influences how people approach their level of efforts and commitment and their contribution to organization effectiveness climate does all this by creating expectations about what consequences will follow from different actions. Three variables organizational climate, job satisfaction and managerial effectiveness influence human behavior. individuals in the organization have certain expectations and fulfillment of these depends upon their perception whether organizational climate suits according to their needs or climate provides a proper environment in which individuals feel satisfied and their satisfaction goes a long way in determining employees efficiency and effectiveness. This study is undertaken to analyze the organizational climate in HYUNDAI, Chennai. It helps in analyzing the present organizational climate followed in the company and how far does the employees are satisfied with the present process and do they require any changes in the present process followed which could help them in modifying and developing present situation. Main objective of the study is to find out the present organizational climate which exists in the company and to find out the factors affecting the organizational climate. The researcher had done descriptive research for studying the attitude of the employees. A simple descriptive research design is used when data are collected to describe persons, organizations, settings, or phenomena. Probabilistic sampling design has been used to conduct the research. Sampling unit is the basic unit containing the elements of a target population. The sampling unit of the study is only the employees of Hyundai Motors India limited, Chennai. The study contains a sample size of 100 employees of Hyundai Motors India limited, Chennai. Simple random sampling is adopted as sampling technique. It is also known probability sampling where each and every item in the population has an equal chance of inclusion in the sample and each one of possible samples in case finite universes, has the same probability of being selected. The data was collected from the both primary and secondary sources.
Employees expect certain rewards and satisfaction on the basis of their perception of the organizations climate. If, in any organization, people are satisfied from their jobs and there exists the right type of climate, effectiveness can certainly be brought in the functioning of the organization. Three variables organizational climate, job satisfaction and managerial effectiveness influence human behavior. individuals in the organization have certain
expectations and fulfillment of these depends upon their perception whether organizational climate suits according to their needs or climate provides a proper environment in which individuals feel satisfied and their satisfaction goes along way in determining employees efficiency and effectiveness. So, organizational climate is directly related with the performance of employees working in any organization.
