Cruzada Sr., left the following described parcel of land situated at the Municipality of Kalayaan, Laguna and more particularly described and bounded as follows: DECLARATION OF REAL PROPERTY TAX DECLARATION NO. 09-0002-00371 A parcel of land, situated at San isidro Brgy. Longos, Kalayaan, Laguna, Lot No.. 2401, containing a total area of 11,326 sq. m., more or less, with an assessed value of P 34, 240.00 only as determined by the Assessors Office of Kalayaan, laguna and duly entered in the Assessment Roll of 2012 and with the following boundaries to wit: NORTH : Lot No. 2450 & 2451 EAST : Lot No. 2399 SOUTH: Lot No. 2399 WEST: Lot No. 2402 & 2403

That it is to the benefit and interest of the above-named heirs to extra-judicially divide, partition and adjudicate to themselves the ownership of the above-described parcel of land under Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court, and by these presents, said heirs do hereby divide, partition and adjudicate to themselves the said property into four (4) equal pro indiviso shares, share and share alike , free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind;
