Subject: PROPOSED FIELDS FOR DATABASE

Sam, the following is what Bill and I believe should constitute the Team 7 codes for the database:

1) System Intelligence and Preparedness

2) Hijacker Training & Preparation
3) Hijacker Ticketing and Pre-screening
4) Airport Arrival, Screening and Boarding
5) In-flight Actions and Events
6) AVSEC system Situational Awareness/Notifications
7) 9/11 Critical Orders
8) 9/11 Response to Orders
9) AVSEC system Post 9-11 Response
10) Other 9/11 and aviation plots

CODES:

-It's our understanding that codes will be used to tag items and aid in sourcing and search management.

1) Discrete Sources from which information is derived

2) Each flight of the five flights, including Colgan 5930
3) Team code to identify who input the data

The critical events that we are looking for should be sub-coded in a manner to maximize utility.
