HydroNex P-Series Panel

Sizes: 1-1/4" Trunk
P-Series Panels are primary panels designed to supply
down-stream panels with boiler water, which will in turn
distribute boiler water to the radiant or other hydronic heating
zones. They also remove air and provide essential service
and monitoring capabilities. They are available with or without
outdoor boiler reset controls and auto-fill assemblies.

D-Series and P-Series panels include only the supply portion

of the primary loop. The return portion of this loop must always
be field piped in 1-1/4” copper back to the boiler or dedicated
heat source.

All P-Series panels are designed to connect directly to any

D-Series panel via the included union. Control logic is
transferred from the D-Series panels to the P Panel via the
included CAT5 cable connection.

Optional accessories include auto-fill assembly (shown) and

a boiler reset module. Reset should not be used if using an
injection D Series panel as these already contain a reset feature
on the included Tekmar 361. Features

Make sure an electrical outlet is within 3 feet of where the – Pre-wired circulators and controls.
P-Series panel will mount. If there are no outlets nearby, one will – Simple CAT 5 jump wiring to connect panels.

Install and level Z-Bracket with 1/4” x 2-1/2” lag screw to studs. – Z-Bracket for simplified mounting.

Hang the P-Series panel on the Z-Bracket. Optional lag screws

may be added to the bottom of the panel, further securing the
panel to the wall.
Hang cover from top down.
If using injection mixing D-Series panel, do not use reset on the
P-Series panel.
