OTICE OF Human rights violations

To: The governor, the secretary of State, Commissioners, Sheriff Paul Laney, Birch Burdick,
Scott Griffin, most all the North Dakota government. I AM NOT IN THE STATE OF NORTH
DAKOTA a religious association. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT FORCING YOUR
JURISDICTION ON ME, It is a human rights violation and treason.
I have exhausted all my domestic remedies within North Dakota I give notice. I CHARGE you
ALL WITH human rights violation for your refusal to uphold the North Dakota constitution.
EVERY RIGHT IS BEING VIOLATED by a CRIMINAL GANG OF Predators,
thieves and A CRIMINAL REGIEME OF TRAITORS
Whereas the law at Art. 1 of the North Dakota Constitution also known as the North Dakota Bill
of Rights does mandate at Sec. 13 All courts shall be open, and all person or reputation, shall
have remedy by due course of law. We are not even heard.
whereas 16 does mandate there is to be no Bills of Attainder or laws impairing the obligation of
contracts and does mandate YOU ALL HAVE OATHS. This is treason
whereas Article 5 Sec. 15. does mandate There shall be established in each county in this State a
County Court, which shall be a court of record; and there shall be elected in each county, by the
qualified voters, a County SHERIFF, who shall be well informed in the law of the State; shall be
a conservator of the peace, and shall hold his office until his successor is elected and qualified.
He shall receive as compensation for his services such fees and perquisites as may be prescribed
by CONSTITUTIONAL law. Their is no Constitutional courts or Sheriffs here, JUST THIEVES
WITH GUNS. Sec 17 does mandate The County Court shall provide protections, NOT
REVENGE. Prosecutions may be commenced against said Officers of the court by information
filed to all the Cass county attorneys, or by request for proof of my claims. I am forced to
international courts of justice. By law, I have stood on my rights they all take pay to protect.
Their is no Grand juries empaneled in the District Courts. All indictments therefor come from the
District Courts for profit for the County Courts who have NO jurisdiction over me. My
affidavits are quashed in the County courts, This person charged, will not be discharged from jail
ever, I WILL NOT PAY THEM and will be on hunger strike as I HAVE NO HOPE. there is no
probable cause, No victim, no lawful contract, due process or no defense. NO Official will
answer an affidavit. EVERY RIGHT THEY TAKE PAY TO PROTECT HAS BEEN
VIOLATED. THEY have failed to uphold the law. The legislators have failed to remove Them
from office for failure to up hold the law. The county of CASS Commissioners, judges,lawyers,
cops or Sheriffs failed to uphold the law and the right to due process by law and have become a

gang of criminals that has taken my Liberty, my property, Freedom and have SEVERLY
damaged me, my business, name and my life. The county of CASS, Commissioners and the
county judges has closed the county court of recorded and you Governor have aided them by
refusing to uphold the law and your oath of office by having them arrested for treason and the
crimes they do EVERY DAY to honest tax payers.
It is clear to me that when the NORTH DAKOTA and ESSPECIALLY CASS COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, Judges, Lawyers, Cops and Sheriffs do not observe the law, we have no
law or rights in the county. Their is MASSIVE human rights violations going on
EVERYWHERE here and intervention is needed to bring justice for all, FROM this
Government. If you refuse to do your duty, I will seek justice everywhere.

Rights.

performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the
rights reserved. Such words as "without prejudice," "under protest," or the like are sufficient.
I retain all of my rights and liberties at all times and in all places, nunc pro tunc (now for then)
from the time of my birth and forevermore. Further, I retain my rights not to be compelled to
perform under any contract or commercial agreement that I did not enter knowingly, voluntarily
and intentionally. And furthermore, I do not accept the liability of the compelled benefit of any
un revealed contract or commercial agreement. I am not ever subject to silent contracts and have
never knowingly or willingly contracted away my sovereignty.
Further, I am not a United States citizen or a 14th amendment citizen. I am a State Citizen of
the republic and reject any attempted expatriation. See 15 united States statute at large, July
27th, 1868 also known as the expatriation statute
Violation fee of my liberty is $250,000 per incident or per 15 minutes or any part thereof.
Wherefore all have undeniable knowledge.

Judge Corwin Wickham, Judge Scott Griffin, Steve Mottiger, Sheriff Paul Laney, Judge Wade
Webb, all should be in prison, for the peace and security of WE THE PEOPLE. These are by far
the most dangerous people their is. they TAKE their pay and hide in what they violate in pure
malice to.
