5: ASSEMBLE YOUR PANOGRAPHY

4et the opacity of each photo to a,out 205. Using the $ransform function (-trl6#pple7$), start rotating each photo to fit the ones next to it. 'e careful to ma0e sure you re rotating (you should see a cur"ed arrow tool when you re near a corner) and not s0ewing the photographs. (ow go photo ,y photo and assem,le your panography li0e a puzzle. It will ta0e a while to get it right, so ,e sure to sa"e your wor0 as you go along.

STEP 6: FINALIZE YOUR PANOGRAPHY

8hen you re finished assem,ling the photos together, ma0e final color, contrast, and le"els ad9ustments. /o to the layer palette and add a new ad9ustment layer of any 0ind ,y clic0ing the round ,lac06white sym,ol. $o share your panography or post it online, 9ust com,ine all the layers (4hift7-trl6#pple7*), and resize your image. 'e sure to sa"e this file separately instead of o"erwriting the original, which you ll want to 0eep in case you want to ma0e changes later. -ongratulations: ;ou 9ust made your "ery first panography:

Go to the bottom of the layers palette and click on the Hue/Saturation option. Set the setting as below:
