Cisco Partner Program Enrollment


What is PPE?
The Cisco Partner Program Enrollment (PPE) tool allows Cisco partners to enroll in and track multiple incentive programs in a single tool.

Potential Programs
The Potential Programs Tab displays all the programs available for which the partner does not meet the eligibility criteria. This information is provided so partners can review their credentials against the program criteria. Partners will see programs grouped by behavior. EG: Hunting, Profitability, Promotions.

Requesting Access to PPE


Partner employees must request access to each Cisco tool through the Partner Self Service (PSS) tool: www.cisco.com/go/pss Once the request is submitted, the companys Partner Administrator will receive notification to approve.

Enrollment Dashboard
The PPE Enrollment Dashboard displays the status of all the submitted or pending enrollments by the partner as well as a list of prior enrollments across channel programs. 1. Search to locate enrollments in specific theatres or application status 2. Review a specific enrollment 3. Export a consolidated report of program enrollments to an Excel spreadsheet

How to Enroll in a Program


Select a Program From the Eligible Programs tab, click on the Select button of the program you wish to enroll in. Depending on the program selection, and the requirements of that program, partners may be prompted to select a geography in a pop up window. Select a Track If the partners selected program includes a track or tracks, the partner will be prompted to select the track they wish to participate in. 1. Eligible Tracks TabDisplays all the tracks a partner is eligible for, given their current certification and specialization level. 2. Potential Tracks TabDisplays all other tracks available that the partner does not meet the eligibility criteria. 3. Click on the Check Eligibility link to see a pop-up window comparison of the track requirements and the partners credentials. Enter Details PPE simplifies data entry by pre-populating company information based on the users CCO ID, while allowing the partner to enter different contact information for the organization. Details are verified during the review process. Submit information as required by the program: 1. Who Is InvolvedAutomatically populated with Partner and CAM contact information 2. Additional InformationProvide additional documentation 3. Terms and ConditionsDisplays the T&Cs for that program with a click to accept 4. Banking InformationCapture necessary banking details Review & ApproveFor non-auto approved programs, enables Cisco approval.
